Apartment located on a hill, excellent panoramic position on the sea, a few minutes from the famous and suggestive Calaviolina beach and places such as Follonica and Punta Ala, 2 km from the medieval castle of Scarlino, the apartment is located in a quiet area, arriving by car under the house without parking problems, well furnished and functional, free unlimited wifi, terrace equipped with table and chairs, garden, protected by a hedge to ensure the necessary privacy, has a barbecue inside a gazebo. Sunbeds are available for sunbathing and a ping-pong table is available for guests. Independent entrance.

Eine schöne Reise

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrassse inklusive Sonnenuntergänge sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Sie gab uns zu Beginn wertvolle Tipps und hat auch zwischendurch nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir kommen wieder…

Parfait pour une semaine plage en Toscane!

L’appartement est agréable et très bien localisé pour aller profiter des belles plages aux alentours (nos préférées: Carla Violina, Torre Mozza, Cappo Civinni, 20 min de route Max, parking très facile et peu cher, Follonica a éviter). Les photos sont représentatives du lieu. La salle de bains est grande et très propre. La cuisine petite mais correcte. La propriétaire Tiziana est très sympathique et réactive par e-mail/textos, on arrive à se comprendre même si elle ne parle pas anglais. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils en arrivant, dont un excellent restaurant de poisson dans Follonica. Elle nous a aussi prêté un parasol ce qui s’est avéré très pratique. Le jardin, la terrasse avec vue sont les gros plus de cette location, on avait le droit à un magnifique coucher de soleil tous les soirs. On profite toute la journée du joli panorama avec vue sur mer. Durant la journée, le jardin est exposé au vent ce qui permet de se mettre sur une chaise longue à l’ombre dans le jardin sans souffrir de la chaleur. Le barbecue en pierre avec le salon de jardin permet des barbecues sympas. Seul point négatif à savoir: la propriétaire loue un autre appartement dans cette maison et les vacanciers devront passer par votre terrasse pour rentrer et sortir, cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça car les 2 personnes présentes étaient discrètes et polies. Cela est compensé par le jardin et la vue (et le rapport qualité/prix). Il faudra aussi prendre en compte les moustiques et la chaleur en été, rien de spécifique à la maison, prévoir la lotion anti moustique car il est nécessaire de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes en été. Mais au final une location que l’on recommande pour une semaine plage en Toscane. Ne manquez par une balade nocturne à Scarlino pour tester un des restaurants et aller voir le château (on appréciera le vent frais en été!)

Ottima posizione e casa molto accogliente

Posizione molto tranquilla con una bellissima vista sulla vallata e sul mare. La casa è accogliente e oltre alla bella terrazza c'è anche un bellissimo giardino ombreggiato con zona barbecue.
