Booking are from Saturday to Saturday only from January To August you need to rent for 7 or 14 days at a time. Unless otherwise noted!

Hawaiian Inn Beach Condos this cozy 3rd floor studio has one amazing view, The balcony overlooks the ocean with comfortable chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Comfortable living area with large 48" flat screen LED/LCD TV and DVD player.
Full size standard kitchen complete with granite tops, stainless steel Frigidaire appliances; full size refrigerator, oven/stove top and over the counter microwave, coffee pot and cabinet storage with dishes glasses, cups, pot and pans, silverware, etc. Brand new queen size bed with storage pull out sleeper sofa, cable TV, 2 swimming pools, the outdoor pool is the largest in Daytona Beach, heated indoor pool with power jets, and kiddie pool, pool side, Tiki bar and Grill, lobby includes gift shop, game room, and breakfast restaurant .

Simple place for a beach getaway

Three of us enjoyed our stay, although more suitable for just a couple, being it's on the smaller side. Balcony and it's view was great! Room had almost everything you would need. I do wish the outdoor pool wasn't freezing, and the property hallways and elevators definitely need some work. The owners were prompt and helpful when we had any questions or issues.

Daytona Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Jimbo's Ocean Front Condo.The unit was very clean and set up well with a full kitchen and a full-size refrigerator. Had to reach out to the owner due to the electronic door battery needing to be replaced.The owner had someone on site very quickly to resolve.We have no negative feedback for our stay!

Happy room was what we expected!

Studio was well stocked with linens, pool towels, etc. owner thank goodness provided private internet service since resorts was mostly off. Resort pool and tiki bar were still closed from hurricane- not room owners fault- but we still had a terrific time. Resort could use better cleaning in hallways and common areas but room was spotless. Ocean view was perfect! Totally need a car to get to restaurants, etc although there is a few chain places close and a grocery store. Will return.

Property was not clean, Elevators in very poor condition(1 I had to pull the door shut), Hallways smelled of urine, drunk people in hallway, walls & doors extremely dirty, smell of urine at entry door going into the studio. Studio had been remodeled. We didn't feel comfortable or safe. I emailed the owner to sub rent as there was a festival going on and he should have been able to lease it. I asked for a refund due to conditions.

This was everything we needed. It had great views, beach access, and updated. The negative I’ve noticed is all the locals park on the beach and use the pool. This is the second time staying at the Hawaiian Inn and we will definitely be back.

Exactly as advertised!

The owner of the condo was very prompt with his responses to all of my questions. The condo was very clean and exactly as shown in photos. Loved the location, had no issues with parking. Tiki bar by the pool had excellent drinks and food! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Jim is a super,super host in every way. Condo was very clean. We didn't cook as much as we usually do this time visiting. Still the nice high end cookware and every you would need to cook anything. Everything works great. We love this place. Jim is always easy to communicate with. Our favorite condo in the area.

Nice stay

This room was super nice and we had everything we needed for our week stay. The hotel itself is very dated and not the cleanest, but the room definitely made up for it. I did read a lot of reviews about the shower temperature going from ice cold to extremely hot, which WAS the case.. so that's my only complaint. The view from the balcony is perfect and the kitchen was very useful since we did a lot of cooking. Jim made everything easy and not having to check-in was awesome .

Wow! My husband and I had the wonderful opportunity to stay at this beautiful spot right along the Atlantic! After weeks of searching for the perfect spot we found this one! The Studio condo faces the ocean and has a sliding door that leads out to a peaceful balcony with a view of the ocean as far as our eyes could see. This condo was very clean and well decorated an added plus was the full kitchen! We didn’t want to eat out 3x’s a day so we went to Winn-Dixie down the street and stocked the fridge for our stay. Pots, pans, utensils - everything provided in the rental. WINNING! We made some amazing dinners in the condo saving us big money. Now I’m not a morning person but I made a cup of coffee and watched the sunrise almost every morning ;) They have a Tiki Bar alongside of their outdoor pool- nothing like drinking a frozen drink and dipping your toes in the water. Oh. Did I mention the biggest seller?! The beach is LITERALLY 3-5 STEPS from the condo. The owner (Jim) was extremely helpful so if you’re looking for a place to stay that is not only beautiful but also convenient and welcoming.

Always Amazing

We have been renting vacation rentals for several years in the US and other countries. We have had a great many adventures with all. Renting with Jim has been wonderful. The condo has always been clean. Our security deposit was returned very promptly. We cook a lot and really appreciate the quality of cookware,dishes ect. . We have stayed at several other condo's at this complex so far Jim's place is our favorite. The bed is great,the beach front view is the best. Beach chairs,umbrella's and beach towels are a great bonus. Looking forward to returning soon.

A bit of paradise

Great getaway!

Great for two people. Very clean. View from the balcony was great, especially for morning sunrises. Very short walk to pool and beach. Everything we needed was there, including beach chairs and an umbrella. Would rent this property again.

Great oceanfront view

The owner was extremely easy to work with. The unit has been beautifully updated and is well equipped. It is located in an older complex but that was only apparent in the corridors. The pool area, Tiki Bar, and beach access were all perfect for our stay. We would definitely book again.
