Rodeada por un precioso pinar, esta nueva moderna villa en Mal- Pas disfruta de una posición privilegiada en primera línea con acceso directo al mar, a diez pasos de la playa de arena blanca.

La espaciosa villa ha sido construida en 2017 y se encuentra en un solar ajardinado con piscina climatizada. Se desarrolla en dos plantas, y dispone de un total de 4 dormitorios dobles con baño y un aseo adicional. El diseño interior es totalmente diáfano y lleno de luz natural.

Otras características que incluye la casa son aire acondicionado con bomba de calor en toda la casa, suelo radiante, doble acristalamiento, piscina climatizada, chimenea, ascensor, armarios empotrados, suelos de parquet, hilo musical, sistema de domótica y un triple garaje en el sótano.

- Localidad y lugares de interés:

Es Mal Pas, situado a unos minutos de Alcudia y Pollença, ofrece toda la tranquilidad de la isla con las mejores posibilidades residenciales. El ocio deportivo es una constante y en áreas circundantes a la zona residencial se encuentra el campo de golf de Aucanada. Los puertos deportivos para embarcaciones de recreo de Marina de Bonaire y Real Club Náutico de Puerto Pollença se encuentran también muy próximas a la vivienda.

Por otro lado, Alcúdia es una localidad en el noreste de Mallorca de orígenes muy antiguos, ya que parte de su núcleo urbano es amurallado, posee un teatro romano y los restos de la ciudad romana de Pollentia. El puerto de Alcúdia es el lugar ideal para descansar y disfrutar del ocio veraniego, gracias a sus kilométricas playas, instalaciones deportivas para embarcaciones de recreo, magnífico paseo marítimo y zonas de ocio nocturno.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family. We would come back in a heartbeat. The hosts stocked our refrigerator with enough staples that we were fine even though we got in late. Maria was wonderful; the beach was beautiful! The pool was great

80th birthday celebration

Wonderful property in great location close to quiet beaches and beautiful ocean views! Had all the facilities you would expect from a large villa and Maria was a very attentive host when assistance was required. Great base for exploring Alcudia and Pollensa. Only issue was initially finding the villa and some plumbing issues (downstairs bathroom had some drainage issues which caused bad smells). Overall a wonderful stay for a special family celebration.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. We love, love, loved this beautiful home, neighborhood and island. Decor, layout, cleanliness of the home were all top notch. Daily walk to the market for fresh croissants- get the chocolate! Then a short walk to dinner at 5 Oceans. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful home, the beautiful neighborhood, and the beautiful people and beach.

This amazing place made our holidays perfect

We stayed 4 weeks in this wonderful villa. The welcome was lovely, Pedro's parents surprised us with flowers, fruit basket, wine and much more. Once a week his Mom spoiled us with fresh regional delicacies and Pedro was always reliable and a good holiday guide. They are such a lovely family. The villa is very nice furnished, bright, flooded with light and equipped with very comfortable beds. You have a stunning view from everywhere. We also appreciated the direct access to this turquoise sea. We will come back.

Relaxing beautiful stay facing the water

We really enjoyed this gorgeous house, where we spent 6 days mainly doing nothing but enjoying the view. The house is new and very well done. The huge windows allow you to make the most of the view of the bay when inside, and there is plenty of terrace space for outdoor relaxing,eating, and dipping in the lovely pool (though in February we weren't able to take maximum advantage of these benefits but would love to come back when it's warmer out!). In addition to the rocky area across from the house, there are 2 small sandy and beautiful beaches within walking distance which are great for kids as the bay is shallow and calm. Miguel and his mother were very responsive to our requests and provided help finding places to go, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend this house for a very relaxing, peaceful holiday!

Beautiful stay

My family and I stayed in this beautiful house for seven days. The house has four bedrooms with connected bathrooms, a spacious living/dinning room, kitchen, terrace with pool, little garden with an amazing and stunning view over the Pollença Bay including Cap de Formentor. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Hence, the service was A+ rated from started to the end. The house was clean. Regarding the location, it is located within the first sea view line and in the middle of other beautiful houses. However, I strongly recommend renting a car to be more flexible. Bon Aire is situated around 5min from Alcudia (Supermarkets, small shops), 10min to Puerto de Alcudia and around 40min to Palma city. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back soon!

