Cozy Log Cabin with Satellite TV! Just ten miles northwest of downtown Asheville, Deer Run invites you to sit a spell in the front porch rocking chairs and gaze out at the mountain horizon.

You'll appreciate the convenience of being able to cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen and eat-in while on vacation. In the evening, gather around the fire pit, tell tall tales, and look up at star-filled skies. This vacation rental is located in Asheville and is approximately 20 minutes driving distance to downtown.

• The owner of Deer Run lives in the same cabin community and is usually available should you require any assistance during your stay.

The cabin was super clean and very homey. Lots of cabin decor, but it looked appropriate for the cozy cabin feel. We only had 2 little issues...we were not told about entry to the cabin. I spent quite a bit of time trying to follow the normal guidelines from vrbo site. Also, we were told to follow the exit signs when leaving the property...we never saw any signs. Minor issues, but kept me from giving excellent rating.

This cabin was perfect for our weekend get away. It was cozy and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and we loved the little electric fireplaces. It feels like you are up in the mountains yet you are about a 20 minute drive from town. And you get 1 free ticket a day to tour Biltmore, zip line, water rafting, etc. we’d stay again!

The host was great and it was a lovely cabin in the woods, yet close to town and the Biltmore Estate. I loved the little covered wooden bridge that you have to drive through to get to the cabin!!

Anniversary Trip
