Nota: Vivimos en una zona residencial tranquila, por lo que se debe mantener el ruido como mínimo, después de las 10 p.m.

Las características de nuestra villa privada: Piscina privada - Piscina para niños separada - Gran "NUEVO" Jacuzzi de 7 plazas Spa - NUEVO Tenis de mesa - Gran terraza amueblada en la azotea con excelentes vistas.

Hemos instalado un nuevo jacuzzi de 7 plazas, mayo de 2018.
La villa es luminosa, espaciosa y espaciosa, con todas las comodidades modernas que esperaría de una experiencia vacacional de lujo, incluyendo Wi-Fi de alta velocidad, TV del Reino Unido, Nintendo Wii, una gran biblioteca de DVD, libros y juegos. Acabamos de comprar un Smart TV de 40 ".

Dentro de Villa Mimosa hay un amplio salón y comedor, una cocina bien equipada para todas sus necesidades gastronómicas. Tenemos 2 habitaciones dobles y 2 habitaciones dobles, un baño familiar grande con ducha separada y baño en suite con la habitación principal.

Hemos atendido a los huéspedes más jóvenes al proporcionarles una cuna, un protector de cama, una trona, un monitor para bebés, un taburete, un esterilizador de biberones, una silla / mecedora para bebés, un asiento elevador, una compuerta para escaleras y vajilla y cubertería para niños. También tenemos disponibles 2 asientos para automóvil (asiento para bebé y asiento elevado para niños pequeños).

En el exterior hay muchas zonas de descanso junto a la piscina, para que pueda relajarse y disfrutar del sol. También puede disfrutar de las vistas del campo de golf y de la costa desde la gran terraza, donde tenemos más asientos para sus vacaciones, a la vez que es rentable.

En estancias de más de 7 días, ofrecemos un cambio de sábanas (todas las toallas y ropa de cama) y un baño limpio.

Excellent property in a lovely quiet location. 7 of us enjoyed a fantastic stay in Villa Mimosa. Everything went without a hitch and the welcome book was very helpful for any questions we had. The villa was clean, spacious and equipped well.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Mimosa. We found the place immaculate throughout, hugely well equipped with everything you need and having travelled with two teenagers, the additions of a pool table, table tennis, various games and DVDs were much appreciated.Location-wise, it was around a 15/20 minute walk to a large shopping centre with a supermarket holding everything you need. There are also a couple of nice little restaurants in the same vicinity. To get to the main area of Caleta De Fuste was a further 20/25 minute walk, but a nice one along the beach and a taxi to and from the villa to this area was only around 4 euros. Communication throughout the booking was perfect, both from the property owners and the management company. So a big thank you to you all for such a great stay!

Lovely villa in excellent location

We stayed over Christmas with our children. The villa was just what we needed, well equipped and very clean. The hot tub was fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on the roof terrace.

Not a luxury Villa

This is not a luxury villa - we had countless bad experiences - hot tub had no cover so didn’t heat up and didn’t stay clean; swimming pool didn’t heat up so had electricians and maintenance around first few days; furniture inside and out definitely not luxury, electrics kept tripping, neighbour next door made our holiday miserable and was aggressive and abusive shouting at us - was really awful - the gardens and outside area were pretty and pool table and table tennis table but seriously you couldn’t have fun or make any noise because of the neighbour - we won’t be returning

Villa Mimosa

Lovely spotless clean spacious villa, in a quiet residential area. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Having beach towels, hairdryers and hair straighteners was fab, means less to pack! The kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals and little dishes and glasses for outside pool use. Outside has plenty of seating areas for eating out and sunbathing or just relaxing in the sun. Just a short walk to the supermarket and shops. We would definitely book again.

Perfect villa

The villa was absolutely perfect for us and our family. Plenty of room inside and out, plus the added bonus of the hot tub, pool table and table tennis. We hired a car and so the resort centre was a very short drive away with plenty of restaurants and a lovely beach. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

Just returned from a five night stay with friend's! The villa is amazing...exactly as advertised and has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. The roof terrace was perfect for catching the last bit of the days sun and the pool was lovely and warm. The jacuzzi was a brilliant bonus to the property and definitely added to our plan of relaxing. The area itself is perfect...so peaceful with shops and resturants within walking distance..a taxi back from the supermarket was just €3...Communication from the owner from start to finish was prompt and I am so so glad we chose this vila for our girls holiday. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Excellent Villa in Excellent Location