Dream Home

Dream home. What a fantastic midweek away. Both the reception and the house are unbelievable !. The proprietor of the owner, with a bottle of wine on arrival, fresh fruit and fresh flowers, all the way up !. The view is magnefiek! The interior and finish of the house is super, everywhere bluetooth ... The beds sleep well, better than home. We have a home away from home! We hope to come back soon.

A fantastic Villa at a magnificent location

We had two magnificent weeks in this beautiful villa located right by a very nice bay with very clean and blue water. We are a large family of 7, with 5 children ages 14 to 28,. The entire familiy of 7 had a fantastic stay in this modern, beautiful, and well equipped villa near the small cute town Mal Pas-Bonaire. Something to do for everyone, great possibilities for water sports, running uphill on a small road to Victoria Mirador and lots to see in the area. The owners have done an impressive job creating this new, modern and sophisticated villa with great outdoor facilities as well, including very nice terraces and a nice swimming pool. Every room and all the details are well designed, and the villa is thoughtful furnished. We like to cook ourselves during holidays and nothing was missing in the kitchen - absolutely everything was thought of. We made some small day-trips to other parts of Mallorca, but the familiy always enjoyed being back at the villa in the afternoon or evening. The owners , two young brothers, were really helpful and extremely service minded. Their parents who live10-15 min away from the villa were incredibly helpful and sweet, and we are truly grateful for having found this villa. When we write such a positive review, it is a problem that more people will discover this villa and it might be rented out next time we would like to stay there. But the villa and the owners deserve our very best recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

LOVELY PLACE, LOVELY DAYS!

The pictures were extremely informative and true to the lovely villa in Mal Pas which was peaceful with wonderful feeling. I loved the way the house was laid out and equipped in luxury. Our main contact, Miguel & Pedro, helped us with any of our questions or where we could shop. The house was ideally situated for walks along the beach at sunrise. I loved it. The whole family loved Mal Pas because there is always something to do for everyone, including my two young sons. We have already planned on returning for next year.

Unser Weihnachtsurlaub in dieser mallorquinischen Ferienunterkunft war eine Mischung aus positiven und negativen Erlebnissen.Positiv:- Herzliche Gastgeberin mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten- Großzügige Wohnfläche, ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen- Tolle Lage direkt am Meer- Praktischer Fahrstuhl für Gepäck- Sauberkeit in Ordnung- Vielseitige Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein guter GasgrillNegativ:- Küchenausstattung für die Größe der Gruppe ungeeignet- Töpfe und Pfannen in schlechtem Zustand- Beheizbarer Pool war nicht warm genug- Fehlender Fitnessbereich- Diverse Mängel/Alterserscheinungen im Haus- Schwankender Wasserdruck und -temperatur- Unvollständige WLAN-Abdeckung besonders in den Zimmern im OGFazit:Die Unterkunft hat Potenzial, das durch die gute Lage und die ausreichende Größe des Hauses unterstrichen wird. Leider wurden wir durch mehrere Mängel und Unstimmigkeiten enttäuscht, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Küchenausstattung und den beheizbaren Pool. Mit entsprechenden Verbesserungen und einer ehrlicheren Beschreibung könnte das Haus ein großartiger Ort für einen Urlaub sein. Aktuell würden wir die Unterkunft jedoch nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Perfect Villa for Family Getaway

The Villa is amazing. The pictures and description are totally accurate, this home is pristine. The host was not on site for the check in but there was a representative there to show us the many amenities the villa has to offer. The hosts were very prompt in replying to any of our questions. A fruit basket and beverages were waiting for us which was very much appreciated. Plus, the beautiful pool is indeed heated! Great views from all the bedrooms and deck area. Perfect location with restaurants and beaches within walking distance. We had a fantastic vacation at S’Atalaia!

Excellent communication throughout booking as this was a 2020 booking and cancelled twice through Covid. Pedro could not be more helpful in moving our booking. Excellent Villa with everything you would need for your stay. Beautiful beaches and coves a stones through away. Definitely recommend for guests to stay and enjoy!

