Ofreciendo tradición y modernidad, nuestro lugar es una forma mágica de vivir Florencia. Nuestro lugar es una perla en el centro de la ciudad. Cada pared para ser tocada, un lugar escondido para ser descubierto, pintura y antigüedades para ser admiradas, resaltarán su esencia renacentista y lo abrazarán durante su estadía.
Lleno de historia y misterio, nuestro alojamiento ofrece la combinación perfecta entre vivir la tradicional Florencia noble como solía ser y nuestros muebles modernos, como su cocina de alta calidad.

Y con su espaciosa sala de estar y acogedoras habitaciones, nuestros huéspedes tendrán un momento único para relajarse en una de las mejores casas de Florencia, ubicada en la mejor parte de la ciudad. El salón da a un jardín privado totalmente tranquilo.

Nuestro tercer dormitorio tiene una galería con dos camas individuales, por lo tanto, podemos alojar cómodamente hasta 8 personas. Como nuestro objetivo es proporcionar el mejor servicio, esperamos que nuestros huéspedes respeten también los muebles y obras de arte antiguos originales.

This apartment was perfect for our family trip! The location was perfect to the bridge, food, and local markets. The rooms were all very comfortable with nice linens. Shared spaces had enough seating and the bathrooms were all clean. Communication with our host was a breeze and we would highly recommend booking!

An absolutely beautiful apartment in the perfect location! Beatrice was wonderfully attentive and made our stay easy and relaxing. My family and I couldn't get enough of the space. The painted ceilings, old spiral staircase and features of this classic building make for a truly one of a kind experience. Note: for the elderly or mobility impaired, getting to the two upstairs bedrooms could be a challenge, but it wasn't too much of a problem for us (ages 26-60). It's a classic Italian apartment in a beautiful building, and almost everything we wanted to do was no more than a 15 minute walk away! At the same time, our street was peaceful and never crowded, making the ideal balance for us. Plus, there's a wine window on our street, and a gorgeous cathedral right around the corner! We couldn't have asked for more! 10/10 life-changing experience!

Wonderful Stay!

This home is in an excellent location. It had so many fun elements as you see in the pictures. It was clean and the air conditioning was very good. I was concerned about that because I get hot at night, but there were no issues. The owners were friendly, flexible, and responsive. Overall, a wonderful choice for our Florence visit!

Luxury all around! WAY better than expected!

We spent 2 weeks here with our adult children and their partners (8 of us) visiting our daughter who was studying abroad here in Florence, it was absolutely amazing! Everyone had a bed, 2 full bathrooms, extra large kitchen/dining area, plenty of room for all of us. The host was available for anything and everything we needed. NO complaints at all whatsoever…worth every dime

Great beautiful place!

The place has tons of room, and is uniquely designed. We were a family of 7 with 4 adults. It was a nice stay for 9 days. Cosmo and his family were hospitable and provided great instructions/communications. I would recommend this place if you're staying in Florence. Quiet place east of all the activities.

Beautiful property

Our family of 5 adults and one 7 y/o had a wonderful stay. The location is great and is easily walkable to all the tourist sites and to restaurants and grocery. The properth is unique and very quiet without street noise. It was 98-99 degrees outside when we were in Firenze in July. So the upstairs bedrooms were a bit warm but are air conditioned. The property did list an outdoor space which was not available to use. I think this has now been corrected. We enjoyed our stay immensely

Super!

We stayed 8 days in July and were very pleased with the Luxury Renaissance Palace. The weather was very hot but the thick stone walls helped keep the place cool. There are air conditioners in the bedrooms but not in the communal areas. *Decor is amazing *Located in the Santa Croce neighborhood - tons of restaurants and shops *Washing machine, no dryer - we washed clothes daily *Beds are large and comfortable *Lots of toiletries in the downstairs bathroom *Decent WiFi *Kitchen had a lot of cooking supplies & cookware but we ate out every night. *Plenty of hot water & good water pressure *Lots of towels We enjoyed staying here... the apartment is part of an old palace and has a circular staircase to the upper bedrooms. which could pose a challenge to those with mobility issues We briefly met the owner who checked us in. I wish we could have spent more time with her to learn more about the apartment, but since we arrived late at night (due to a cancelled flight) it didn't happen. I recommend this rental and hope for a second stay next year. Thank you Elisabetta

Best Place to Stay in Florence

We had an amazing stay with my wife, three adult children and their respective boyfriends. The location could not have been better, walking distance to literally everything. The apartment itself... wow, we are still talking about it. I travel often for work and for leisure, and this is one of the best stays of my life.

I grew up in this apartment, my mom still live next door in the other part. My parents were art gallery owners, they have always loved being surrounded by art and antiques, and the apartment has been left exactly as it was when we lived there, full of amazing furniture and pieces of art. If you want to experience the feeling of a real home, furnished to live in, not to rent... well, this is the place.

The benefits of this place are many and I could boast them all, but I prefer to let you discover them by reading what one of our previous guests said about us, what better than a real experience?
"The apartment is stunning, including magnificent ceiling frescoes from the 16th century in the first floor bedroom. She gave us a complete tour of what was her childhood home, still owned by her and her family, of the place.
The location of the apartment really couldn't be better. It's a stone's throw from the Santa Croce Basilica, which is one of the most beautiful churches in Florence. It's also a very short walk to the Duomo, Uffizi and other piazzas of interest, as well as the Ponte Vecchio.
The apartment is truly unique, as it is built up around the core living room with vaulted ceilings (that was the old arms room of a 600 year old palace). The spiral stairs are truly one of a kind, and while maybe not appropriate for young children or elderly guests, make staying at this apartment feel like living in Renaissance Florence from the days of old.
However, don't let the authentic experience make you think that you'll be faced with medieval amenities; the apartment is fully upgraded where it counts in the kitchen and bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable in all three bedroom areas."
