About this property

La Mansarda Carbonia It

The accommodation is located in the southwestern outskirts of the city of Carbonia and is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers and families with children who can sleep on the beds (we do not provide cots).
The apartment is on the second floor of the building and consists of a large living room with kitchen and relaxation area, three bedrooms, one with a private bathroom. The bathroom of the bedroom has a bathroom and a bathtub, while the shared bathroom has a shower
The apartment has independent air conditioners in all rooms.
There are two terraces and one with a barbecue.
HOUSE RULES
Smoking is not allowed.
It is forbidden to organize parties / events.
Respect for rest hours is required as the floor below is inhabited by my family who, as far as possible, will remain available to the guest.
It is forbidden to introduce strangers into the apartment.
The guest who brings pets must take care that it does no damage, to the daily cleaning of the apartment and the kennel where to sleep it we do not provide any equipment for the animals.
If pets are brought into the apartment, a deposit will be requested to be delivered in cash by hand upon entering the apartment of € 150 which will be returned at the end of the holiday if everything is in order, I also ask for an extra € 20 for cleaning always to be paid on site ..

Un logement chaleureux et spacieux.

De grandes pièces agréables, une cuisine équipée et très fonctionnelle, très satisfaisant d’avoir du sucre, du sel, de l’huile , l’essentiel pour cuisiner et se restaurer dans l’appart. Deux salles de bains. La literie est très confortable. L’accueil d’Antonio est très sympathique et il vous donne de bons conseils sur les visites. Je recommande fortement.

Diw Wohnung ist perfekt für 6 Personen. Das Beste für uns: in dem Haus befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Perfekt😇😇😇😇😇 Alles war super. Antonio ist ein sehr netter und guter Gastgeber, ist zur jeder Zeit erreichbar. Als die Klimaanlage kaputt war, wurde am nächsten Tag sofort eine neue Installiert. Vielen Dank Antonio. Wir hatten eine super Zeit.

Urlaub fernab großer Touristenströme

Wir waren schon mehrfach Gäste in dieser Ferienwohnung und auch bei diesem Aufenthalt gab es wieder nichts zu bemängeln. Der Vermieter ist da, wenn er gebraucht wird und ansonsten dezent im Hintergrund.

Sehr schöne Unterkunf

Leider mussten wir sehr lange warten, bis wir in die Wohnung durften. Wegen Covid 19 mussten 12 Std. zwischen letztem Mieter und Neubezug liegen. Deswegen kamen wir erst abends um 21 Uhr in die Wohnung rein. Jedoch hat sich das warten gelohnt. Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer ist klimatisiert. Mit Antonio konnten wir uns über eine Übersetzerapp sehr gut unterhalten. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Appartement immense, très bien équipé. Propreté irréprochable. Proprietaire Antonio est très sympathique ! Mini supermarché juste en dessous, très pratique pour quelques courses. Bien situé pour visiter la Costa del Sol et la Costa Verde. Île Sant'antioco à 20 minutes ! Super séjour !

Très bon accueil de Antonio.proprete irréprochable de son appartement. Appartement très spacieux et agréable,très bien équipé.il y a même deux terrasses pour manger et étendre le linge. Je recommande le logement,très bien situé et la ville est plutôt agréable.

Sehr gute Unterkunft

Wir haben 21 Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gut ausgestattete, saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Antonio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der immer erreichbar war und sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat. Schade war, dass es nur italienisches Satellitenfernsehen gab. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement gigantesque , tout confort

Antonio est très gentil, toujours prêt à renseigner pour la visite de la région . Appartement vraiment très grand et pratique, tout le confort est la. Le quartier est calme car un peu à l'écart de la ville. Très belle vue sur les montagnes du balcon principal. Tout confort avec gaziniere 5 feux, micro onde, vaisselle, machine à laver et 2 salle de bains, l'une avec douche et l'autre avec baignoire. Carbonia est seulement à 15mn en voiture de toutes les plages du coin.
