About this property

A lovely two bedroom villa in a very quiet location close to Puerto Pollensa

This two bedroom villa enjoys a superb tranquil location in the countryside between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.
There a great views to the mountains around Pollensa and down the well known Boquer valley.

The finca is in a flat area and is fenced off and totally private. Of course, all the facilities are for sole use of the clients.
The outside of the villa has a lawned area around the pool ideal for children and for sunbathing. There is also a shaded barbecue covered terrace with outdoor dining area with built in barbecue, outdoor sink and washing machine.

Inside the villa consists of an open plan kitchen looking onto a dining / lounge with satellite TV , DVD and internet connection.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, gas hobs, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, all modern conveniences.
A passageway through from here leads to the two bedrooms, one double and one twin room sharing a modern shower room.
The bedrooms have fans for the warmer months.
This is an ideal villa for couples and small families looking for a quiet location to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle of Mallorca whilst being close to all the facilties of the resort and beaches just a 5 minute drive away

Een fijn huis in een prachtige regio

Een prettig, rustig gelegen huis waar we een heel aangename week hebben doorgebracht. Er is veel buitenruimte en een mooi zwembad, binnen is het wel wat klein en donker voor wat betreft het woon-keukengedeelte. Prettige ontvangst van dhr. Wooton die ons ook informeerde over de highlights van de omgeving. Er is veel mooie natuur in de buurt, prachtige baaien en het is ook zeer vogelrijk.

Villa Magdelana - Peace and quiet in great surroundings

The villa is in a quiet country location but close enough to Pollenca and Port de Pollenca for shops, restaurants and night life. The lawns and hedges around the pool are immaculate and there is a great barbecue area. The inside of the villa is very comfortable and has everything you need and more. The owner, Ed, was there to meet and greet us and he was always on hand for help and advice. Would we go back? Absolutely (and we are rather fussy!!). Teresa & Jeff, Somerset