Es war rundherum ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Ein Traumhaus. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool war herrlich warm. Auch für den Fahrstuhl waren wir sehr dankbar, da wir meine 83 jährige Mutter dabei hatten. Luxuriöses Zuhause zur Mandelblüte!

Wir sind mit Freunden im Februar zur Mandelblüte in dieser tollen Luxusvilla in Mal Pas Bon Air gewesen. Die Bilder geben zu 100 % das uns vom netten Besitzer übergebene Haus wieder. Schon die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war sehr nett und wegen Corona auch bis zum letzen Tag vor der Anreise sehr kulant zwecks Stornierung. In der heutigen Zeit fanden wir das sehr wichtig. Vielen lieben Dank liebe Marie dafür. Die Villa hat eine Traumlage an der Bucht von Pollencia. Jeden Morgen dieser tolle Blick vom Bett (übrigens aus allen 4 Schlafzimmern) auf die Bucht. Wir wurden mit einer kompletten Erstausstattung was ein Frühstück braucht empfangen. Ein großer Obstkorb, große Schale Orangen, Wein, Cola , Wasser und vieles mehr waren ebenfalls da. Die Ausstattung in der Küche sehr sehr gut. Die Villa als solches ist überall sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet inclusive eines Fahrstuhles. Super bequeme Betten und jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes tolles Bad und zusätzlich noch ein Gästebad. Wir konnten durch das tolle Wetter auch im Februar wunderbar die Terrassen nutzen. Wenn man wie wir die Insel zur Mandelblüte abfahren möchte , braucht man für diese Villa selbstverständlich ein Auto. Nach Alcudia sind wir aber auch locker zu Fuß in 25 min gekommen. Also alles in einem, klare Empfehlung für diese Villa. Vielen lieben Dank Maria und Pedro. Lg aus Deutschland

Top Villa with lovely Host

The villa is exactly as described on the internet. The hosts are very nice and the communication was just top. Nothing was missing and we had 10 days of pure vacation fun. The surroundings are very beautiful and the beach within walking distance. I must emphasize the direct view of the sea and the quiet location. Our children liked the heated pool, so the bathing fun was guaranteed both in the sea and in the pool. We will come again. Many thanks to the hosts Roger & Family

Wow! What a place!

This villa could not have been more suitable for us. We were a party of 7 (two families with teenagers) and all loved, loved, loved it. The villa is immaculate and had everything we needed with plenty of space, beautiful bedrooms (all overlooking the stunning view) and all the facilities you need if you want to stay in. The pool is lovely, again overlooking the amazing view, but we ended up more often crossing the road to swim in the clear blue sea opposite. Mal Pas - Bon Aire itself is just gorgeous. It has an incredibly laid back vibe. A ridiculously well stock supermarket, trendy and more traditional restaurants and the nearest “big” beach (a 5 min walk away) is glorious and has a great beach bar serving stunning fish. Alcudia old town is a 25 min walk away if you’re looking for somewhere busier but to be honest we were very happy staying locally and sampling all it had to offer. Huge thanks to Maria and Pedro for making us so welcome and being incredibly responsive to our needs. We hope to see you again soon.

Place to come back

Really nice house - looks like never used. We stayed at second part of Sep. so heated swimming pool was really the thing to enjoy! Very quite place ideal for family holidays! You need a car for sure, but if you have one in just a 5-10 min you can be everywhere;))

As it says on the tin

A very happy 10 day stay. There is always anxiety when arriving, but I have to say the villa was exactly how it was described. Pedro was always contactable and very helpful.

John was a wonderful guest, very friendly, easy-going and very communicative. He kept the villa in excellent condition . I would definitely recommend John to other hosts and I would most definitely welcome him again the next time he comes back to Mallorca! =)

Tolle Villa und erholsamer Urlaub!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind fantastisch. Die Vermieter sind bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Mallorca. Ich habe schon mehrere Fincas gemietet und habe so einen reibungslosen und tollen Urlaub noch nie gehabt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
