Holiday house with pool close Toulouse and Albi - 4* - pet friendly

A recently renovated 4* meuble de tourisme 4 bedroom fully equipped house in unspoilt countryside (known as Little Tuscany) between Toulouse and Albi in Occitanie, south-west France. Set in 4,000m² of gardens surrounded by vineyards and fields of sunflowers, the house is in a lovely quiet rural position, yet only 5 minutes by car to the local shops and restaurants. A perfect place to get-away-from-it-all for old and young alike. Perfect for groups of friends or family groups. You may see a car in the distance but you'll rarely hear it.

The house interior is bright, spacious and extremely well-equipped with dish-washer, washing-machine, micro-wave, toaster, kettle ,Nespresso machine, TV, games, books, tourist information and free wifi making it a home-from-home and very comfortable.

To while away the heat of the day there is a shared 10m x 5m sunken pool which has sun all day and is deep enough for diving with shade provided by kiwi plants. There are plenty of sun-loungers, cushions and pool toys.

We have bicycles of all sizes and bike helmets for children under18 (obligatory in France). In the garden there is also a large trampoline.

We can also provide baby equipment. Please ask when booking.

Included free of charge :
So that you can keep your packing to a minimum we provide the following:
All linen including bath towels, pool towels, tea towels and bathmats.
All cleaning materials such as washing-up liquid, washing powder, floor cleaner etc.
Soap, shampoo, hand-wash, hair-dryer.
Salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, and dried herbs and chillis from the garden.
Final cleaning.

Not Included :
Tourist tax of €1.18 per adult per night.

One of two lovely holiday rentals, offering a maximum occupancy of 12. Please ask for details if you would like to rent both properties.
