APARTMENT WITH PRIVATE ROOF TERRACE IN CARVOEIRO

A 2 bedroom apartment with private roof terrace in a prime location in the charming family resort of Carvoeiro.

The apartment has fantastic sea views from 2 south facing balconies off the main bedroom and the living area as well as panoramic sea views from the private roof terrace.

Close to all amenities with several excellent restaurants right on the doorstep and only 5 minutes walk from the picturesque Praia do Carvoeiro beach and only 10 minutes walk from Centianes beach.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a flexible set up with the master bedroom either a double or twin depending upon your requirements. There is also a twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area which will enable 5 people to be accommodated.

The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle along with a shower over bath.

The kitchen has a dining table and chairs, along with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and gas hob and also several small appliances.

There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and living area and the apartment has WIFI, satellite TV and DVD players.

The private roof terrace has a built in barbecue, tables and seating perfect for relaxing and taking in the sea views and watching the beautiful sunsets whilst enjoying a refreshing drink as well as sun loungers.

CARVOEIRO

Carvoeiro is a lovely family resort which has grown up around what was a traditional fishing village. Despite the development Carvoeiro has retained its charm with little or no high-rise developments. The town has numerous excellent restaurants and bars and there are a selection of beaches all close by, perfect for soaking up the fantastic sunshine. For those who like a bit of exercise to go with improving their suntans there are a number of golf courses in the area, from the excellent Par 3 course at Vale Do Milho to the prestigious Pestana Golf Resort. Recent developments include a boardwalk along the cliff edge between the town and Algar Seco giving incredible views of the rock formations whilst enjoying a stroll or perhaps an early morning run.

All amenities are within walking distance which means that a car is not essential, however there is plenty of parking around the apartment if you do decide to rent a car.

Administrative Fee is to cover Local Taxes introduced by Lagoa Municipal Council.

Beautiful roof terrace

Apartment was spotless and was a short walk to town and the beach. The roof terrace was the star, a great place to watch the sunset and cook dinner. The restaurant below is brilliant and amazing to watch the chefs grilling to fish outside. A great stay!

The kitchen great art the required utensils. This wasn't a winery not sure why that came up. The unit was very clean.If there was anything to complain about it would be more dishwashing my pucks and laundry pucks work be nice.The rooftop terrace was amazing it was so nice to BBQ there and then enjoy your meal while watching the sunset.

Great Location Apartment

Spacious, well equipped apartment. 5 mins walk into village centre but huge range of good restaurants and bars and a mini supermarket on your doorstep. Easy parking, super quick communication with owner. Comfy beds, excellent shower and well equipped kitchen. Air con and heating. Sun terrace is a huge bonus, very private and catches sun all day. Would definitely return.

Nice apartment with bautiful roof terrace

We stayed 2 weeks in this very nice apartment which is located near to many restaurants and a few steps away from the beach. Everything was very clean and in order, we enjoyed particularly the evenings on the privat roof terrace, admiring great sunsets. Can recommend to everybody. Thanks, Mark! Peter and family

Great location and stay.

The property has a great rooftop patio. The place hadn’t had a good cleaning in a while. Chips out on balcony and behind beds very dirty. Lack of some amenities like dishwasher soap and toilet paper. Hot water did run out at times the last few days. Towels we old and stained in places.

Fabulous apartment!

I have just returned from spending a week with my partner in this fabulous apartment. From the outset the experience has been a pleasurable one. All communications and queries were managed in a swift and professional manner and the information package emailed out beforehand was really useful, especially as it included comprehensive directions to the apartment. Hence, the apartment was very easy to find and it is very easy to park directly outside. On arrival we found the apartment to be spotless and extremely well equipped, and we found the provisions that had been left for us very welcoming and we were very appreciative of them after out journey. The apartment is very homely and has really lovely personal touches to it, which make it a pleasure to spend time in. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need should you choose to eat in, and we found it very easy to cook and enjoy dinner in on several evenings. However, should you choose to eat out, you have a plethora of restaurants within a few metres,and a lovely bar to have a last drink just below the apartment! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great find and will happily stay again if we decide to return to Carvoeiro.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Wir hatten zu viert inkl. Baby einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Das Highlight war die Dachterrasse mit Grill und tollem Ausblick. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen: Strand, Restaurants, Bäcker, Ortszentrum... Und die Bushaltestelle ist auch gleich um die Ecke, wenn man z.B. weitere Strände erkunden möchte.