From arrival to leaving, everything can be classed as first class. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and as there were no guests leaving we were on the villa 20 minutes after leaving the airport. The communication both with the owner prior to arriving and the manager on arrival was nothing short of perfect, nothing was too much trouble, the manager gave us detailed information on the area, property and our responsibilities to others, specifically no loud music after 10 pm, we did have music on after this time but at an acceptable level so no issues whatsoever. The villa itself is beautiful and spacious, no issues with any room, the outside space and roof terrace were perfect, this can also be said about the pool and the jacuzzi, the pool was cleaned regularly. The accommodation was not only clean but also modern, beds and pillows were comfortable, and the kitchen was more than big enough for the number (6) of people in our group with more than enough seating/sunbeds for all of us. I cannot recommend this property enough, the location is far enough out of the centre for it to be quiet but not too far to have to use taxis consistently.

We spent three weeks at Villa Mimosa and, genuinely, couldn’t fault a thing. The property was perfect for my family and friends. We were seven in total for one week, with my family of four for the full duration. Plenty to keep kids entertained (including good Wi-Fi for all the streaming!), the pool table a particular hit! The villa was immaculately kept, Tony (property manager) was in regular contact albeit we didn’t need him really for anything. All in all, a great villa in a great location. Would recommend extremely highly and will definitely be back!

Great family holiday

Pros * lovely pool (barely used though as was so cold, definitely get pool heating) *amazing hot tub * spacious villa * good location *every item needed for cooking, literally everything *very comfy matresses *great showers * lots of sunbeds (nice comfy ones) Cons *cant make noise after 10pm, slightly ruins your holiday as too scared that the neighbours will complain...this should be on the listing not just told when you arrive. The guest book has comments about neighbours calling the police and quite a few complaints about noise so we were on edge about music and the times. *pillows were rock hard, like sleeping on bricks but the quilt and mattress were very good. * pool heating. We were advised not to have it but some days we couldnt even get in as far too cold. Could have added after 4 days but we know it takes 2/3 days to fully heat so wouldnt be worth it, thankfully we had the hot tub. Overall it was a lovely holiday but could have been better had we known about the noise restrictions and actually using the pool. We visit every year and have been at least 20 times in last 15 years but wouldnt book this villa again.

Such a fantastic property with everything you need for adults and children.

This property was such a delight to stay in. It had everything we needed. Swimming pool and hot tub for the adults, little splash pool for the children. There was enough space for everyone not to be on top of each other. The children were well catered for with everything they needed from highchairs and booster seats, to bowls plates and cups. A couple of recommendations would be that the decor needs a bit of an update. Having looked at other villas which are more modernly designed, you can see the difference in decor and furniture. Being able to accommodate 8 adults, it was noticed that there was only a couple of flute glasses so all the adults that wanted it, couldn’t enjoy a glass of Prosecco at the same time. Not a massive issue but it needs enough kitchenware for everyone. All that being said we would 100% book again at this villa. Thank you very much for having us.

Stunning stunning villa! Me my wife and 3 children stayed here for 7 days and enjoyed every moment, well needed for all the family to unwind and relax and this villa allowed that, we spent hours and hours in the pool wishing it would last forever... until next time. The villa had everything you could want in a home from home

Great Relaxing Break

The Villa was exactly as presented online and was very clean and well appointed. The check in process was excellent with a phone call as we collected our luggage and 15-20 mins later in a taxi for less than €20 we were met by Tony who showed us around and explained things inc. pool and hot tub. The villa is 20-25 mins walk to the very nice Centro Atlantico which has a great supermarket, boutique shops and cafes which was OK on day one but might be a little taxing in hotter weather or less able people. We usually hire a car but thought no need this time which is OK if staying the Caleta De Fuste area as there are ample taxis all for less than €5!! If you want to venture further up or down the coast then a car really is required. Pool was a little cold as still April but we all went in and with the hot tub then no problems as it was a brilliant spa!! Lazing around reading and on "tech" was just what we needed as good wi-fi and loads or room around the villa. With a pool table and table tennis more energy could be expended before a pool side shower, plunge into the pool then back to the hot tub!! Taxis into Caleta De Fuste on evenings we ate out delivered plenty decent meals and pubs for drinks. For a little more up market evenings the golf club (worth a round as well!) and the Sheraton offer lovely surroundings and a more refined ambience. All in all a great villa, trouble free break and came back very relaxed and happy to recommend Villa Mimosa

