The villa is on the waterfront in the area of Mellisaki. There are steps leading directly to the sea, from where you dive straight in to the crystal blue waters. On the terrace with the swimming pool you can sit and enjoy the panoramic sea view and unforgettable sunsets. The villa has been tastefully and elegantly decorated and offers you everything you would want for a memorable, relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Mellisaki is 10 minutes by car from the port of Korissia, there is a dirt road, so a 4 X 4 is recommended but not necessary and the the beautiful sandy beach of Xyla is only 4 to 5 minutes away.

The villa is set in a small complex of four houses each completely independent and private. In the garden there is an infinity sea water swimming pool with a shaded dining area, a shaded seating area, a pool shower, a bar and various seating areas, from where one can sit and enjoy the sea view as well as the stunning sunsets. Just off the lower garden level, there are steps leading directly to the sea.

The villa, both inside and outside has been tastefully decorated and gives one the feeling of relaxation and peace. On the ground floor of the villa, which is on the same level as the swimming pool, there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the lower level, which has direct access to the garden, there is a kitchenette, two master bedrooms (double beds) with en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom. Connected to the villa is a guest house with two single beds,one of which is a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
