Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Ihre Auflage lautet: weder Kinder noch Tiere… das wird nicht eingehalten! Am Wochenende wird der Pool, die Liegen und Parkplätze von „Halbwüchsigen“ lauthals in Beschlag genommen, sodaß man nur flüchten kann !!! Zur Wohnung: kann ich Ihnen gerne Fotos von prall gefüllten Schränken und Schubladen senden… Geschirr ist schmutzig gewesen und die Wohnung ist nicht sonderlich gepflegt (schmutzige Handtücher ect.) Das war sehr schade

Great holiday in homely apartment

Apartment was everything we needed for our holiday. Comfy sofa and beds. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine in bathroom. WiFi was good. Pool area spacious with plenty of sun beds available any time of day. Amazing views and good spot to watch sunset. Would have been perfect if there had been full sun loungers on balcony and more comfortable chairs around table. Safe location due to gated complex.

Super Woche in schöner Wohnung und ruhiger Anlage

Das Ferienapartment liegt in einer schönen und recht ruhigen Anlage. Die Anlage ist nicht weit entfernt von Restaurants und Bars (fussläufig ca. 400 m). Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge liegt die Wohnung optimal, da man schnell aus Puerto del Carmen raus ist. Die Wohnung selbst bietet alles was man benötigt ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles in Allem können wir die Wohnung zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und beabsichtigen selbst, dort wieder Urlaub zu machen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Anlage

Die Anlage ist gepflegt (täglich wird der Pool gereinigt); Parkplatz ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (z.B. Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirr aber keine Kaffeemaschine). Das Apartment ist sauber und ordentlich. Der Fernseher hat allerdings keinen Satellitenempfang sondern lediglich DVB-T. Damit lassen sich einige spanische und englische Sender empfangen. Das Internet ist schnell und erlaubt das Streamen von Fernsehangeboten. Im Ausland kann aber nicht alles per Streaming empfangen werden, z.B. Sportsendungen. In Puerto del Carmen gibt es auch nur eine Kneipe mit deutschem Fußballprogramm (Bei Jimmy) - ansonsten wird nur Premier League gezeigt (Publikum in Puerto del Carmen ist überwiegend englisch). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Super-Dino) sind in der Nähe. Beim Weg zum Strand/Promenade/Hafen muss man schon einen ganz schönen Höhenunterschied überwinden. Das war unser tägliches Sportprogramm und hat uns nicht gestört. Die Informationen zur Wohnung (Zugang etc) waren gut und rechtzeitig vorhanden; Nachfrage wurde prompt beantwortet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Beautiful views from a lovely apartment

Second time we have stayed in Laura’s apartment. It’s is lovely, modern and clean with a big balcony that has the sun from around 11am through to sunset, stunning views of the mountains and Fuertuventura. Set in the old town with a lovely shopping complex about a 10 minute walk down the hill. Lovely bars, restaurants and supermarket all close by. Hope to return again in the future. Thank you Laura.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Lovely quiet location with great views of the sea and mountains. The balcony is great receiving the sun from around 12 until the sun goes down. The apartment is modern, very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The apartment is within easy walking distance to the old town and local supermarkets bars and restaurants. It has the added bonus of being located within a gated community. All the local residents are very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Sandra and Johnny

EXCELLENT SUNNY MODERN APARTMENT

Stayed at this fantastic apartment 11/03/18 for 1 week, from booking to leaving Laura was great with correspondence and how helpful she was. the apartment was excellent modern kitchen and living room, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a great balcony with pool and sea view which had the afternoon sun from midday to 7pm. good location away from noise but only 5 minutes stroll to sea front bit of a steep hill to walk back .

Great property in a good location

Overall, this is a great property and dealing with Laura was very positive. The location is up the hill from the main area of Old Town Puerto del Carmen but a 10 min walk from the marina. There are some local restaurants and bars at the top of Calle Reina Sofia so you don't always have to venture far down the hill. The premises are gated for added security and the apartment is located at the top, overlooking the pool. The balcony gets the sun from around 11am to late evening (March) and has nice views of the sea. The apartment itself is very nice and decorated to a high standard with modern furniture and sleek kitchen. We hired a car from Autoreisen and explored a fair amount of the island (free parking onsite) and would suggest others to do the same. We spend a couple of evenings in Puerto Calero for a bit of a change and there are some nice restaurants along the marina. A trip up north towards Orzola brings a different scenery to the south of the island and we had an amazing lunch in the small fishing village. Didn't manage to get across to La Graciosa but will plan a trip another time. Dealing with Laura was a pleasure and I would fully recommend her apartment to anyone. We may even arrange a trip back ourselves.

Es handelt sich um ein schönes Apartment, Balkon mit Meerblick

Für zwei Personen ein tolles Apartment mit guter Einrichtung, Küchenzeile mit Induktionsherd, Waschmaschine im Badezimmer, Balkon mit Meerblick, wo wir morgens das Frühstück genossen haben. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein bißchen klein, die Matratzen der Betten waren gut.
