Spectacular Villa in front of the beach and the Mediterranean sea. The Villa has an extensive and pine-covered garden offering peace and tranquillity and a large pool in front of the blue sea with a garden door going direct to the beach. At the same time, the Villa is located at 5 minutes walking time to the centre of Platja d'Aro, the largest open air commercial area at Costa Brava.

The Villa has been recently refurbished. It is highly bright due to the large new windows and the constantly sea and beach views.It combines the elegance of its furniture and decoration, reminding the history of the family's Villa and the simple but exquisite organization of the rooms. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a big saloon with a big kitchen and a large terrace let you have the enough space to enjoy a unique experience. The Villa offers:

A wonderful location in Platja d’Aro

Last year we stayed in that house for the first time and as we liked it so much we came back this year. The house offers more than enough space for us (4 adults and two children (5 and 9)). It has a great floor plan and is wonderfully decorated. We did not miss one piece of equipment. In addition the huge property allows not only the children to be active the whole day. That is supported by numerous games and equipment belonging to the house (table tennis, kayaks, bicycles, …). Of course one of the highlights is the direct access to the beach and the private pool that is available in addition. Even so the house is located directly on the beach restaurants and shops are also in walking distance. Last but not least the contact with Mercè was always friendly and very supportive. If we ever come back to this area of Spain we will definitely try to rent this house again.

Unique gem on the Costa Brava

our family of 4 adults and 3 grandchildren spent to 2 weeks at this unique beach side villa and had a excellent time . The property comfortably accomodated 7 of us in luxuary with plenty of room for all of us to spread ourselves . With its own pool and direct beach access you could not want for more . Situated within easy walking distance of the main promenade of Plaja d’Aro with its varied restaurants and child entertainments. Good off road parking and extensive garden with childrens facilities this property is ideal for families looking for the ultimate villa experience. Can highly recommend for families looking for a luxuary villa holiday.
