A charming two-story home with a garden and private parking. The ground floor features a living room with a sleeper sofa and a kitchenette (equipped with a four-burner stove, convection oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker).The ground floor features a double bedroom, a small loft bedroom with two single beds, and a functional bathroom with a washing machine. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners. A spacious and comfortable veranda overlooks a private garden with a barbecue. The veranda is furnished with benches, chairs, a table, lounge chairs, and a shower area with hot and cold water. The house sleeps four; a travel cot and high chair are available upon request. A bicycle, a beach umbrella, and two beach chairs are available. <br>The house, nestled among pine trees and Mediterranean flora, is located in the well-maintained private village of Calaverde. The village features two tennis courts (for a fee), a communal pool open in July and August (for a fee), a charging station where you can recharge electric cars (for a fee), a playground for children, and a small marina where you can rent boats to visit other beaches. The supermarket is temporarily closed, but all necessary services are available in Pula. The village is secured by a security guard. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk from the house and is accessible even with a stroller. On the beach, there is a small beach club with a bar. About 9 km away is Pula, famous for the archaeological site of Nora. In 5 minutes by car, you can reach the wonderful beaches of Chia, Tuerredda, Cala Cipolla, Su Giudeu, and many others. The rent includes water, gas, and electricity charges. The tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in.
