2015年に新しく広々とした設備の整ったヴィラが建設されました。 ヴィラは、伝統的な石の壁と緑のフェンスに完全に囲まれた門があります。 4台分の駐車場があります。
プロパティは2200 m2大きいです。
家は8人まで非常に快適です。 設備の整ったベッドルーム3室と専用バスルームがあります。 追加のトイレとオープンスペースのリビング/ダイニングルーム、キッチンもあります。
裏庭にはスイミングプールと、サンベッド、小さなテーブル、パラソルのあるテラスがあります。
1つのテラスには、ソファとアームチェア付きのバーバキューエリアとパビリオンがあります。
もう1つのテラスには、8人用のダイニングテーブルと椅子があります。
子供の遊び場にはブランコ、トボガン、トランポリンが備わっています。
ゲストは、トマト、キュウリ、ズッキーニ、豆、ナス、ピーマン、イチゴ、スイカのあるヴィラの庭にアクセスできます...

Perfect relaxing family holiday villa

The villa We had a fantastic 2 week stay, making the most of the pool, BBQ and fresh produce in the vegetable patch.

Stunning Villa

Beautiful villa - photos don’t do it justice. It felt really spacious, with stunning views but easily accessible to Gruda and only 10 minutes from the airport. ( with no issues from airport noise). The hosts were waiting for us on arrival with a lovely welcome pack and always available to answer questions

Fantastic holiday

Mario and Ivana are the most friendly hosts. We could literally ask anything. Mario also took us to his father for a wine tasting of his own production. The villa itself is perfect, all what has been described is true. What can not be seen on the pictures is that they have a Nespresso machine too :-). Beautiful pool, lots of sport activities and a magnific vegetable garden. Just walk in and think what you will eat or prepare next !! We will be more then happy if we can go back as soon as possible !

Excellent Villa for large family or groups in beautiful surroundings

The Villa is perfect for large families or groups, location is ideal for a peaceful getaway but Cavtat and Dubrovnik are within easy reach if you have a car. If not Ubers are available to get around or take you to the nearest port in Cavtat to get a sea taxi to Dubrovnik etc.. Cavtat, which is the closest main resort is very pretty and has all the water sports and beach activities you need, plus it has an Inflatable Obstacle course in the sea which is great fun for both kids and adults. Gruda is only a small village but offers a few bars, restaurants, mini supermarket and bakery that are within walking distance from the Villa. There is also a Tommy supermarket on the main D8 road close by which is not big but has all you need. Lidl and Konzum larger supermarkets are only 20-25 minute drive for a bigger choice/weekly shop if needed. I would not hestitate to recommend this Villa to anyone, very clean, safe environment, stunning location with beautiful views and everything you need. We enjoyed picking and eating the Peppers, Tomatoes and herbs from the garden and using the BBQ and outdoor terrace to eat most nights. The Table Tennis (ping pong) and badminton/volleyball net was great and if too hot, the pool was a good way of cooling down or just simply relaxing and sun bathing. Ivana and Mario are very friendly and lovely hosts, always happy to help or available if needed but also just left you to yourself to enjoy your holiday.

Une villa de REVE

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette villa spacieuse au grand confort et d'une propreté plus qu'appréciable. L'espace extérieur est très agréable avec une vue sur les montagnes et les cyprès. Tout est prévu pour que les enfants s'y plaisent aussi. La piscine est une invitation. Il n'y manque rien, sauf nous ;) Les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables. Sandrine et Olivier

Great house and lovely pool

We had a wonderful week in Gruda. The house was big and very clean. Good aircondition in all rooms. We really enjoyed the large pool and the outdoor area. The hosts was very nice and the communication was easy.

Stunning villa

5 adults stayed for a week in this beautiful villa, and couldn't fault a thing. The villa is very modern, clean and had everything you could imagine needing. The pool is heated, the sunloungers comfy, outside comfy chairs in the shade, outdoor table and chairs, BBQ etc We were able to help ourselves to the vegetables growing in the vegetable patch, and were welcomed by local treats from the family garden. Very easy access from the airport. We visited Dubrovnik via boat from nearby Cavtat - which was a great way to travel. Highly recommend.

Stunning Villa in stunning location

Beautiful modern villa with everything you could possibly need. Very safe for kids as all enclosed. Lovely outdoor areas to relax in well maintained garden and fruit and vegetable garden you can use. Park, trampoline and amazing pool within grounds. All outdoor areas have lighting. Pool has inflatables etc. Owners have thought of everything. Great indoor and outdoor dining areas. Lovely comfy seated area under patio beside garden. Amazing to watch stunning views and sunsets with the scent of lavender from their lovely garden. Air con in every one of the large bedrooms, all rooms ensuite. Each room has patio doors which have mosquito shutters and blackout shutters on every one. The owners were amazing, very friendly couple who are happy to help and give advise on the area. Set in a quaint village with easy access to Dubrovnik etc. Our hosts suggested going to Cavtat and getting boat over to Dubrovnik old town for the day which was amazing. Can't thank owners Ivana and Mario enough for their hospitality. Would highly recommend and our family intend to return.
