The house Beau Bella is a rags to riches story with its final chapters yet to be written. The original house was built in the early 1900's as a Salt Box Design and served as a small residence that provided decades of private living. In recent years it fell into disarray and suffered the maladies of a short sale, then a foreclosure proceeding and became the "blight" of the neighborhood of finer Walla Walla homes. In 2012 the house was purchased by the Olson Family Trust and through a vision of resurrection the house underwent major remodeling.
During the rebuilding process a design was undertaken that created an esthetic balance of strong and beautiful, yet elegant and beautiful providing for 21st century living standards while maintaining the character of finer older Walla Walla homes.
Amenities created during the rebuilding process included adding 2 master bedroom suites, a gourmet cooking/entertaining kitchen, wine cellar and an intimate backyard with privacy decks. The house was wired for wi-fi, and flat screen HD smart TV's were added throughout. This house has been designed to accommodate an elegant stay, whether for use as an executive retreat, a family gathering, a celebration or a weekend retreat for golf or wine tasting.
Beau Bella is as its name implies..."handsome"..."beautiful"...We welcome you!
