Elegante apartamento, en su mayor parte con frescos, con frescos originales del siglo XVIII. Ubicado en el centro histórico, a 2 pasos entre la Piazza Santo Spirito y la Piazza Pitti y a tiro de piedra de Ponte Vecchio y Uffizi. Posición estratégica que le permite moverse a pie y ver todas las atracciones de Florencia. Con terraza equipada con mesas y sillas, donde se puede comer y relajarse.
En las inmediaciones: restaurantes, bares, tiendas de comestibles, bares de vinos, banco, parada de autobús.
El apartamento se compone de la siguiente manera: 2 cocinas totalmente equipadas, equipadas con estufa, horno, nevera, lavavajillas, tostadora, hervidor de agua, horno microondas, 2 salas de estar (una de las cuales tiene un sofá cama doble y uno individual), 3 baños con ducha, 4 habitaciones dobles, 3 de las cuales también tienen 2 camas individuales, 1 habitación individual en entrepiso. Notas historicas:
El 'Palazzo Bucciolini', que toma su nombre de la familia, que ya era propietaria del 'Palazzo Bucciolini, anteriormente Pitti', lo compró a mediados del siglo XIX, cuando Florencia era la capital de Italia. En el hall de entrada, en el centro de la bóveda y en el frente de la puerta, está el escudo familiar.
Los frescos datan de mediados del siglo XVIII. Como en muchos edificios históricos, no hay ascensor, pero hay 22 escalones para llegar al apartamento.
La calle donde se encuentra, Via delle Caladaie, debe su nombre a las calderas del Arte della Lana, que eran numerosas en el área de Oltrarno y que se utilizaron para calentar las piscinas para teñir la ropa.

Family Togetherness in Rainy Florence

We loved every moment spent in this wonderful VRBO! There were 10 of us family members enjoying a visit with our granddaughter who was enrolled in school for a semester next to a building close to the Dumo. This VRBO certainly met our needs and the Wine Trip was outstanding! The Wine Trip was sponsered by the manager of the VRBO. The apartments are beautiful and gives the illusion of staying in an art museum. We absolutely enjoyed every moment spent in Florence.

Superb flat, beautiful frescos, great location!!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Bucciolini - the 2 apartments were perfect for our family group of 13 & the pristine shape of the frescos & apartments overall were impressive. We arrangef for a dinner at the flat, by Chef Alessia and it was delicious!! And the wine from the family winery was perfect for the occasion. The flat location was also perfect for our sightseeing in Florence & dsy trips by train from SMN station. A wonderful 4 day stay in Florence. Perfect location and plenty of room

This property is in a lovely neighborhood with easy 2 block to the Pitti Palace. Lots of space and the AC works! Property management was easier to communicate with and responsive. The only negative was a cigarette smoke smell from the cleaners that faded over the 1st day. Beds are European firm. All in all, the reviews are accurate.

Best Vacation Decisión!

We decided to tack on three days in Firenze to our family vacation, after a week in the Tuscan countryside. It wasn’t an easy feat (with 8 people ranging in age from 14 to 77) to find a place that would be accessible and comfortable for everyone. This home was perfect. There was plenty of space, sufficient privacy, and facilities which allowed us remain comfortable and rested throughout our aggressive enjoyment of the city. The space is absolutely gorgeous and reminiscent of earlier times, which added to our experience. It is near to major sightseeing and plenty of delicious food and shopping, so we walked everywhere. Management was very accommodating and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. I would absolutely return and recommend the home to our Firenze-bound friends.

Family reunion in Florence

My wife and I rented 3 apartments in Florence as an inducement for our extended family to travel to Italy. This apartment played a pivotal role in that process. The only small criticism was it was very hot in Florence and the air conditioning system was not functioning properly. Portable systems were put into service, however although this made the bedrooms of one of the apartments liveable the regular air conditioning was not available until the day before checkout.

Excellent stay at Palazzo Bucciolini

I booked Palazzo Bucciolini in Florence for 2 weeks as my family and I were visiting my granddaughter who is doing a study abroad in Spring 2025 in Florence.The entire family was thrilled with the location, ambiance, comfort and class of the Palazzo. The smaller self contained apartment comfortably slept 5 with its own bathroom/kitchen so my granddaughters/friends claimed that room! We had a chef come in one night to cook dinner and the dining area accommodated all of us. The extra bathroom on the mezzanine was very nice to allow for getting ready to go out. The location was exceptional in that it was a neighborhood with plenty of restaurants/services close by but without the density of the tourist areas. The beds/linens were high end and very comfortable with an adjustable radiator in each room (AC in summer).Piazza Santo Spirito at the end of the street was our local meeting area with cafes, restaurants, a rooftop bar and an assortment of markets on a daily basis. Finally, the reservation process and communication prior to arrival were outstanding and the check in with Eleanor was perfect with all questions being answered including a couple of follow ups during our stay.My family and I loved the time spent together in a beautiful palazzo in a wonderful city. Thank you to Federico, Erica and Eleanor for sharing your beautiful home. We will return if/when the next grandchild studies in Florence.Best regards,Bill Kelly and Family

Fabulous Stay in Florence

There were 10 of us, ages 18 - 76. The apartment is an old palace and the murals on the walls are beautiful. It has AC, but some of the rooms were rather warm. But considering the recent heat wave, still doable. There is not a supermarket close, so pick up extra toilet paper or take it. Ice was also a problem with 10 people but we kept making it, storing the ice and making more. The location is great. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Great place to stay when in Florence

We loved our recent stay at this flat in Florence. It was conveniently located and beautifully decorated. It was basically two apartments that had been converted to one so had one bedroom located in a different section from the others.

Wunderbare Stadt , immer eine Reise wert

DAs Appartement ist sehr charmant und erinnert an feudale Zeiten. Die Sofas könnten erneuert werden aber ansonsten haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, fernab des Trubels aber ganz dicht am Zentrum. Alles Fuß läufig erreichbar. Vor allem abends ist es hier herrlich. Man fälllt aus der Haustür und hat Restaurants , Bars, Bäcker , Fleischer, Supermarkt nur einen Steinwirf entfernt. Perfekt

Fantastic! Hope to come back some time!

The apartment was incredible, a real gem! It was breathtaking to say the least in every detail. Spacious and inviting, There was plenty of room and the frescoes all around are truly mind blowing. The kitchens had everything you needed to prepare a meal. Eleonara met us and provided us with lists of restaurants and happy hours that came in so handy. The apartment was in a good location and everything was within walking distance. Hope to come back some time! Thanks!

Amazing time in a really lovely apartment!

My big family spent some days in Federico’s Palace and we had an amazing time! The apartment is huge and furnished with everything you could need. The location also is really good. It’s in a quieter and more authentic Florentine neighborhood with fewer tourists while still being chock full of great restaurants, bars, bakeries. And it’s only a few minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. Perfect - close to everything we wanted to do. Thanks to Federico for a fantastic stay!!
