We loved our stay here - it was wonderful to have the pool, and the house is a wonderfully restored older home with lots of character. The marina so close by with a public boat launch was the icing on the cake!
Fantastic place to stay. It was very hot when we were there, the AC and the pool was a must when we were there. We were in the pool every day .Very Clen nice house.
Great Cape week
House was terrific. Pool a great bonus. Passes to multiple beaches lends to a nice variety.
Rented paddle boards close by. Great service. Easy access to food, shopping and attractions.
Would rent again in a heartbeat.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed your stay and explored the numerous attractions the area has to offer.
Very confortable house in quiet neighborhood
One of our best family vacations yet!!!! House easily accommodated all ten of us comfortably. Location was perfect, nearby to a lot of attractions and beaches. Swimming pool was the highlight. Grandkids and Grampa spent a lot of time in there.
Thank you, glad your family had a great time.
Beautiful place to stay. Pool was great. Close to mid-Cape destinations like Hyannis -- about an hour away from Provincetown.
Very nice property we had 2 families here plenty of room. The pool was the best part nice and relaxing. Owner always available and good with responding quickly. Beach pass was awesome! Only 2 little problems the down stairs basement laundry room was full of unwanted little critters . The upstairs 2 bedrooms have no tv and no shower just 1/2 bath. Not too good for 2 families spitting the house. Other than that perfect location just far enough away from civilization
Thank you for your feedback on the property, we appreciate your time. Usually when two families rent, the parents take the two large bedrooms on the first floor where there are flat screen TV's in each of the rooms as well as the 46" TV in the living room. Since the 1/2 bath is on the second floor, showers and baths have to be taken in one of the two full baths on the first floor. Because we are in such a wooded area there are occasionally some insects in the basement, I sprayed earlier this year and will spray again this weekend.
The home is located on a tree lined street on 2 acres including an in-ground pool. There a no visible houses as you swim in the pool area or have fun in the yard. There is a small river in the back that empties into the ocean 100 yards away, there is also a swimming hole before the ocean. It is a 10 minute ride to Hyannis or the Falmouth-Mashpee area where there are restaurants for every taste as well as movie theaters and shopping centers. Super Stop and Shop less than a mile away. Trailer your boat 100 yards down the street and have access to Martha's Vineyard as well as Nantucket or just pull up on Sampsons Island and go swimming. If you don't own a boat take a ride to high speed ferries in Hyannis or Falmouth that can get you to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard.
