Welcome to "Seascape"!

This recently updated and freshly painted “light and bright” ground floor condo with easy access to the ocean and pool, offers beautiful views and tons of natural light in every room! Located directly on the shores of Amelia Island, this one bedroom, one completely renovated bathroom condo with oceanfront patio has everything that you need to relax and enjoy a much-needed vacation getaway.

Walking through the front door, your eyes will immediately be fixated on the breathtaking views! In the living area, you will find luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout with a cozy couch that pulls out into a queen size bed for that extra sleeping room, two comfortable reclining chairs, new 50" flat screen SmartTv with streaming apps and live tv is a welcoming spot to unwind while enjoying the coastal and pool views. Sliding glass doors leading to the oceanfront patio, you can choose to have meals outdoors, complete with two chairs and side table for relaxing with a good book or just enjoying the sounds of the waves crashing on shore.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need to prepare a home cooked meal, all while enjoying the amazing views. The dining area is just off the kitchen and provides seating for four.

The wonderful master suite is beautifully decorated with coastal teals and blues and is accompanied with a comfortable memory foam queen size bed for relaxing, double nightstands, a dresser, new flat 50" screen television with streaming apps and live tv, and magnificent ocean views. There is also a fully renovated full bathroom with new walk-in shower and vanity sink.

Enjoy the private patio located just off the master for a quiet retreat after a day soaking in the sun at the beach or pool or from a day of touring all that Amelia Island has to offer!

Don’t worry about bringing too much! Beach towels, beach umbrella, beach and pool gear, beach chairs as well as a “must have” beach cart are provided!

Aside from the close proximity to the beach and pool, these luxury ocean front condominiums have two beautiful pools, 4 Har-Tru surfaced tennis courts, and an outdoor grills/picnic area.

Amazing place

This resort, this room was an amazing place to stay. Everything you need, feels like your at home. 1 I was alittle worried about being on the 1st floor, but it was great. We we able to walk up to out patio and let our beach things dry out, before bring inside. I would definitely stay again!! Amy was very polite and easy to converse with!!!!

Great vacation condo!

This is our families 2nd time staying here and we love this condo. It is on the ground floor which helps transporting things back and forth from the beach and pool with kids. Despite it being on the first floor, it has a decent view of the ocean. The host is great and the property was clean and had everything you need! I highly recommend staying here.

Great Place - Would stay again

Very nice place - perfect for a couple. Kitchenette includes quite a bit of utensils, pots, pans etc which is perfect for making breakfast / lunch. It's not a huge issue but do plan on driving if you need a grocery store, convenience store or to go out to eat (there's nothing within walking distance). The first floor has nice access to the pool and is plenty spacious for a couple. My wife and I looked into cheaper options in the area but are very happy we paid a little more to stay here.

Fantastic location, good value

Met expectations. Ideal location and the beach was beautiful. It checked every box for us, was well-equipped, and was quiet overall. The only exception was the unit was located directly across from the elevator and garbage storage. The elevator use echoed through the HVAC systems and was loud while sleeping

Great condo at Amelia Surf and Raquet

I loved this condo. I enjoyed being on the first floor as it was easy to unload luggage, easy access to the beach and didn't have to deal with the elevators during COVID. The property grounds are beautiful and well maintained so the ocean view is really pretty. Beautiful sunrises and clean white sand beach. Amy was great she responded to me within an hour. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Spring Vacation

The condo was perfect for us. Some highlights were the cleanliness of the rental as well as a kitchen and washer and dryer. We enjoyed the beach access for our morning walks and the patio to sit and relax enjoying the view. We felt safe and liked the convenience of being on the first floor. It was a close commute to the historic area for food and shopping. The paved paths for walking and biking were enjoyable too. Amy was very responsive when I had questions. It was our first visit to Amelia Island and one we won’t forget.

Perfect Unit

This unit is exactly as advertised and by far the cleanest rental we have experienced. Kitchen is fully stocked, there are extra linens, beach towels and chairs, couldn't ask for more. We highly recommend. P.S. This comment is in no way against the condo owners but we recommend taking bottled drinking water as this complex has what we call "beach water" which is not very tasty - thanks

Wonderful stay!

Loved the condo and location! Nothing like a beach vacation for relaxing and with a very comfortable bed in this unit did the trick. The condo was well equipped, very clean and decorated nicely. Only issue we had upon our arrival was hooking up to internet. Both owner and manager were helpful and willing to come and assist us. We finally were able to connect on our own and had no further issues . After staying only one week last year which wasn't enough time to explore the island we were fortunate enough to beable to stay for a month this year. Hopefully we will beable to do it again next year! A fun Island, with great golfing, awesome bike paths and beautiful sunrise from a nice condo on a empty beach. It doesn't get much better than that.

outstanding 1bdroom condo.

one of the nicest 1 bedroom condos my wife & I have had the pleasure to visit. The decor was terrific in every room. My wife kept stating how she would like to find such nice artwork. The queen size memory foam mattress is such a plus as compared to traditional mattresses. All appliances look (and work like) brand new. Full size washer/dryer that work perfectly too. The location of this 1st floor condo makes it very special. Just a few steps to a beautiful pool area and a short walk to a great FL beach. Amelia Island Beach & Racquet Club property is kept pristine. We have rented 3 different condos at this location in the last 3 years & we have never been disappointed in how nice everything is kept at this complex. Property Manager was easy to work with and always prompt on any replies. Nothing negative to say about this unit & complex. Looking forward to a return trip & stay.

Great Property

Property as advertised. Very clean. Grounds and pool area well maintained. Unit had beach umbrella, two beach chairs and beach toys for the kids.Beach area was large and not crowded.

Our visit to Amelia Island was wonderful. The accommodations were comfortable, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and close to the beach, which was thankfully not crowded. Hanging access to the pool was also a win.

Perfect Quiet Vacation Spot

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this amazing condo. The property was spotless and was as advertised in the pictures. It had everything you would need for the beach / utensils / cleaning supplies / laundry detergent / etc. This condo is right next to the pool on the first floor which makes it very convenient when walking to the boardwalk for the beach. The only issue we ever really encountered was hearing the elevator going up and down in your bedroom. I'd recommend bringing a fan of a sort of sound machine to block out the noise you may hear (I used my Youtube app for a fan noise if you happened to not bring one). Other than that, a perfect stay and somewhere that we would love to comeback to one day.

Lovely getaway

We stayed here for a much needed long weekend getaway at the beach and it was perfect. Right on the beach with pool just steps away. Had everything needed to enjoy the beach… chairs, unbrellas and beach towels. All we needed to do was check and start relaxing. Communications were excellent and checking and checkout were seamless.
