Air-conditioned apartment in a seafront villa with direct access to the beach of Perd’è Sali. Suitable for groups of 6 guests thanks to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beautiful covered veranda overlooking the sea and the convenience of access to the beach directly from the garden make our home perfect for a relaxing holiday. A short distance away from the village of Pula with its services and beaches of Chia. Unlimited and free Wi-Fi and private parking space. Codice Iun: R5970

The apartment located on the ground floor of our family villa consists of a covered veranda with BBQ, air-conditioned living room with Led Screen TV and Wi-Fi, independent equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, 3 bedrooms, and laundry room. The windows, present in all rooms, make the spaces bright and ventilated. Inside the house there are two air conditioners: living room + master bedroom

The large garden, maintained by expert gardeners throughout the year, is the ideal place for sunbathing or enjoying the coolness under the pines that partially shade the villa, making summer stays even more pleasant. The outdoor shower is located right next to the gate which allows access, thanks to a small flight of stairs, to the beach of Perd’è Sali. This shallow beach, well protected from the mistral wind, is mostly frequented by the neighbors and is not crowded even in high season, compared to many surrounding beaches. DISTRICT: Perd'e Sali is a small neighborhood near the town of Pula [3.5 km] easily accessible from the port and the airport of Cagliari [35 km]. The car is strongly recommended to easily reach the surrounding services and the nearby beaches of Pula and Chia which are worth a visit during the holiday. Restaurants, agritourism, traditional pastry shops, and bakeries will make your holiday enjoyable also on the taste aspect. The center of Pula, with numerous clubs and typical craft shops, is the ideal place for after-dinner wandering. In the area, you can enjoy many activities such as Surf - Paddle - Boat rental - Tennis and Golf Club - Itineraries of archaeological interest - Horseback riding

NOTES: The first-floor apartment is for our exclusive personal use and is not rented. Guests will have at exclusive use all the indoor spaces of the ground floor apartment and the veranda plus a parking space inside the courtyard.

We enjoyed our host Aurora as well as the beautiful home. We had beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The house was immaculate. We enjoyed the area. Directions were spot on.

the island of harmony

During the selection, an important aspect was that the accommodation should be directly on the beach. The old building of the villa rises elegantly on the beach. The house is surrounded by a wonderful garden planted with evergreen trees and bushes. The owner: Aurora welcomed us kindly, showed us everything she could, and provided us with all the information about nearby attractions, restaurants, beaches, etc. The house offers visitors three large bedrooms, a dining-living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two completely new bathrooms, a laundry room, which is connected to a huge terrace equipped with everything. There are great grilling options in the yard, special cozy locations. The sea is clean, the neighborhood is quiet and harmonious. We are grateful for sharing your home with us! We can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!!!!

Avoid this place - 0 Stars - Ruined our holiday

This place was not as advertised. We have spent much time in Sardinia over the years, and this was the worst place we have stayed at. Everything is broken, the pictures do not represent the property. On the first night there our family was locked inside this property because the lock on the door was broken. We contacted the host at 07:08 at 11h56 she eventually answered us, all this time we were locked inside the house and could not get out. She told us not to lock the door but to lock the blinds door, this was also broken. So now we have no security to leave our belongings, and we have no security at night when we are sleeping, you can see that this house has been broken into before because there is the mark on the door. There are also plastic windows were this cheapskate host has replaced windows but not with glass but plastic. So now for air-conditioning, what a joke, stand up fan has no cover, so children can put their fingers in or their hair can get caught in this, host replaces fan after we left. Furniture is broken, cupboards are falling apart. The towels are like 20 years old and very thin with holes. Hygiene is probably the worst we have seen, as you enter the house there is a birds nest above the door, the host makes you step over all the bird poo to enter the house, with small children they are standing in this and bringing bacteria into the house, the BBQ is filthy & covered in rust, the beds are wet and sticky and the mattress is wet (probably from sweat)

