In a quiet, secure small residence with beautiful swimming pool and caretaker, 800 m from the beaches of St Cyprien, 1.5 km from Cala Rossa and 6 km from Porto Vecchio.
Ideal location for visiting the whole of southern Corsica.
T1 air-conditioned 48 m2 with 1 bedroom (choice: 1 bed 180x200 OR 2 beds 90x200 and 1 DRAWER BED 80x190).
In the living room: 1 comfortable sofa bed with quick and easy opening (total capacity up to 5 beds) on the garden level, next to the swimming pool with patio and covered wooden terrace of 18 m2.
All comfort: beautiful equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...) barbecue, deckchairs, flat screen, storage cupboards in each room ... decorated with taste.
Free WIFI.
Possibility to rent sheets, towels, cot. Prices: Sheets of all sizes: € 15 per bed and per change / Towels € 8 per person and per change (one large and one small package) / Cot € 30 per week.
Private parking in front of the entrance. Reception service upon arrival.
Unheated swimming pool open from May to October.
Arrival day: Saturday 5 p.m. - Departure day: Saturday 10 a.m.
Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning package € 65 to be paid upon arrival to the receptionist.
Deposit 500 € not cashed (insured by credit card number on your arrival).

Great apartment with nice terrace

We enjoyed the stay very much. Baguettes could be bought at 2 different places in walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped, we missed nothing and the big pool was very near and clean! We can only recommend the apartment!

Superbe appartement !!!! Une propreté !!! Une super cuisine equipee comme à la maison, vaisselle-ustensiles de qualité et en quantité. Une belle superficie : nous etions avec nos enfants (18, 16 et 12 ans), nous etions a l aise. Belle Piscine à 3 pas de l appartement. Pas de vis a vis. Une tres grande terrasse avec petit coin salon. Et belle plage de saint cyprien accessible a 20 min de marche.Bref vous l aurez compris, ce logement est exceptionnel!!!

Très bel appartement, bien fonctionnel avec une belle piscine. Très bien situé, nous pouvons facilement nous rendre aux aiguilles de Bavella, Cavu et descendre jusqu'à Bonifacio. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Mme BERETTI qui a été de très bons conseils. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation.

Tarif mensonger

Même si le logement est agréable, je mets une seule étoile pour dénoncer le tarif mensonger indiqué dans l’annonce. Il est noté dans la liste des critères : draps fournis et serviettes fournies. Ces critères sont faux, il faut payer 17e pour les draps (en 180x200 donc autant dire que nous sommes peu nombreux à en avoir à la maison) et 9e pour les serviettes. Il nous est demandé de payer en espèces (probablement pour faire du black non déclaré). Idem, il faut payer 70e de ménage (exorbitant), en espèces à l’arrivée. Il faut donc ajouter une centaine d’euros, et je ne suis pas sûre que Abritel cautionne cette manière de procéder.

Bonjour Madame, Je me dois de répondre à votre commentaire. Après vérification, le tarif du nettoyage est bien précisé dans la description du logement « Forfait nettoyage fin de séjour obligatoire 70€ à régler à l’arrivée à la chargée d’accueil ». Par ailleurs, le coût est également précisé dans le paragraphe 4 du contrat de location que vous avez signé (vous et votre conjoint). Également, l’option du linge est précisée dans l’annonce « Possibilité de location de draps, linge de toilette, lit bébé. Draps toutes dimensions : 17€ / Serviettes 9€ par lit et par change (lot une grande et une petite) et indiquée dans le contrat que vous avez signé vous et votre conjoint. En ce qui concerne le paiement demandé en espèces, c’est parce que nous n’avons pas de terminal de CB. A l’avenir, je préciserai « paiement par chèque ou en espèces ». J’en conclus que vous n’avez pas lu l’annonce, ni le contrat pour lequel vous vous êtes engagé à respecter. PS : J'ai été étonnée de lire un mauvais avis. Je travaille avec Abritel depuis12 ans et c’est le seul avis négatif (non justifié) sur 60 avis. Nos efforts (avec Marie-Pierre, chargée d'accueil) sont donc récompensés .

Die Ferienwohnung war top ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Eine große Terasse, von der man direkt mit ein paar Schritten am Pool war. Die Übergabe der Wohnung durch Madame Berretti war super nett, wir bekamen von ihr viele Tipps für die Umebung. Tolle Strände direkt in der Nähe. Insgesamt haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Logement à recommander. Piscine extraordinaire. Tout le confort, bien agencé, grande terrasse très bien exposée. Au calme, avec des résidents très sympathique. Séjour très agréable !

La résidence est très agréable avec une jolie piscine. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, propre et très bien situé il n'y manque rien, avec une agréable terrasse ombragée. Accueil chaleureux de Mme BERETTI, merci beaucoup à elle ! Nous déplorons seulement que les voisins du dessus soient bruyants jusqu'à tard le soir.

Séjour parfait

A peine arrivés et déjà le sentiment d'être chez soi, dans un logement dont on aurait la deco. Spacieux, propre, calme, totalement équipé (ou presque, il ne manquait qu'une plancha), proche de trés belles plages et balades, et de petits commerces pour ne plus avoir besoin de bouger pendant un bon moment. On pense déjà à renouveller l'expérience

Magnifique séjour !

Appartement spacieux, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. On s'y sent comme chez soi ! Une belle piscine au sein de la résidence, et la splendide plage de Saint Cyprien à deux pas. Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée, avec plein d'informations utiles pour les balades et visites à faire dans la région. Nous y reviendrons, c'est certain !
