Fully renovated rural cottage in the Tias / Conil area. Amazing location with sea and country views. Very private, unspoilt and safe. 100 meter driveway leads to the beautiful two bedroom cottage in the Conil country side. Located 400 meters from nearest road. Still less than 10 minutes from airport, Puerto del Carmen, Playa Quemada, Yaiza and many other beautiful locations.

This lovely detached house has private parking at the end of the drive for several cars. The sheltered wooden deck runs along the entire front side of the house. In front is the sunken garden with sun beds, bbq, large glass dining table, numerous established plants and fruit trees. The perfect place to sunbath, eat and relax.
More sunbathing areas exist on along the path to the sunken garden, on the wooden deck and further terrace along side of house.... all very private.

Entry to this bright house is via double sized full length glass patio doors. Inside is granite surfaced fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Dining table. Lounge area with comfortable sofa and chairs, tv and films on pen drive. Wifi throughout the house.

Bathroom with wet room style shower and high pressure hot water.

Two bedrooms. Both a good size.
Bedroom one with double bed and door leading onto large side terrace.
Second bedroom with two single beds.

This is a truly beautiful and unique property set amongst well established gardens.

Perfect for families and couples this is a great getaway but still very close to everywhere.

Great week in Lanzarote

A fantastic week from start to finish. Paul the owner could not have been more helpful, after much juggling of dates due to Covid restrictions. The house was in a perfect location for our explorations of the island. Its situation means it is accessible but very private and secluded, with far reaching views that draw the eyes to them. Inside facilities met our needs, although we spent just about every waking hour outside enjoying the glorious weather. A car is essential, unless you plan to stay put and not visit other places on the island. A great place with a great host, we'll be back. John & Ceri

Peace and quiet in rural Lanzarote

Spotless and well equipped house just outside Tías. The balcony and terraces give plenty of opportunities for sunning yourself. A car is essential but the house is actually very conveniently situated, only about 10 mins drive from the airport and easy access to all the main tourist centres. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Heerlijk licht huis met fijne veranda en veel privacy

NL: Casa Uva is aan een gravelpad gelegen, zeer goed berijdbaar. Het ligt privé, de buurman is een vriend van Paul en is zeer discreet. Kwam zich verontschuldigen dat hij even wat in zijn tuin moest doen en daardoor even zichtbaar was. Sterke kanten van het huis zijn de warme en plezierige inrichting, vrij van allerlei 'troep', heel comfortabel, grote keuken & badkamer, en de veranda die veel wind weghoudt. Internet was, in tegenstelling tot wat hieronder is vermeld, stabiel en snel omdat er nu een soort 4G-verbinding is met onbeperkt gebruik; alleen tijdens Oudejaarsavond viel internet uit maar dat geldt dan voor het halve dorp. De interne structuur is rocksolid, wij konden Nederlandse tv streamen via onze laptop. Tablet moet ook lukken. De tv zelf hebben we niet geprobeerd. De gordijnen in de slaapkamer vonden we wat dun en inderdaad zorgt het ventilatiepijpje van de afzuigkap bij harde wind uit een bepaalde hoek voor lawaai; op de dag nadat we weggingen zou daar een modificatie voor worden aangebracht. Communicatie met Paul was voortreffelijk: binnen 5 minuten heb je antwoord via mail of whatsapp. Hij kwam in het begin ook even langs om te checken of alles naar wens was. Voor de rest heb je totale privacy. Van harte aanbevolen. En Tías heeft inderdaad een geweldige HiperDino met een goede wijnafdeling en bioafdeling. UK: Casa Uva is situated on a gravel path, very easy to drive, private. The neighbour is a friend of Paul’s and very discreet. Strong points of the house are the warm and pleasant interior, free from all kinds of 'junk', very comfortable, large kitchen & bathroom, and the veranda that keeps away a lot of wind and is a suntrap. Internet was stable and fast because there is now a kind of 4G connection with unlimited use; only during New Year's Eve the internet dropped out but that applies to half the village. We were able to stream Dutch TV on our laptop. Tablet should also be sufficient. We did not try the TV itself. We found the curtains in the bedroom a bit thin and indeed the ventilation pipe of the extractor hood causes some noise in strong winds from a certain angle; a modification was going to be made on the day after we left. Communication with Paul was excellent: within 5 minutes you will receive a reply via email or whatsapp. He also stopped by on day 2 to check if we were alright. For the rest you have total privacy. Highly recommended. And Tías indeed has a great HiperDino with a good wine & biological department.

secluded rural cottage near Tias

It would be difficult to get a better house. It has easy access to airport, main roads, supermarket and restaurants but is totally secluded and very quiet. Parking right at the door is easy. Well designed house with large, south facing veranda, sheltered from winds. Excellent kitchen, well equipped. Good, chlorine-free tap water. Large sliding doors allow indoor dining still with a good view of the attractively planted garden. Good sized bathroom with a good flow of water in the shower. Paul and Marcus were very quick to clear the drains and replace the thermostatic valve on the shower, after which they all worked very well. The only weakness is the wifi which is so painfully slow that some web sites fail to function.

