Tuscany Villa with Breathtaking View at Dotholiday

Relais Casa del Medico is a beautiful villa in typical Tuscan style with extensive, breathtaking view to the surrounding hills and mountains for 10 (+2) persons.



The villa had previously not been rented until the actual owners were conscious that they would enjoy to share with other guests the pleasure to stay at “Casa del Medico Relais”.



There is a main house, finely decorated, with 2 salons, one eating room, a fully well equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 covered terraces (one where it is extraordinary to dinner at sunset).



There is also a smaller house (Annex) just restored with 2 double bedrooms, one bathroom and one living room with well equipped kitchen.



The large and completely private swimming pool is in a particularly quiet environment.

In the perfectly maintained garden there are typical Tuscan plants such as olive and cypress trees as well as many roses and flowers.



You are in the middle of the most beautiful region of Tuscany!

The panorama is breathtaking and you have the exclusive use of one of the most beautiful villas in the area.

Arezzo, Siena, Trasimeno Lake, Cortona, Assisi, Siena, the Chianti, Montalcino ... are all within short trips.

HEAVEN ON EARTH

Perfect location if you wish to stay in a real privacy with your familyfriends, but very close to beautiful Tuscan towns if you wish to travel a bit, absolutely outstanding property in a great shape, authentic villas, but fully equipped, beautiful garden you could ever imagine, great swimming pool and very good service. And on top of this - the nicest and friendliest hosts. Believe menot - impossible to find anything better in Tuscany to spend such a kind of calm and authentic vacations with such a big family. We LOVE the place and wish to come back again......soon!!!! Just very small thing - to be more informed about the rules of the house in advance, especially the garbage and gardeners ´ activities to avoid any inconvenience (in terms of language barrier as well, but we always got to the result :-)), so nothing really serious, just recommendation from our side to make stay of any future guests as pleasant as possible.

Toller Aufenthalt im Hinterland mit herrlichem Blick ins Val di Chiana

Wir waren 9 Personen und hatten einen sehr erholsamen und entspannten Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison Mitte September in dem Wunderschönen Anwesen. Die Zimmer sind auf zwei Gebäude aufgeteilt, in einem Haus teilen sich zwei Zimmer ein Bad. Von Esstisch auf der Terrasse, vom Pool und der "Leseecke" auf dem Rasen hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick und kann bestens die Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Wir können es sehr gut weiterempfehlen und freuen uns mal wieder dorthin zu kommen. Der Pool-Sauger war bei Ankunft außer Funktion, er wurde aber am nächsten Tag in Gang gesetzt, so konnten wir den herrlichen Pool auch gut nutzen. Da wir mit 9 Personen nicht immer gleichzeitig das Haus verlassen haben, wäre es hilfreich einen zweiten Schlüssel/Torsender optional mitzugeben.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Tolle Lage und Aussicht, sehr liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtetes Haus, viel Platz, großer Pool, Kräutergarten neben der Küche Fliegengitter an den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer wären sehr angenehm. Der Küchenherd im Haupthaus braucht ewig, bis man einen Topf Wasser heiß bekommt. Die zwei Segeltuch- Liegen am Haus/Baum sind sehr unbequem, keiner aus unserer Familie hat sie genutzt.

Magnifique villa au milieu des oliviers

La maison est très agréable: spacieuse, bien entretenue et équipée, et propre. Le stock de vaisselle est particulièrement important. Il est appréciable d'y trouver beaucoup de livres et jeux de société. De nombreux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs permettent à tous de pouvoir trouver des moments d'intimité. La vue est magnifique et la propriété est très au calme. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue, par le jardinier qui est soucieux de répondre aux besoins des vacanciers. Le jardin est très joli avec beaucoup de coins ombragés et joliment aménagés. Il y a toujours un petit vent qui permet de ne pas trop souffrir de la chaleur à l'extérieur. Il serait judicieux d'indiquer que la propriété est très isolée, que la route qui y mène n'est pas facile à trouver même avec un GPS et qu'elle se termine par une partie assez étroite non goudronnée qui traverse les champs d'oliviers, et qui n'est pas du tout éclairée. La chambre climatisée est appréciable et il est dommage que cela ne soit pas étendu aux autres chambres notamment à l'annexe dans laquelle les températures peuvent être assez étouffantes la nuit. Les ventilateurs ont été les bienvenus mais insuffisants à certains moments.

