Il Colombaio is surrounded by a panoramica, well-kept garden, featuring a green lawn with olive trees and flower bushes which is exposed to the sun all day long. Here guests will find the private swimming pool, 6 metres by 12 a 1.5 m deep, with a bathing area and outdoor shower, sunbeds, tables and chairs, and a portable barbecue. The separate apartment in the farmhouse boasts a great furnished terrace with a breathtaking view of the vineyards and olive groves. The private parking is within the property.Interior
The ancient tower is on three floors; the ground floor entrance leads to the living room with TV and fireplace, and to the dining and cooking areas. The first floor features a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The second floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The farmhouse apartment is entirely on the first floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase. Here there is a living room with TV and fireplace, a dining area and well-equipped cooking area, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two beds, one bathroom with shower and one guest bathroom. Access to the large panoramic terrace furnished with table, chairs and umbrella. The owners live on the ground floor of this farmhouse.

The property is in the heart of the Chianti hills, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods. It’s the ideal location for mixing relaxation with visits to the nearby towns or the cities of Florence and Siena.

The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as swimming towels (changed weekly), internet, water, electricity, gas (heating not included), high chair and baby bed. Hired help is available upon request and to be paid for at the property.

Important information
The swimming pool is available from May 1st to September 30th. The owners live in the farmhouse on the ground floor.Activities and distances
