Beautiful presented property,wanted for nothing all was provided.Laundry was great to have bit far to Reasturants to walk but we were self catering even having BBQs!Very quiet and peaceful not good if you want to party !Day trips were great best towns were Fano & Urbino.Cat was an issue as kept wanting to come inside.Highly recommend Roberta was a great host !

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Goed uitgerust appartement op de begane grond. Alles heel schoon en hygiënisch. Veel mogelijkheden om zowel in de zon als de schaduw te zitten. Heerlijk zwembad met ligbedden.Het appartement ligt op een locatie met 3 of 4 andere appartementen. Er is voor iedereen ruim voldoende privacy. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met andere gasten.Het appartement ligt in een prachtige natuurlijke omgeving, het uitzicht is geweldig. Host Roberta zorgt ervoor dat zij bij aankomst aanwezig is. Zij is makkelijk bereikbaar en reageert snel. Absoluut een topper.Genoeg bezienswaardigheden, leuke oude stadjes, zee en strand op redelijke afstand. Veel prachtige natuur. Restaurants op 5 minuten rijden. Supermarkt op 10 minten rijden. Alles bij elkaar, een echte aanrader.

De locatie was schoon, prachtig gelegen. In de buurt van Furlo, waar je kan wandelen, kanoën. Niet direct een cafeetje in de buurt waar je savonds nog even wat kunt drinken.

stunning location

Had a fabulous time at this great property with fantastic views across to the mountains. Roberta was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was a delight to cool down in as we had very hot weather. We feel you would definitely need a car as the walk down to the village was very steep (even for us who like to do a lot of walking).That said there were lots of interesting and beautiful places to visit in the local area that we thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks Roberta for being an attentive host.

Très belle propriété, calme absolu tout en étant très proche des grands axes, des magasins et des lieux touristiques. Appartement petit mais très bien équipé. Terrasse agréable, tout est très bien aménagé.

Vacanza relax e natura.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana splendida immersi nel verde delle colline del tartufo e nel relax di una splendida location con piscina con vista monte Catria. L'appartamento per due persone seppur piccolino era dotato di ogni comfort e molto pulito. Non mancava nulla: qualsiasi utensile era disponibile in cucina perfino la macchina per il caffè con cialde a disposizione. Ottima la disponibilità della lavanderia con lavatrice e ogni accessorio per la pulizia della casa. Perfetta la gestione ospiti per quanto riguarda le disposizioni anti covid. Complimenti a Roberta per il gusto nell'arredamento e per la manifattura personale di alcuni mobili veramente apprezzabile. Ritorneremo sicuramente per ripetere questa bellissima esperienza.
