Calis Beach - Beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool and WiFi

This lovely villa is in a complex with a private garden and a south facing private swimming pool for you to enjoy the sun all day.

It comfortably sleeps 10 people with 4 bedrooms. Set over 3 floors the ground floor includes a large open plan kitchen, dining, living area and a toilet/shower room. The first floor includes 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath. Bedroom 1 has a super king size bed with large balcony, Bedroom 2 has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom and bedroom 3 is a twin room with a small balcony. The 2nd floor is a spacious family room with a double bed, 2 single beds and a balcony.

The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher and microwave enabling you to prepare meals easily. Outside is a covered terrace offering plenty of shade and a BBQ.

Local Amenities:
- Calis beach, which is one of the most popular beaches in Fethiye, is a 5-10 minute walk. Calis promenade has a wide variety of restaurants (serving national and international cuisines), bars and shops/supermarkets. Water sports are also available including options such as jet skis, windsurfing and kite surfing.
- Fethiye centre is reachable by taxi (a short 10 to 15 min journey), dolmus or water taxi.
- A children's playground and outdoor gym equipment are also available a short walk from the villa.

Free wi-fi is available.

Absolutely perfect property! We had a fantastic 2 weeks stay in Calis beach and will definitely return soon. Rooms are amazing and beds are very comfy. Pool is amazing and outside area is beautiful.

Family holiday

Had a fantastic time in Villa Vanric, its a beautiful villa with everything you need. The swimming pool is perfect in the heat, we spent alot of time in it. I cant fault anything about the villa and outside spaces, everything was perfect. It was about 10 mins walk to the seafront and shops which was great. Calis is a beautiful place to go and so easy to get to Fethiye aswell. I highly recommend Villa Vanric and would love to go back again. Thanks again to Matt who organised the transfers. We had 5 adults ranging from 27 to 71years and we all had a brilliant time. Definitely 10 out of 10.

Great Location and Lovely Villa

This villa had it all, great location all the amenities needed for a simple relaxing holiday. The neighbouring properties were friendly and quiet. The whole process from start to finish was fault less. We had a couple of queries and they were answered quickly and professionally by the property company. Big call to Matt and the team for this. If there was to be one call out and I mean only one it would have to be having to clean down the sunbed loungers due to the cats using as a bed when people are not staying. Other than that would go back in a heat beat.

Lovely villa with pool

Stayed here early summer 2025. Villa was exactly what we needed and ticked all the boxes. Outside area was really good. Pool not the biggest we’ve had but for the 4 adults and 2 teens in our group it did what it needed to do. Large covered patio and dining area with bbq allowed for relaxing al fresco eating away from the very hot sunshine. 10 min walk from the MakroCenter supermarket and 15 mins walk from the beach with an abundance of bars and restaurants. Neighbours were all very friendly and would say hello the odd time we bumped into them. Also, Matt from the Rainbow property management company was great at quickly answering any questions we had and recommending local deliveries for the large water bottles. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The villa was as described.

The villa is as described and the pictures are accurate. The villa has no privacy if that’s important to you. Luckily we arrived at the villa in daylight so we could find it. If you are arriving in the dark look for Villa Oakley and Villa Violet and the walkway to this villa is between them.

Amazing Villa in an beautiful area of Turkey

We loved staying at Villa Vanric. having a private pool was a must and it was very clean and well looked after. The Villa was very spacious even with 10 of us staying. It had all of the amenities that we needed and the washing machine was brilliant and the dish washer when we cooked for the ten of us, saved on the washing up. Beds were very comfortable and spacious. We did feel that the shower in the main bathroom should have had a separate shower head and hose (this was missing) but was provided and installed by the property company when we called them). All in all a lovely place to stay if you have a large group and would definitely stay again in the future.

Overall excellent and we all really enjoyed our stay. We’ve been to Turkey many times and previously stayed in Hisaronu so we were familiar with the area. Calis was a pleasant change for us and the villa and location suited our requirements splendidly. Spacious rooms throughout. We dined outside every day so the sheltered area was perfect in the hot days and evenings. Pool was fantastic - very clean, lovely temperature and well maintained.Constructive comments:Kitchen units and untensils are getting a bit ‘tired’ and could do with a refresh.Bedding, particularly the pillows were disappointing and definitely should be replaced.Finally, You have to love cats! They were everywhere. Fortunately we did and enjoyed having them around.Overall, would we come back to villa Vanric- definitely YES

There for a wedding

Went as a group for a wedding on the beach front. An excellent property, lots of space, very clean, very close to the beach front. Would happily stay there again and recommend to all.

La maison est très fonctionnelle, on a été agréablement surpris car la maison est encore mieux que sur les photos. Les voisins sont sympas et le gérant se montre disponible lorsque on a des questions. La plage n'est vraiment pas loin. Le seul petit hic c'est qu'il faut marcher un peu longtemps pour faire les courses... Nous avons passez un très bon moment et sommes rentrés chez nous super détendu. Je recommande fortement !

Gorgeous Fethiye and excellent villa

Very well Maintained and spacious villa, nice swimming pool, very close to the public beach (walking distance). Lots of close by places for outdoor attractions. We loved to stay in this villa.

