Le numĂ©ro 53 est une maison de terrasse de 2 chambres parfaitement situĂ©e pour les nombreux agrĂ©ments de Scarborough. Il est trĂšs proche de bars, restaurants, supermarchĂ©s, ferroviaire et liaisons de bus. Il n'y a pas besoin de voiture, mais si vous voyagez en voiture et avez besoin d'un parking, nous pouvons vous fournir des laissez-passer gratuits pour le stationnement dans la rue. Cela peut ĂȘtre limitĂ© Ă  certaines pĂ©riodes de l'annĂ©e et vous ne pourrez peut-ĂȘtre pas vous garer directement Ă  l'extĂ©rieur, mais les laissez-passer gratuits peuvent Ă©galement ĂȘtre utilisĂ©s dans les rues adjacentes.

La maison dispose d'un salon confortable avec tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et WIFI. Il y a une salle Ă  manger pour 5 personnes. La cuisine est petite mais trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec toutes les nĂ©cessitĂ©s habituelles, cuisiniĂšre, micro-ondes, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, congĂ©lateur. À l’extĂ©rieur se trouve un appentis avec une machine Ă  laver, une petite table et des chaises. Il y a aussi une trĂšs petite cour!

L'étage est une belle chambre double avec une autre télévision à écran plat. Il a une armoire à glace avec beaucoup d'espace de stockage et une commode.
La deuxiÚme chambre est trÚs polyvalente. Il a une commode et un petit lit double (4 pieds) qui pourrait éventuellement accueillir un couple ou un couple d'enfants. Il y a aussi un lit pliant si vos enfants ne sont pas trop enthousiastes à l'idée de s'aliter avec leurs frÚres et soeurs.

La salle de bain est nouvellement installée avec une baignoire en L, une toilette et un lavabo.
Il y a trÚs peu d'espace extérieur, mais il y a une trÚs petite cour arriÚre et une zone d'infiltration. Le parc Sainsburys se trouve juste au coin de la rue et le parc Peasholm est à quelques pas.
Si l'heure d'arrivĂ©e officielle ne vous convient pas, nous ferons de notre mieux pour que la maison soit prĂȘte Ă  l'avance pour vous. De plus, si vous utilisez les transports en commun, nous pourrons peut-ĂȘtre entreposer vos bagages. Nous ferons tout pour que vous passiez de bonnes vacances!

Really nice and clean home, perfect for a little family or couple for a short break, close to town centre and beach, lots of takeaways and supermarkets close by aswell. I would stay here again.

brilliant for Cleveland way walk

We needed somewhere close to train station and bus station so that we could complete the Cleveland way walk, brilliant, everything was there for 4x adults to enjoy a really good week, sadly the weather wasn't good every day but we completed our walk so all good and enjoyed, house gad everything we needed,- thanks

lovely house

about 5 minutes from the start of town and the train station. the buses go from outside the station. or just down the road. Julie is lovely she make sure everything is ok for you. as for the house it had everything in it, you would need for a holiday, we would go back , when we go to Scarborough ok.

Perfect little holiday home!

Clean, beautiful house within walking distance of everything you need! Ideal for our family of 5. Julie is the perfect host! Very friendly, fast communication and so helpful! Nothing was too much trouble, lots of information provided both before and during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Julie even offered to look after our luggage after check out, so we could make the most out of our last few hours in Scarborough before heading home. We're already planning our next visit! Thanks again!

Relaxing Christmas Break

We enjoyed a few days of relaxation in this lovely old terraced house, just a few minutes walk away from central Scarborough. It was well equipped and cosy, we’d definitely consider returning 😀

lovely house, perfect location

the house is spacious, clean & comfortable in an excellent location.5 minute walk to town centre, 3 minute walk to train/bus station. beds were comfortable, kitchen is well equipped.we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.the host was good enough to let us check in a couple of hours early which was much appreciated.communication was good with her with quick responses.

Excellent rental

This is a lovely house in a perfect position. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Decorated to a very high standard and so clean and fresh. Everything was in the house that we needed. And excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend this house and will definately stay there again if we return to scarborough.

Excellent for a little getaway

As a family of 5 and with a small dog, we are picky about where we stay, but usually with limited options. This house was perfect for out little getaway. It was within walking distance of the main attractions, sufficient space for us all and was lovely and clean.

Had a lovely long weekend break staying at this property. Felt very welcoming with all that you need for a short or longer break. The location of the property is a short walk to the town centre and railway .The cleanliness of the property is spot on and the communication from the property owner was excellent. Great location & house

The communication with Julie was great and she always replied very quickly. House had everything we needed and was in a great location to get to both North & South shores. Some really nice restaurants Eat in cafe and the excellent Cow Shed. Parking is good as passes are provided and if you cant park outside there is always a space just a short walk away. Great getaway and look forward to using again.

Friendly, good owner communication. House clean but basic, requiring upgrading of facilities.

House clean and in good decor condition. Unfortunately mattresses were not comfortable and could be greatly improved with quality mattress toppers. Basic kitchen facilities, ok for breakfast and quick meals, may be challenging for families or four adults. TV watching limited and some quality upgrades would make a huge different to this little house.

Fabulous property, everything you could need, clean, centrally located

I booked this property for my grandparents to stay in on their visit from Northern Ireland. The house was immaculately clean with everything they could possible need for their stay, including the use of a washing machine if needed. The house is in a great location, within walking distance of town and there are plenty of shops close by. It is quite hard to find a parking space but this is to be expected as it is a busy residential street and they always managed to get one. They had an absolutely amazing time and would have loved to have stayed another week, they will definitely be back again.

owners left all information needed from places to visit to take away menus. owners were very responsive to messages and requests. could not of asked for any where better to stay. Would recommend 100%

Awful

I spent 3hrs cleaning before cooking hungry tired children their tea. This has been the worst experience of using holiday houses in 15 years. The kitchen was horrific. Appliances were filthy. A nice new bathroom and pretty decor hid old dangerous gas appliances and TVs that were useless. No wifi caused 2 days missed work. We will not be rebooking. Should you wish to see photographs prior to my cleaning I will welcome the opportunity to send them. For a disabled mother this was horrific start to finish. We stayed only because the heatwave caused every other property to be booked out.