A little resumé of "facts" - 3 days before check-in you contacted me to cancel the reservation and ask for a refund. Reason: problems with documents and impossibility to leave UK for bureaucracy problems as you forgot to update your passport before the holiday. After explaining that a refund in this case was not possible, miraculously you could find a way to reach Sardinia again - At check-in I have personally met you to explain all the house in details, and I provided also all the information regarding the area: services, markets, beaches, any kind of information not related to the house but helpful for the travellers - the day after check-in early in the morning without any kind of notice, you left the house sending a message with a long list of points, 99% of them minor things which are not even problems, but results from inflexibility & insufficient listening. About some of your objects: - internal and external lockers are perfectly working, but you were not able to used it indeed - security... doors and windows are closable and until today no guests had security problems at us - I have bought a brand new fan a few hours after you told me this was dangerous.. on place I understood that the gate which protects the fan was just opened.. matter of one second and it was fine again - birds can poo in the garden......this can happen and people visit Sardinia to stay in touch with nature, if you prefer a 10-story building with no green around, why came here for holiday ? If you like to remove swallow nest from the garden, fyi this is illegal as a protected species I don't even reply to the rest of it ... You are not a trusted person who can appreciate simplicity and nature... My house is a private house, not pretending to be a 5 stars hotel, however my guests appreciate the general condition of the house and the direct access to the beach. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa Aurora und haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus in vollen Zügen genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass es das erste Ferienhaus war, das wir bewohnt haben, welches mit vier Klimaanlagen ausgestattet ist – ein echtes Plus bei sommerlichen Temperaturen.Der Schutzzaun mit direktem Tor zum Strand war eine großartige Lösung, um den Zugang zum eigenen Strandabschnitt zu sichern und dabei gleichzeitig die ansonsten oft aufdringlichen Händler fernzuhalten. Der private Strandzugang sowie die kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Liegen und Sonnenschirme haben uns begeistert – ein echter Vorteil, da man sich dadurch der in Italien leider weit verbreiteten Abzocke von Strandgebühren und hohen Mietpreisen, die sich für eine vierköpfige Familie auf mehrere hundert Euro summieren kann, elegant entzieht. Einfach klasse!Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Eine Spülmaschine in der Küche würde den Aufenthalt wirklich perfekt abrunden.Ihr wart nette, höfliche, zuvorkommende und informative Gastgeber – einfach wundervoll. Dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön!Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Sommerurlaub 2025 – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage

Wir waren 6 Wochen im September/Oktober hier. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich toll. Man findet sicherlich wenige Objekte, die direkt am Strand liegen. So hat man von der Terasse über den Garten einen direkten Blick auf das Meer. Insgesamt nutzen drei Parteien das Grundstück, der Vermieter selbst und zwei Ferienwohnungen. Das Grundstück ist komplett geschlossen, so dass man auch einen Hund mitnehmen kann. Wie immer gibt es auch Nachteile, doch über die muss man einfach aufgrund der Lage hinwegsehen. So müssten z.B. die Küchenmöbel ausgetauscht werden und einige kleinere Reparaturen erfolgen. Würden wir wiederkommen? Definitiv.

Bauarbeiten

Leider waren Bauarbeiten am Haus verrichtet worden, da uns das auch nicht mitgeteilt worden ist und wir hierfür keinerlei Erstattung bekommen hatten, sind wir leider nicht zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Der Baulärm ging über 7 Tage 50% unserem Aufenthaltes. Wir waren vermutlich die 1. ten die die Wohnung dieses Jahr belegt hatten, daher sehr kalt und muffig. Die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, das Babybett nicht zu benutzen. Das Wasser der Toilette ist ausgelaufen und aus dem Abfluss kam eine große Kakerlake raus, es waren am ersten Tag so viele Mücken im Haus, es kleben auch überall tote Mücken an wand und Decke. Vermieter wohnen am Wochenende im 1.ten Stock, sie selbst sind leider Unverständnisvoll laut. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, aber Unverständnisvoll, der Boiler ist am 3.ten ausgelaufen und der reparaturstress, blieb auch unentschuldigt. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand, Wohnung schön aufgeteilt, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Leider habe ich auf viele Bitten hin nur eine Entschuldigung erhalten.

Dear Lyana The noises produced to resolve an emergency in the house adjacent to ours are not my responsibility and I had no power to block them. I did everything possible for the workers to avoid noise in the early morning, to reduce the disturbance as much as possible. You asked me for a 35% refund and this type of refund is fine if an essential service is missing, but in this case: "noises produced to repair the neighbor's pipe" didn't seem correct to me. About the other notes: I think these are severe comments due to the lack of reimbursement rather than to a real inconvenience about some things that are quite normal in a beach house: 1) It is my duty to ensure that the house is delivered clean and pleasant for guests. And in fact I thank you for reporting that you liked the cleaning. In every house with a garden near the sea in Sardinia, mosquitoes are present and unfortunately by leaving the windows open it is easy for them to get inside. If an insect enters the house from the outside during 14 days of vacation, is this the owner's fault/shortcoming? 2) in all electric boilers it may occur that the pressure regulator drips to protect the boiler from excessive pressure, as it does not happen continuously but rarely and the few drops that fall do not flood the bathroom. 3) I don't think I have ever been a problem or a source of disturbance for my guests. Ferienhaus am Meer

Mit zwei Freuden haben wir zu viert Anfang Oktober 9 sehr schöne Tage in der großen Ferienwohnung von Aurora verbracht. Der Hausverwalter, Enrico, hat uns alles sehr gut verständlich in englischer Sprache in der Ferienwohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Die Ferienwohnug ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet und besteht aus zwei Schafzimmern mit Doppelbetten und einem Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Wir haben uns auch sehr über die zwei neu eingerichtetet Badezimmer gefreut. Vor dem Frühstück sind wir im Meer vor dem Ferienhaus schwimmen gegangen und haben die praktische Dusche im Garten gerne benutzt. In der benachbarten Stadt Pula in ca. 3 km Entfernung haben wir täglich zum Frühstück frische Brötchengekauft. Auch in der Nebensaison hat Pula sehr (Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Eisdielen und Restaurants) viel zu bieten. Schöne Strände sind in 6 bis 10 km zu erreichen. Die schönsten von Chia sind ab 20 km zu erreichen. Die Zeiten für das Ein- und Auschecken wurden sehr flexibel gestaltet. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich zwei Parkplätze. Einer gehört zur Ferienwohnung und der zweite dem Vermieter, der verwendet werden kann, wenn der Vermieter seine wohnung nicht nutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus direkt am Meer

