Charming, modern and cosy apartment with large terrace with lounge area and hammocks to enjoy the sun. Located near Passeig de Gracia, in the centre of the Eixample, a centric, safe and quiet area and at the same time active and attractive part of Barcelona.

This neighbourhood is the most cosmopolitan of Barcelona, where the families are mixed with the young and international atmosphere.

Great week

Location was excellent, within a mile of everywhere we visited. Property manager was very responsive to our requests. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our Christmas dinner.

Fantastic apartment in the perfect location.

We have loved staying in this apartment. It is very well resourced, the beds are super comfy, wonderful terrace with lots of seating options. Glad to have a washing machine and drying lines. The kitchen has everything we needed (note no dishwasher - this didn’t bother us). Ricardo is lovely and very helpful. Cold drinks on arrival were most welcome, as was air conditioning in the lounge. The only thing that would have made the stay even better would have been an extra fan for the other bedroom. We twice ate tapas at Pepinillo (just steps away from the apartment) absolutely delicious - great for carnivores and veggies. A wonderful week!

The apartment was wonderful - it was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and spacious enough for the 4 of us! Ricardo met us outside when we got to the apartment and took us up, showed us around, and gave us the keys. He was very nice and helpful. The bedrooms and living area were larger than I had expected, and the outdoor terrace is huge. I loved sitting outside and eating breakfast. There is a grocery store right next to the apartment, so that made it very easy to get food to cook in the kitchen when we were not going out to eat. We had no issues while we were there - the air conditioning worked great, good water pressure in the shower/tub, etc. As for location, the apartment is in a good area to walk to most of the "tourist areas" although it is also very easy to use Cabify or a taxi, etc. Highly recommend - we would stay here again!

Great location and friendly booking experience. The balcony is very large, and space is very comfortable for 4-5 people. The temperature of the shower was a little finicky though. Overall, great experience and a good place to come home to after busy days in the city.

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé

L'appartement était nickel à notre arrivée. Des boissons fraîches et des fruits nous attendaient dans le frigo ainsi que tous les éléments nécessaires (sel, sucre, huile...) L'entrée s'est réalisée très facilement. Un supermarché est juste à côté. La terrasse est immense. Les 2 chambres sont composées chacune de 2 lits simples. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement

Fantastisch verblijf, midden in de stad, schoon, groot en rustig.

Wat een heerlijk appartement is dit!!!! Super schoon, groot en een mega buiten terras. Heerlijk grote bedden, wifi, ingerichte keuken en badkamer. Airco was ook erg fijn in de warme zomerdagen. Metro station universitat zit op 5min lopen maar onderweg zoveel leuke en lekker eettentjes dat dat wandelingetje geen probleem is. Supermarkt zit naast het app. S’avonds heerlijk rustig. Tip; brunch&cake om de hoek van het app. Contact met de eigenaar is heel goed. Alles netjes uitgelegd en alles tip top in orde. Als we weer naar Barcelona gaan, gaan we zeker naar dit app.

В первую очередь - отличное расположение, 300 м от университета, 3 квартала - Passieg de Grasia у casa Batllo. Сами апартаменты большие, с огромной террасой, полностью оборудованной и укомплектованной кухней, хорошим санузлом. Что немаловажно - в соседнем подъезде супермаркет с полным набором продуктов и напитков, а также вокруг достаточное количество кафе и ресторанов. Отзывчивые менеджеры встречающей фирмы, возможно общение с персоналом на русском языке.

The apartment has original features, high ceilings and a lovely terrace. It is perfectly located being within a residential district but within 30 mins walk of the zoo, Barrio Gottic and lots of restaurants. The supermarket is next door and stocks all you would need, including a great bakery counter at the front door. Very pleased to find water, juice and beers in the fridge and fruit and danishes too. Warm welcome from the owner and we had a wonderful time exploring this most interesting city (it was my 5th visit!). Will definitely return.

Perfect apartment!

Ricardo and Elena were very nice, especially since we arrived so late. They were quite helpful with the car and everything, even helped bring in our luggage! The apartment was superb! Everything we hoped for and more. Ample room for all our stuff, great terrasse, and even welcoming fruits and beer! I only wish they were renting through AirBnB, as HomeAway takes an extra fee and final payment was complicated as we were expected to pay cash (which we didn't know) and had to run to a bank machine at 8h30pm to get money! Our excuses again to Ricardo and Elena for being so late and all the best to them as they were great hosts! Thank you! The apartment is actually way better than the pictures lead you to believe! Much brighter!

Lovely apartment

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! It was even better than the photos depicted! The location is perfect...central enough to everything...but in a quiet enough neighborhood to have a bit of peace! The hosts, Elena and Ricardo were so warm and friendly upon our arrival, and were very more than accommodating when we had a few questions during our stay. We will definitely be back to Barcelona...and will absolutely stay here again!
