Attico del Blu is a seafront apartment for holidays in Leuca,
with panoramic view on the monumental cascade and the lighthouse. The
holiday home is on the first floor of an independent villa and it`s
equipped with air conditioning, satellite dish and washing machine. It accommodates up to 5 guests and it`s pet friendly: pets are allowed.

Mediterranean-style holiday home Attico del Blu is cozy and bright.
It`s in a seafront independent villa and it`s reachable with stairs. The
apartment is introduced by a big terrace with porch, where the guests can relax or enjoy the breathtaking view.
Attico del Blu consists of a large kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom, one triple bedroom and a bathroom with shower and
washing machine. The air conditioning is in the living room and in the
bedrooms. Attico del Blu is also equipped with accessories such as
hair-dryer, iron and ironing board.

The surroundings of Attico del Blu
Attico del Blu is in a high-profile position, by the sea in Leuca,
the monumental cascade, the lighthouse and the Sanctuary Santa Maria de
Finibus Terrae. Everything is at your fingertips: the seafront
promenade, restaurants, shops. The beautiful beaches of Pescoluse are
10 kilometers away, while other seaside locations are even closer, such
as: San Gregorio, Felloniche, Torre Vado. The little fjord of Ciolo and its bridge is very suggestive.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is 15 euro per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The accommodation is on the penthouse of an independent villa.