Perfect Stay Peace and Tranquility.

If you are looking for seclusion with peace and quiet then this is it . This property was perfect for us, so peaceful and quiet, no stairs inside good sized bedrooms, roomy shower ,plenty of storage space in the kitchen ,though it needs a microwave. Comfortable and homely. Loved the hammock , so bought one for myself at home !! The veranda was the icing on the cake for afternoon naps. Excellent supermarket close by in Tias. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK Plenty of parking PERFECT .

Cas Uva - a peaceful retreat

A nice quiet villa in a rural setting and with great secluded and sheltered areas for sun bathing. Owner very quick and helpful to respond to any queries. Comfortable beds - not always a given! - and they don't creak and sway like so many in holiday accommodation. In fact, well fitted throughout. You do need a car for this location but that also helps to get to nearby beaches and to all the excellent real Canarian restaurants which are found well away from the main tourist centres. We would definitely return here.

Limpia, cómoda y accesible. Todo perfecto.

Es una casa muy agradable con detalles que te facilitan la estancia muy bien elegidos. El dueño nos dejo algo de cena en el frigorífico porque nuestro vuelo llegaba muy muy tarde. Estos detalles marcan la diferencia .

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Haben hier einen Monat im Januar verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr zentral in der Mitte der Insel, und sehr ruhig gelegen. Da der Wind hauptsächlich von hinten kommt, kann man die Terrasse auch dann nutzen. Der Vermieter ist per Mail oder Telefon zu erreichen.

Sehr viel Ruhe....

Wir haben zehn Tage in dem Haus verbracht und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies. Fast täglich konnten wir auf der windgeschützten Veranda in der Sonne frühstücken. Klasse!! Man sollte jedoch über einen Mietwagen verfügen, da fussläufig ein Einkauf im Supermarkt beschwerlich wäre. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch sein Nachbar half uns unkompliziert bei einem kleinen Problem. Wir würden es wieder buchen. :-)

Placering og indretning præcist, som vi ønskede det: tæt på alt og fuldstændig fred og ro

Med en placering i et helt roligt område med fugle og firben og en have i læ for den fremherskende vind, er huset perfekt, når det skal bruges som base for ture ud på øen og som sted for afslapning. Indretning er måske spartansk, men der er, hvad der skal bruges, og alt er nemt at holde i orden og rent. Huset er ret nyistandsat - og er lyst og meget indbydende. For en gangs skyld er der skarpe knive i køkkenskuffen og i øvrigt mange flere køkkenredskaber, end vi er vant til i udlejningshuse. Herligt. Varmt vand kommer fra solvarme på taget - to overskyede dage gav meget lidt varmt vand! Det er vist det nærmeste vi kommer på noget negativt.

Fantastic location

Perfect Owner very quick to resolve issues . They were few and far between . Love the setting . Very comfy beds ,settees and peaceful . Need a car but only 10 minutes away from the hussle and bussle .

Lovely place in a tranquil, rural setting.

Great place. Quiet, clean, comfy. This was a lovely place to spend a few nights after a week in Puerto del Carmen. We stayed with our two young children and loved it. Loved the veranda and the hammock.

2 schöne Wochen im Herzen von Lanzarote

Das Haus liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig in Conil im Herzen Lanzarotes; man hat kurze Wege nach Puerto del Carmen und zum Flughafen (ohne Fluglärm), kommt auch schnell überall sonst hin. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, nur der starke Wind machte im Haus Geräusche. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man gemütlich und schön windgeschützt, hat den Blick über die Landschaft und sogar zum Meer. Auch der versunkene Garten läd zum Sonnenbaden ein. Eidechsen, Geckos und Vögel besuchten uns. Wir hatten freundlichen Kontakt zum Vermieter und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herd, Warmwasser und Kühlschrank funktionierten sehr gut, nur die Bratpfannen könnten mal erneuert werden. Die Kaffeemaschine ist landestypisch auf den Herd zu stellen. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen, vielen Dank. The house is very conveniently located in Conil in the heart of Lanzarote; You have short distances to Puerto del Carmen and to the airport (without noise from it). You can also reach everywhere else quickly. It is very quiet, only the strong wind made in the house noise. On the terrace you can sit comfortably and beautifully wind-protected, has a view over the landscape and even to the sea. The sunken garden also invites sun bathing. Lizards, geckos and birds visited us. We had friendly contact with the landlord and felt very comfortable. Stove, hot water and fridge worked very well, only the frying pans could be renewed. The coffee machine must be placed on the stove. We can only recommend the hotel, thank you.

Best stay in Lanzarote ever

I just had to write a review on this amazing house where I have spent a fantastic holiday with my husband. Set in the heart of unspoiled Lanzarote countryside with amazing views down to the sea. The house actually has its own 100 meter long drive. There are several sunbathing areas and a great sunken garden with bbq and a large glass outside dining table. The house itself is great with some fantastic features showing its roots as a wine bodega. Fast internet. Close to everywhere but very private. We would whole heartedly recommend this place for anyone coming on holiday, even price was very good.
