Avalon 1110 is a luxurious oasis on the beaches of Fort Morgan! The condo has breathtaking views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay from its wrap-around balconies. The kitchen and great room are beautifully decorated in bright beachy colors. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances, cookware, and dishes, and features granite counter tops with bar stools. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo. The master bedroom features a king-size bed , the second bedroom has a queen, and there are two Full size beds in the third bedroom plus a sofa sleeper. Each of the large bedrooms has its own personal bathroom, plus there's a 1/2 bath located in the foyer and is very convenient for guest using the sofa sleeper.

Wireless internet is available in the condo and throughout the property. Towels and linens are provided (including a set for the sofa). There is a one day set up of basic complimentary amenities, and onsite shopping for your food items and beach supplies. It is well maintained and cleaned privately, satisfaction is promised. The property manager is just 2 minutes away for your every need during your stay. The beautiful Avalon pool, hot tub and boardwalk to the beach are just at the foot of the tower, and are complimentary to our guests. There is an additional fee to access the Clubhouse amenities including: Indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, wading pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, children activities, poolside live entertainment, game room, ping pong, cabana bar and outdoor dining. For the entire party in the condo, the charge is approximately $45 and is paid directly to The Beach Club on-site. The Clubhouse Amenities fee will only be charged for the days used and covers everyone in your group . Also at The Club House, without a fee, you may enjoy the fine dining restaurant, salon, and spa. At the front of the property is shopping and a dining buffet, short order deli style market. The Beach Club is a wonderful luxury resort for all ages, far from the crowds and well blended with its natural surroundings. Come watch the dolphins, crabs, fish, turtles or para-sail or kayak with a friend.

Great place to stay

This condo is well-appointed in all respects, especially the kitchen which is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Even though it is a huge complex, the area is not crowded and away from the worst of the traffic. Five stars.

This unit was extremely clean, even the air vents were clean. Meticulously maintained and very comfortable. Plenty of extras such as hair dryers, hangers, and extra blankets. Multiple pillows with different firmness for different sleepers. Beds were comfortable. Conveniently located next to the garbage receptacle. The property management team was attentive and the check in was super easy. Views were amazing! The corner unit is incredible and the interior was very spacious.

Terrific condo, amazing beach!

The location is spectacular and the condo itself was perfect in every way: keyless entry, spotlessly clean, glorious panoramic views, and gorgeously renovated kitchen with all new appliances. Couldn’t be nicer. Highly recommend!

Great place for families.

The property overall was great. The room we stayed in needs a really good deep cleaning and it’s a complete waste to charge for parking. The property is expensive enough as is.

Beautiful place

This was our second time to stay at this resort and the first time in this unit. We love the complex and we loved this corner unit! The beaches are beautiful! The only downfall is that it is about 20 min away from the main strip. For us, we didn't mind it because we went after season and traffic was not a problem Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed stay, but the property as a whole needs some updating. The bunk beds were not fit to sleep on. The couch needs replacing, Not enough storage or hooks for wet towels or swimwear. Kitchen well equipped and showers were awesome. Extremely enjoyed large balcony!

Nice unit. but I would recommend a few more items are needed for the price, I would suggest supplying a small amount of coffee pods and creamer (there is no coffee available anywhere on Property), more toilet paper, a larger supply of dishwashing and dishwasher soap and a larger supply of bath soap

The Condo was clean and updated and check in was easy. Beautiful location! Our host gave us one dishwasher packet, which was for starting the dishwasher before we left at the end of our stay. The Bed and bathrooms are spacious and very nice! However the mattresses need to be replaced in the master and in the smaller room, they were terrible ( I did call the host to see if they had a topper, they said no). The kitchen was clean with updated appliances, they did have pots and pans and plenty of utensils. Overall, it was a good experience. Just wish we had better sleep.

Just ok

It was wonderful being right on the beach and having an ocean view from the balcony. The area was quite safe/family-friendly. However, upon arrival, we noticed that one shower was out of order. The reason we booked this condo was for the three bathrooms. I emailed Pam immediately,(Friday afternoon @4:40pm and have yet to hear back (it’s Sunday @2:15pm). There was also mold on the ceiling in the primary bathroom and sand on the floor in one of the secondary bedrooms. One of the bathroom sinks also drained slowly. The unit was fine, but needed some cleaning and attention. We feel we should have been made aware of the non functional shower before booking. Hoping to get a partial refund.

Beautiful property... Inattentive property managers

The property itself is beautiful. Very clean, beds very comfortable... Except lower bunk bed doesn't have all slats under the mattress....so doesn't sleep well....would be fine for a child, but not for an adult. Beautiful views, everything you need for cooking. But don't expect ANY attention from the property managers. I sent 4 emails prior to our stay. I received a canned response to one and no response to the other 3. Even a phone call resulted in very little help. There were some small issues with the condo which didn't interrupt our stay, but need to be repaired... And we never heard back from the property manager... So not sure if those things will be taken care of. We did leave 2 Beach chairs and an umbrella there... Hopefully they are left there for future visitors.

Amazing condo

This condo was amazing for our family. The facility was great and building was located right on the beach with private walkway. The owners provided everything we needed for our week long stay. This was our first time traveling to Gulf Shores. The condo was perfect with beautiful views, great amenities at the resort, lots of fun things for all ages, and the condo was perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

As Advertised: Beautiful, Quiet, Convenient

The unit itself, its view, and the complex location were everything we hoped for. Beautiful view, surprisingly quiet so you can really enjoy the sounds of the ocean, and convenient to Gulf Shores while not being in the middle of it all. The only downside is the Beach Club concept itself, paying for access to an indoor pool which closes at 6pm, but there is no downside to the unit or its general location. We had a great time.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was our first experience in Gulf Shores and it was absolutely wonderful. We vacationed with another family and their kids. The space was more than adequate to accommodate our party. Upon arrival everything looked exactly as pictured on the listing. Everything was in great condition and functioned well. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking everything that we needed. We loved the location as it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but close enough to go to dinner. This will definitely be on our list of places to revisit. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!