Beautiful Villa with lovely owners

Family of 5, and extended family. A beautiful villa located along the golf course in caleta de fuste maintained to a very high standard. Everything we needed plus more was available at the villa. It was spotless and very well maintained. The outdoor dining and seating area was lovely and lit up beautifully at night. It is located in a very quiet area which suited us looking for a peaceful and restful holiday. We enjoyed the pool table which was a bonus to play in the evening. There were lots of board games and a wii which the kids and adults really enjoyed. The owners were quick to reply to queries and very pleasant to deal with. We were glad that we hired a car as it is a little further out from the main bulk of restaurants and shops. However, taxis seemed plentiful around the area. We had some lovely meals out in restaurants recommended however our favourite was La Bodequita due to having a playground outside it was a hit with the younger guest and amazing Italian pasta and meat dishes for the rest of us. I hope that the season is a busy and fruitful one for these property owners, they certainly have put the love and effort into their villa and we wish them them the very best.

Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous!

This was my first visit to Fuerteventura having been to all of the other Canary Islands previously. The island is very quiet, unspoilt and beautiful. The location of the villa is in a quiet residential area near the golf course, away from the main tourist area of Caleta de Fuste but only a 3-5 Euro taxi ride away. We had no problems booking taxis directly to/from the villa (thanks to Google translate). The villa was beautiful and was fully equipped with everything we needed. Particularly enjoyed my morning cuppa on the verandah and my evening vino in the hot tub! For us (myself, husband and 13 year old daughter) there was absolutely nothing missing. We cooked, washed and BBQ'd (Eurospar 20 minutes walk/3 Euro taxi back) and there are also a number of very nice restaurants in Caleta de Fuste (Bar Oliver and Shivam Indian particularly). This was booked to be a quiet, relaxing holiday and did not disappoint. I would definitely book Villa Mimosa again if our travels take us back to Fuerteventura.

Great week away

Two families of Four, had a week in the Villa which was lovely and spacious, plenty of places to sit, eat and sunbathe. Nice welcome pack of some beers and wine in the fridge on arrival which was a nice touch. Owners very communicative both prior to and after the holiday. Terry who maintains the villa was also friendly and easy to contact if needed. The Villa also had all the amenities needed. We had a lovely relaxing week and would definitely go back to Villa Mimosa.

Hi, my name is Tracy. My partner and I purchased Villa Mimosa in December 2016. We went out on holiday in September of the same year and absolutely loved the Island. We had already spent hours researching properties to buy and as soon as we saw this one, we knew it was the one.

It was already being used as a holiday letting by the previous owner and they had great reviews on what they offered.

We have just arrived back from the Island, after spending a week pottering around - staining all the outdoor furniture, replacing fencing - generally to make it feel like our holiday home, but also a home our guests will enjoy.

We live in a village about 20 miles north of Peterborough.
My partner works for Tesco as a Store Manager and I work as a Manufacturing Controller in the Communications industry.
We have 4 children between us, 20, 17, 14 and 11.

It has been a challenge, buying a property abroad – and it’s my new part time job in the evenings, but it has been worth it – we didn’t want to come home this week, sunny in Fuerteventura, snow in the UK!!!

We have had guests visiting with positive comments and are booked out for quite a bit of 2017 already.

Update Nov 2018

We have had a very busy year, we have had lots of works carried out to make our villa be the best it can be. We have been out about 4 times this year and so far, only 3 of our 4 kids have stayed - the eldest is more into holidaying with her friends!!
We have plans to create permanent walls around the villa, to offer more privacy for our guests and neighbors and my partners ambition is to make the en suite into a shower room, maybe later in 2018.

We have had fantastic reviews from all our guests and are welcoming back many of them in 2018
June 2018
2 walls have been created, the en-suite makeover is now complete and a new Jacuzzi has been installed - a very busy 2018 so far :)
Aug 18 - new table tennis installed
July 20 - new pool table added

We loved this property as soon as we saw it was advertised for sale.
The location is perfect, a 10 minute drive from the airport a 15 minute walk into the local town, with all amenities in reach.
My parent often holidayed on the Island, so I knew we would love it - the unspoiled beaches are amazing.

The Jacuzzi!!!
This is such a benefit to the property - we spent most evenings chilling out with a glass of wine, perfect after a hard day of working, or relaxing!!!
And now the new Jacuzzi is bigger and better :)
