Apartment with outdoor private area equipped with tables, sofas, chairs, sun beds, hammock, barbecue. It is located in a private property of 12 hectares of land between fields of sunflowers, natural and cultivated private truffle grounds where you can make beautiful walks inside. The house has a double bedroom with bathroom upstairs, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a small living room where you can add 2 slender beds. From the house you can admire the fantastic panorama. It is located near Urbino, Gubbio, the sea of Fano, Pesaro, Monte Conero, San Marino, Rimini, Riccione, the Frasassi Caves, Arezzo and Tuscany. We organize typical cooking courses and pizza and walks for the collection of truffles. It is possible on request to eat as even upon your arrival. Shops such as pharmacy, bars, restaurants are located 1.5 km from the house.