Das Haus und die Lage ist exakt wie auf den Fotos. Haus komplett ausgestattet, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Schöner Strand, außerhalb Kies im Wasser Sand, wohl nur von Einheimischen besucht. Mietwagen notwendig, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Geschäfte und Restaurants ca 3 Kilometer entfernt in Pula sind. Sehr schöne kleine Stadt. Mehrere Topstrände zwischen 6 und 20 Kilometer entfernt. Wir könnendes Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Andreas, Beate und Freunde

Superhaus direkt am Meer

Im Mai 23 verbrachten wir eine Woche in dieser aussergewöhnlichen Wohnung. Wer das Meer liebt und gern schwimmt, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Direkt vom Haus geht es zu einem Strand, der wohl auch in der Hauptsaison nicht voll wird. Besonders genossen haben wir auch die schön gestaltete Aussendusche, in der man sich gleich umziehen kann. Geschlafen haben wir mit Meeresrauschen. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen, neueren Quartier. In wenigen Fahrminuten ist man im sehr hübschen Pula, das Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Flanierwege und Restaurants bieten. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend zu entdecken. Es war eine rundum gelungene Urlaubswoche!

Dear Andrea it is not house wet itself, but the weather as in Sardinia happen to be sometime when it is raining. Beside that in October you feel a little bit more as we don’t have 35 degrees like in hot summer. the house itself does not have such problems as it is a wealthy house with windows and mosquitos nets in all rooms. My experience tells me that opening the windows 1-2 hours each days is enough we have 2 splits with cold &heat modalities, so guests can choose to dehumidify the indoor spaces. Least but not last, my house is front sea exposed, and it is natural the coast line has a level of wetness higher then internal area… Br Aurora

Wirklich schön!

Wirklich ein wunderschönes Objekt. Eine Spülmaschine wäre vielleicht eine sinnvolle Investition. Da wir im Oktober dort waren, war es etwas kühl in den Räumen und man konnte nur einen Heizlüfter nutzen und keine Heizung. Im Sommer aber sicher herrlich, da noch ein Geschoss über der Wohnung ist und die Bäume Schatten spenden. Der Morgenblick ist einfach phänomenal.

The property is ideally located. If you like waking-up with the sound of the wave and having breakfast in front of the sea, it this is the perfect place to be. The neighbourhoud is quiet and peaceful and this is an ideal place to rest. The property is well equipped and well maintained and the garden is beautiful. The only drawbacks was the lack of aircon in all the room but with the proximity of the sea and the breeze we did not suffer from the heat. Maybe the fridge need an upgrade as it struggled to keep food cold during the day but it is a hot country. Aurora the host and her brother were really welcoming and attend swiftly to our queries. We had a fanstastic holidays in a fantastic location.

Wir, eine 5-köpfige Familie, haben eine super schöne und entspannte Woche im Haus von Aurora verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war problemos. Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind perfekt! Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf s Meer :-) vielen Dank!

Schöne, ruhige Villa direkt am Meer

Wir waren Ende September / Anfang Oktober für 9 Tage zu Viert in Porto Columbu. Die ruhige Lage des Hauses direkt am Meer hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist überaus freundlich und hat uns viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Haus hat eine überdachte Veranda mit Blick aufs Meer, so dass wir das Frühstück bei Sonnenschein einnehmen konnten. Die Küche ist üppig ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen ein. Alles ist sauber. Die Zimmer verfügen über Fliegengitter. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen.

War sehr gut! Könnte aber in Zukunft wundervoll werden bei richtiger Investition ins Haus.

TOP LAGE! Bilder sind real!!! Gemütliches und ruhiges Meer mit Sand und Stein-Strand. Sie bieten ein Kanu, Kraftstation Outdoor und Bälle an, sehr cool und nicht selbstverständlich. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet jedoch wenig isoliert und man hört die Zimmer voneinander leider, hier ist noch Verbesserungspotential vorhanden.

12 steps to the beach

Même si l'intérieur et l'équipement de la maison auraient sans doute besoin de quelques rafraîchissements, la vue, la grandeur de la maison, la terrasse et le jardin ombragés, donnant DIRECTEMENT sur une très jolie plage calme et familiale font de la propriété d'Aurora, un véritable PARADIS pour des vacances en famille. Aurora sait être à notre écoute en cas de besoin. Nous avons vraiment passé d'excellentes vacances.