Ferienhaus il Podere de la Medici

Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön inmitten der Natur. Wer kein Problem hat mit dem Auto über schmale Schotterwege zu fahren, für die ist es ein Traum, auch die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war sehr gut verständlich. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung mehr als gut. Leider war ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude nur über eine sehr steile Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. (Ist für junge Leute okay, aber für 60+ beschwerlich). Küchenausstattung mit Gasherd, Spülmaschine und großer Kühl- Gefrierkombination optimal, leider war die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Der Pool ist wunderschön, leider war das Wasser nicht sauber, es ist wohl ein Sauger gelaufen, aber den verstopften Abfluß mussten wir selbst reinigen und dann war das Wasser auch noch trübe. Der Check-In war schlecht. Nach Ankunft und telefonischem Kontakt kam die Freundin der Wohnungsvermittlerin, die leider nur italienisch sprach und uns nur schnell die Schlüssel übergab und kurz das Haus zeigte. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass wir eine Einführung bekommen - wie Funktion des elektr. Gartentores, Heizung und sonst. elektrische Anwendungen auch für Tipps zu Restaurants in der Nähe hätten wir uns gefreut. Es hat sich leider auch die gesamte Woche (außer einem Gärtner) niemand sehen lassen. Im großen und ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus, das wir selbst erkundet haben. Das Schwimmen im Pool haben wir nicht sehr vermisst, da es im Oktober nicht viele ganz warme Stunden gab.

Leider gab ein Missverständnis im Grund. Pool ist von 1. Oktober nicht offen! Und örtliche Kontakt war immer zur Verfügung aber nie angerufen... Das tut mir sehr leid. Nach dem "schlechten" Check in ich selber konnte jederzeit vorbeikommen, aber keine Anmeldung kam und ich will auch nicht stören, so bin ich leider zu spät gewusst dass eine Besuch nötig war. Sorry! Hoffe wir werden eine 2. Möglichkeit haben! Alles Bestens und nochmals vielen Dank.

unglaublich schön

Das gesamte Anwesen ist wunderschön, die Aussicht spektakulär und die Villa viel größer, als es im Internet aussieht. Wunderschön gestaltete Räume, immer mit imposanter Aussicht, ein wahrer Traum! Auch die Depandance ist toll und war perfekt für unsere Kinder. Es wäre nett, wenn der Gärtner sich kurz bemerkbar machen würde, wenn er auf´s Grundstück fährt...

Geweldige plek

Fantastische plek om weg van de Corona wereld te zijn, mooi zwembad om dagen aan te liggen en goede support van Manuela met name bij tips voor restaurants. Komen we zeker nog een keer terug!

Holiday

The house was really cozy, with all its little details we felt right at home. The bed linens were great, and everything we needed was there. The view was amazing, and we enjoyed our morning coffee and dinner outside looking over The Valley. Thanks to the gardener, the pool was always clean and the garden impeccable! In all this House exceeded our expectations, and we will hopefully come back soon!

Heaven on earth

This is a stunning property with a stunning view that photos simply cannot do justice to. My only reservation was the very poor directions to find it and some difficulty getting a hot water issue sorted out . The garden is stunningly beautiful and lavender bushes a hive of activity for bees and gorgeous butterflies that did not desturb us in any way even when standing in their midst observing them closely. We took our children and grandchildren and had a great time. The views are to die for the shaded seating under the tree divine a very cool spot even when temperatures are in excess of 35c. The dining terraces outside stunning. The property is difficult to find especially when you are given the wrong number, but well worth enduring that aggravation. The gardner who visited the property almost daily I found very kind and helpful when let down by management. This property is exceptional and it’s location exceptionally beautiful.

Heaven on earth but our agents needed to improve drastically their act.

The views tranquility and Tuscan elegance of this house and it’s spectacular garden location and dining areas. Great pool great umbrella shaped tree with seating overlooking stunning very distant views, so very cool on the hottest of days. The gardner was a delight and very helpful immediately helping with an insect manifestation. He speaks no English we speak no Italian but communicating with him was charming and always effective. Do make more use of him. The directions given to us by our agent for the property was 47 not 51. the number of the property is 51 not 47. 47 belongs to a neighbour who gave us 2 /3 choices as to where it could be, all were wrong.
