Bienvenido a Island Tower 1902

3 dormitorios, 3 baños Unidad frente al golfo ubicado en el piso 19. Esta unidad ofrece dos master suites frente al golfo. Una suite principal ofrece una cama king y baño privado, equipado con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada. El segundo dormitorio principal también tiene una cama queen size y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama completa con un nido completo. Esta unidad dormirá a 10 personas con un sofá cama en la sala de estar. La cocina está totalmente equipada con mostradores de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Internet inalámbrico gratuito, así como un televisor de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones y en la sala de estar.

Las instalaciones de Island Tower incluyen piscina cubierta climatizada frente al golfo, sauna, centro de fitness frente al golfo, gran piscina al aire libre junto a la playa con zona de salón, parque infantil, zona de barbacoa, estacionamiento cubierto, dos ascensores de alta velocidad y 150 pies de playa de arena blanca.

Overall our stay was pleasant. There was a lot of issues with communication between us and the Liquid Life Rentals. No one could give us a straight answer on things and there was a lot of run around. The parking pass issue was a nightmare, after speaking to 5 different people, we ended up having to buy another parking pass for 60 dollars and drive across town to pick it up when we initially requested 3 when we booked the property. We were told that was fine, then got there and found out we were only allowed 2 and was only given 1. None of the codes that were given to us to access the indoor pool or gym worked. We did extend our stay 1 day and the new code given to us didn’t work and had to call Liquid Life Rentals 3 separate times to finally get a code to work. The overall room was pleasant and nice. Very pretty beach view and great location. I do not recommend using Liquid Life Rentals until they can get their internal issues worked out. Some of the people there were very rude and seemed as if it was a bother to assist us with issues we were having.

Perfect Location

Beautiful Gulf views and right on the beach. Within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Room was in great shape and well taken care of. Had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.

We had such an awesome time and experience in this condo. I made a couple suggestions to mgmt company and asked them to share with the owners. We will be interested in renting this condo in the future.

Wonderful Place

The 3 full sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for us two old couples. Everything in the condo looked new and everything was exceptionally clean. Of course, we spent a lot of our time on the oversized balcony looking out at the ocean. Two bedrooms and the living room opened onto the balcony through sliding glass doors. Construction kept us from using the outdoor pool. My wife said there was in indoor pool but we never made it there either. Brother-in-law wanted to fish each day on the pier, so he and I stayed busy doing that each day. Went to a couple of nice places to eat near by and drove to Lamberts to eat one night. Only drawback was my bad (I left a ziplock bag under our bathroom sink with some medicines and a few other things; but nothing that couldn't be replaced.) To sum up everything, we had a wonderful stay.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay at Island Tower. The location was perfect and the set up of the condo fit our family of five great. We all agreed this was our favorite VRBO rental yet. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Loved everything about this condo. The decor was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. It was very clean upon our arrival. The elevators were fast. It was Convient to be able to walk next door to eat. The view was breath taking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time at this beautiful condo on the 19th floor @ Island Tower. We were celebrating our parent’s 62nd wedding anniversary. There were 7 of us total & there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfy. The front bedroom was a little small with the queen bed against the wall making it hard for us “older folks” to get into & out of. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Both elevators were working this visit. Our last visit the previous year had only one working. The balcony had plenty of seating space for everyone. It was very quiet & nice until the last two days. we had folks above us that were smoking on the balcony even though it’s a smoke-free facility. they were very loud & rowdy into the night. It is close to Walmart & lots of dining. Traffic was very light that week before the Labor Day holiday.

The rooms were all very nice sized and the balcony was awesome. I was called and told that painting and work was going on, on the outside of the building. I did specifically ask of the pools were open and was told that they were Unfortunately the outdoor pool was under renovation and a mess. So that did cause some disappointment. Otherwise a great place

We have stayed in various rentals in gulf shores and orange beach and island towers 1902 has by far been the best! It accommodated all 8 comfortably! The only thing i can say negative about the unit is that it needed pot holders,cookie sheet/ pizza pan and dish towels. But ither than that it was GREAT!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 1902 HAS NICE VIEWS, A GREAT BALCONY AND GREAT LOCATION. HOWEVER, THE PLACE WAS NASTY...THE FOLD OUT BED WAS FULL OF CHEERIOS AND SAND, THE TRASH CAN WAS BROKEN AND TOO SMALL FOR THAT SIZE CONDO, THE ELEVATORS DIDN'T WORK HALF THE TIME, AND WHEN THEY DID, THE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS WERE USING THEM, CONSTRUCTION STARTED AT 6:00 AM, A FIRE ALARM WENT OFF AT 3:45 AM AND WE HAD TO EVACUATE FOR A FALSE ALARM. THIS ALSO HAPPENED A COUPLE OF WEEKS PRIOR WITH ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER. UNIT 1902 NEEDS UPDATED AND CLEAN FURNITURE. THE BALCONY FURNITURE HAD TRASH BEHIND THE COUCH. IT CLEARLY HADN'T BEEN MOVED IN WEEKS. THERE WERE ONLY 7 TOWELS FOR 9 PEOPLE, THE RERIGERATOR WASN'T COOLING AND THE WATER PRESSURE WAS MINIMAL AT BEST. I WILL BE UPLOADING PICTURES WITH MY GOOGLE REVIEW AND FACEBOOK GROUP GULF SHORES REVIEW. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! YOU NEED TO FIRE YOUR CLEANING CREW IMMEDIATELY!!!! WE WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING YOUR FACILITY TO ANYONE WE KNOW.

With 8 people in our party we had to have 2 vehicles so we had to pay for a second one and then go find the office to pick it up. Washer wouldn't fill with water but they sent someone and it was fixed that evening. Everyone we dealt with were very nice and helpful. Would stay again.

Loved it!

Very nice - we loved the condo and plan to go back! The kitchen was very well stocked with newer cookware (you don't often find nice cookware in a condo kitchen) and the condo was very clean and beautifully remodeled. The property was great as well, only draw back was the fitness center was closed. The location was great too, walking distance to great restaurants.
