This apartment is located in front of the sea. Next to the doorway of the building there are the stairs which give you access to the beach.From the terrace of the apartment you have one of the best views of the south of Tenerife.


The beach next to the apartment is called “Playa de las vistas” and is one of the few beaches in Tenerife that has light sand.

The apartment is located in the historical center of LOS CRISTIANOS and 12 Kms away from the Tenerife South Airport. LOS CRISTIANOS and its surroundings are the most important tourist center of the Island of TENERIFE. In the area you will find the best shopping centers of the island as well as a great number of services; Restaurants, cafes, banks etc.

A few meters away from the apartment there is a promenade that connects Los Cristianos with Las Americas

The apartment has been renovated in its entirety; It Is modern and functional.

All the rooms of the apartment as well as the living room has exterior windows where you can see the sea from them.

It has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom A has a bed of 1:40 cm. Bedroom B has 3 beds of 90cm (two of them are bunk beds). It also has a spacious living-dining room with a 40 "HD TV and an outside dining terrace with the most spectacular views you can imagine.The apartment is part of a family-friendly neighborhood and its entrance is closed 24 hours Of the day .
