About Clinton Curtis

Clinton Curtis purchased this Condo in 2013
Why Clinton Curtis chose Sunset Beach
This property was originally intended for use by my family. We purchased this condo so that we could spend more time there. We love the beaches and sunsets. Since we cannot live there full time we would like to rent it out when we are unable to be there
What makes this Condo unique
We first fell in love with this home because of its location. We love the beaches and the condominium complex has a lot to offer. Now that we have completely renovated the kitchen and bathrooms it feels more like a home whereas before it felt a little bit plain

We loved this condo! The location is ideal if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. The balcony overlooks the Intercoastal and does not disappoint. We saw tons of birds, dolphins and manatees. At night there is a restaurant across the water that has live music. You can sit on the balcony and listen to the music. We were pleasantly surprised that we could not hear the music when we closed the sliding door. The interior of this condo is gorgeous. It is updated and features all the necessities you would need.
Gorgeous and family friendly
What a clean and beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend anyone and their families to visit. White sand, clear blue water and lots of things to do. Our condo was super clean and fully stocked for us. The owner was so nice and accommodating. Our deck overlooking the water was so nice and relaxing. Our unit was right near the pool and hot Tub. My kids (10yr old and 7yr old) were bummed they keep the age restriction to the hot tub at 17yr +. We rented jet ski’s for $65/half hour and boy that was plenty of time to do. Any longer and my thumb would have fell off from holding that throttle. Lol. We rented bikes down at Lenny’s for $10/hr and had a great walk around the town.
We had the most wonderful time here, the owners were very responsive to questions and the property was perfect, all was exactly as portrayed. We spent a week with three young children. The beach was perfect for young children as it was not crowded. The pool was great when the boys tired of the beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and very clean. It was an excellent rental and I'd highly recommend to anyone considering this property.
Owner was very prompt to answer questions, and provide details. A pleasure to communicate with. The condo looks beautiful on-line. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay at the condo, because my husband is blind, and Seeing Eye Dogs are not allowed to stay at this unit.
If you do have a disability that requires a legitimate, working dog, you can book a condo at Land's End through Resort Rentals, as they allow service animals.