Lovely villa

Had a lovely stay at this villa we rented out little electric bikes that sat 4 people so was easy to get to the shops and the beach, the pool is lovely not freezing cold my son was in it all day and to top it off we made friends with the neighbors they was amazing to us, can’t wait to go back 😊

Pleasant Stay

The booking process was excellent, Andrew the owner covered any questions we had before we arrived. The transfer company that the Owner uses were good, driver met us where they said he would, lovely safe drive to the villa. Only slight problem on arrival was that the office had given him the wrong keys to the villa we were at, this was sorted quickly, had it have been out of office hours well....... The Villa itself, very roomy inside, layout great. I wouldn’t say the cleanliness was excellent, rather OK, some of the pans needed a good scrub before using them. The curtains in the lounge looked like they had been used to sweep the floor with, the grills on the downstairs beautiful french doors were padlocked, and there were no keys to unlock them. Whilst we were in during the day we would open one of the doors to allow fresh air in, but had to put one of the beanbags there so as the many many many cats could not enter the villa!! We love animals but the amount of cats was rather annoying. And mentioning the cats, I think they have used the sun bed covers as their beds for quite some time, these cushioned covers for the sun beds need disposing of, definite health hazard, the smell was disgusting, unzipped one to see if it could be washed but the cover was not the only problem. The pool was a god send as it was really hot weather, only criticism is that the matting on the steps, presumably the Turkish equivalent to non slip, had been done by a non professional, think this needs addressing too. We love our villa holidays as we enjoy home from home comforts whilst enjoying privacy, alas you don’t have any privacy at this villa what so ever. The neighbours are very very nice, pleasant, welcoming people but had we have wanted to have breakfast/lunch/dinner with other people we would not have booked a private villa, we would have booked a hotel, thank goodness there were no other holiday makers there as the communial pool over looks this villa, there is only a small fence that separates them, and their sun bathing patio is higher than this villa. The villa is well equipped and has everything that a holiday maker needs, the built in BBQ was great and was used regularly, the beds are comfy and the aircon system is well organised, in that it cannot be left on continuously, cools any room down very quickly indeed.

Amazing place to stay

We went as a party of 10, ages ranging from 3-65. We had a lovely time. The villa was perfect for us. There was lots to do around calis beach, we enjoyed day trips including the water park and private boat hire. The villa was lovely and clean with plenty of room for the 10 of us. The children enjoyed playing in the private pool and the neighbours were so helpful in directing us to shops and places to go. We will be returning next year

Beautiful Villa

8 of us stayed age 54 - 71 on 6th to18th September 2018 Villa beautiful with everything you need plus more. very clean with loads of room the transport driver was waiting on our arrival and was very happy to stop at the supermarket on our way to the Villa to pick up a few things. Prior to going had a few question for the owner Andy who responded really quickly and was so helpful. Rainbow Property who arranged our transfers and would deal with any problems you may have with the Villa were very helpful. The Villa is within walking distance of all the bars and resturants a and beach but little to far for a coulpe of people in our party as have poor mobility but this was not a problem as out on the road there is a call button you can press for a Taxi which they came straight away perfect service and very cheap. anyone thinking of going i would highly recommend. The boat trips and the water park are a brilliant fun day out. All round we all had a brilliant time. would truely recommend this Villa Terina Crawley West Sussex

Lovely, spacious villa, close to Calis Beach

We have just returned from this beautiful villa just 10 minutes walk from Calis Beach (or a 5 minute drive). Andy was very helpful on the run up to our holiday, answering our questions and Rainbow Properties, who look after the property were excellent in arranging our transfers, car and dealing with a small electrical problem immediately. We were a party of 6 and there was plenty of space. There is lots to do in the local area and the information pack was very useful. I can highly recommend the water taxi to Fethiye and a wander around the town when you get there. Also trips to Oludeniz and Kayakoy were fabulous. Our only issue was that the air conditioners are on a two hour timer, clearly to stop them being left on in rooms all day, but this did mean that none of us slept properly all holiday as it was so hot and the aircon went off every two hours so we all kept waking up with the heat and had to get up to turn it on again.

Beautiful Villa, in a perfect location!

Home from a wonderful weeks stay. The villa is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. On arrival the information guide was fantastic. Told us everything we needed to know about the villa and local facilities in Fethiye. The villa its self is Beautiful, big and luxurious. Travelling with 2 little ones is a worry but the villa was well equipped for little ones and lots of safety measures were in place to keep them safe. Stair gates, fencing to the pool area and cupboard locks etc The villa is in a quiet local but within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. If the children did not want to walk we called a local taxi number that was provided. For a very small fee he would take us to where we needed and collected us. Booking this villa was easy, the villa owners and agent are all lovely and more than happy to answer any querys that we had. We will definitely be booking this villa again and have recommended it to our family and friends. Roll on next year til we go again :)

Great family holiday

Myself and my family had a fantastic time, the villa was lovely and had everything we needed. The pool was cleaned daily, only thing I would say is we didn’t have access to the communal pool as stated on the advatisment of the villa but didn’t matter anyway, as we enjoyed our own pool. Would definitely go back, short walk to sea front with restaurants shops and bars, very friendly.

Ladies holiday

We are a group of 5 ladies who have holidayed in Calis Beach for the past seven years . This was our first stay at this remarkable Villa and certainly won’t be our last. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need . The cleanliness was excellent, outside space fantastic and very spacious inside .

My wife and I first visited Calis in June 2015. After just a week, we fell in love with Calis. We returned a number of times to find the perfect family holiday home and somewhere we can holiday with our twin boys for many years to come.

Offering a relaxing location with a bit of home from home luxury; a private pool and garden; and air conditioning through-out (a must for the hotter summer months). Calis, and this villa specifically, offered us everything we were looking for and we hope it will do the same for you.