Toppen, fin lägenhet med läge nära till allt. Bad, restauranger mm. Saknades en del porslin i köket, inga små koppar, inga små glas. Men i övrigt mycket bra, solterassen på taket var enastående.

Spacious apartment in good location. You can chose which of 4 balconies/roof terraces use for dining/coffee. Downstairs fish restaurant what makes minor problems (do not open windows while restaurant open).

excellent, well located and well furnished

Mark and Mel are great hosts. Communication with them was excellent, always prompt and polite and very easy to make arrangements with. They thoughtfully left some welcome basics, which was appreciated. Carverio is a pretty village, with plenty of eating choices. The apartment is situated an easy 5 -10 mins walk from the main centre, with lots of good restaurants very close by, and small supemarkets for basics. There's also a great little pasteria down the road which does breakfast and good coffee. Whilst there are a two bigger supermarkets about 7 -10 mins drive that have all the bigger items, fresh fruit, fish, meat and groceries. Ideal for couples or small families. We would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment near the town centre

Apartment was perfect for us; just two of us, so loads of room. Everything in the apartment was perfect, and we really appreciated the welcome pack when we arrived. Loads of lovely restaurants within a stone's throw of the apartment, and the boardwalk along the cliffs is very close too. Just be aware that the apartment is above a restaurant and bar, so there is a wee bit of noise at night, but most nights we were out enjoying ourselves anyway!

Very clean and well equipped apartment

We stayed in Carvoeiro during the last week of July. We had a great time there. There are lots of things to do, beside going to the beach. In the area there are lots of caves to visit and Caribbean like landscapes. In the evening there is a disco in open air, all within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfast or a meal when we didn't want to go out, even bbq. Beside the console games, the kids really enjoyed the tables games available for the guests. One day we took the car and went to a water park nearby. We had a great time and it is only a 15 minutes drive. We definitely need to go back and stay for a longer period of time :)

Wonderful apartment located in charming seaside town in Portugal

Tremendously enjoyed staying in Mark's Carvoeiro apartment for my summer vacation. It was steps away from multitude of restauarants and a short walk to ocean cliff view boardwalk. Apartment was tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable and secure with locked entry leading up stairs to locked front door. The roof top terrace was a treat to relax in the evening after dinner and watch the sun set over the ocean. I would stay here again and also recommending to my friends and family.

A fantastic apartment in a fantastic location

This is a fantastic apartment in excellent condition and well-suited for groups of family or friends. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped with basics provided on arrival, which was very well received. The air-conditioning was much-needed, and is provided in the lounge and both bedrooms - however, the unit in the master double bedroom is far more effective than in other rooms. The roof terrace has excellent views of the surrounding area, and the location is convenient and easy-to-find with plenty of parking around. Moreover, it's only a short walk to Carvoeiro town centre, and to the boardwalk at Algar Seco (a must-see!). We'd definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area, as it provides a high-quality, comfortable base camp for all holidays!

Fantastic apartment.

Beautiful place, the apartment was fantastic had everything you needed plus more. Two good sized bedrooms and spacious kitchen. Lovely views and not far from the town or beach. I would definitely go back.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

The apartment was very clean and well maintained, in a perfect location with an abundance of restaurants within a stone throw from the apartment which is ideal for a small famly of 3/4. Upon the rooftop terrace you have a lovely view of the ocean and there are beaches within a 5 minutes walk. The owners provided excellent customer service and I have already recommend this property to my friends and family, in fact we are looking to go back very soon.

It's a really friendly family resort, full of restaurants and bars with plenty to do day and night.

The property is in a perfect location just 5 minutes walk from the main town beach along a road filled with bars and restaurants all catering for families.
