Our 6 night stay at Shirley & Luca’s apartment was perfect. The location stunning & a short walk into town. The host was perfect in pre & during our stay communication. Nice and quiet place to enjoy Minorca

Nice flat, well equipped ( kitchenware), quiet area with access to a swimming pool. There is a convenient pathway to get to the sea, quite nice to practice snorkelling. The hosts are really nice and helpful. You might want to rent a car to explore the Island and visit other calas ( beaches )

Great view, great facilities

Great facilities, washing machine, very well equipped kitchen enabling us to cook decent meals every night on a 4-hob stove plus microwave - every kitchen utensil we every needed was available from a cheese grater, plenty of cooking pan sizes etc. Also, as we inevitably forgot a few things there were quite a few spares. Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood - doesn't feel very commercial or resort-y - so a great relaxing stay. We enjoyed the view on the balcony (one of 2 balconies- so there are options for morning or evening sun) every night. The only thing that could be wanting was the twin beds (not double) are not that long (fine for me but a bit short for a man)

Cala can porter

Delivered as promised and then some. Menorca is what Mallorca was 60 years ago with development somewhat restricted. I am afraid that money will win eventually and the charm, slow pace and its beauty will succumb to the justified greed brought up, not by the locals, but but foreigners without care for the environment. My comment, however sad, does not diminish our stay in Menorca , after all I am the fuel to the engine: the apartment was impeccable, very well taken care, furniture well chosen, easy parking, nice pool with nice pool furniture and a restaurant. The hosts, I assume far away, were on point, helpful and available for questions about anything. In our case my wife and daughter wanted alvarcas the local shoes and after 9 pairs, I can safely say that the host did better than well directing us to the right place. Same thing with local restaurants (el Pulpo) and distant ones el Cranck, a Michelin restaurant with prices to confirm. Overall, Menorca will be a place we will remember fondly and this rental will be a part of it

An excellent location, wonderful friendly beach holiday apartment with everything you need.

This is a house which has been filled with love. The real-life pictures are beautiful. We had 7 happy days with all the comforts at hand. The bonus of being able to go next door to the resort Nelva and use their pool and drink and eat lovely food was precious! Shirley was THE BEST HOST with constant contact on whatsapp. Nothing was too much trouble.

Agréable séjour à Cala en Porter

L'appartement est situé dans une petite résidence, et a une vue sur mer. Il est très confortable à été modernisé, notamment au niveau des huisseries et dispose de deux chambres. La terrasse étant située à l'ouest, on ne souffre pas de la chaleur de pleine journée. Cala en Porter est une petite station très agréable et tranquille sans trop de monde, pour un mois de juin. Un seul problème: la connexion Wi-Fi qui était limitée à 10 gigabits. Mais les propriétaires viennent de souscrire un abonnement illimité. Je conseille cette adresse.

Escapade minorquine en famille fin juillet/débit août 2019

Nous avons passé un séjour extra. L’appartement est idéalement situé dans une station balnéaire à taille humaine et loin du tourisme de masse. L’appartement est bien agencé, proche des commodités et suffisamment éloigné pour bénéficier du calme. Le petit balcon offre un petit bout de vue sur la plage et est très agréable pour dîner au soleil couchant. La plage est magnifique et à 5 minutes à pied. Peu de monde sur la plage fin juillet. Nous avons sillonné toute l’île avec notre voiture de location et fait de nombreuses étapes du Cami de cavalls pour découvrir la beauté et la diversité du littoral de cette île sauvage. Merci à Shirley et Luca qui se sont rendus disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Un logement à réserver les yeux fermés !

Casa Lliebeig apartment was clean, beds comfortable. Second bedroom small, maybe bunk beds would give more space ? Thoughtful touches such as beach parasols provided, and even beach bag. Handy to have tea and coffee left in cupboard, and also condiments. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

casa in perfette condizioni per vacanza perfetta

Sistemazione ottima sia come logistica (a 10 minuti da aeroporto) che come interni. L'appartamento si presenta praticamente nuovo. Sebbene non abbiamo usufruito delle vettovaglie c'era tutto il necesssario per una famiglia per poter cenare in casa. Comoda anche la possibilità di trovare sempre facilmente parcheggio di fronte a casa Da tornarci sicuramente !!

Lovely apartment

Great apartment and location. Good amenities and great contact with host. Only issue was the shower was blocked and we had to clean out all of the hair from then filters when we arrived to stop it flooding.

Isla maravillosa y paisajes muy bonitos. Para quién busca un lugar en medio de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad esto es lo mejor. Apartamento muy acogedor, limpio, equipado y ubicado en una posición muy favorable( aereopuerto, supermarket, bar/restaurantes y sobretodo playa). ¡Lo recomiendo!

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft

Das Appartement ist sehr gepflegt und mit modernen und sauberen Geräten ausgerüstet. Neben dem neuen Keramikkochherd wussten wir auch die einwandfreie Waschmaschine zu schätzen, welche unsere, von einem heftigen Regen durchnässte Wäsche, wieder benutzbar machte. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben sehr gut informiert. Ist man gut zu Fuss, kann der sonst etwas lange Weg zum Strand auch über die Treppe "Carrer del Romani" abgekürzt werden. Schade: Da das kleinere Zimmer etwas eng ist, hat es nur einen kleinen Schaft mit Kleiderbügeln, aber leider keinen Platz für eine Kleiderkommode (bei Zweier-Belegung kann der Koffer auch nicht im Raum bleiben).

En general muy bien

El apartamento es cómodo en cuanto a ubicación cerca de las cuevas del Xoroi y cercanía a la zona de restaurantes. Además dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las vacaciones con niños (incluso sombrilla para la playa). Queda un poco lejos de la playa y nosotros fuimos en coche ya que si no había que bajar un montón de escalones o dar una vuelta muy larga. Para acceder al apartamento hay bastantes escalones. La comunicación con los propietarios muy fluida. Gracias por todo.

Appartement cosy et calme!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans l’appartement de Shirley et Luca au mois d’août. L’appartement était top, très bien équipe et très agréable. Il y a deux terrasses très bien exposées pour profiter du soleil. Côté cuisine, vous avez vue sur le mer ! La plage est facile d’accès et les commerces (restaurants et supermarché) ne sont pas loin (possible à pieds). Faites juste attention à ne pas laisser de nourriture traîner (paquet de céréales , paquet de chips, pain --> tout ce qui est ouvert) car les fourmis débarquent vite mais c’est l’Espagne :) ! Nous vous conseillons de tout mettre au frigo ! La communication avec Shirley et Luca est très bonne ; ils ont été très réactifs. Je vous recommande cet appartement !

wonderful holiday home

I spent a week in late March, with my husband and my eight year old son. The apartment has a wonderful view of the landscape and the sea. The environment was very clean, tidy and equipped. The communication with the owners and their service was excellent. I really liked the proximity to the beach. Only a few minutes by feet. A lovely promenade. We spent a relaxing holiday and for sure we will get back. Thanks to Luca and Shirley

Lovely apartment in good position

My husband and I spent one week in this cosy aparment located near the sea of Cala en Porter. At our arrival the apartment was clean and tidy. All the rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you may need. From the balcony you have a lovely view of the breathtaking bay which can be reached with a five minute walk. Our stay was great value for money.
