Ta 'Happin Farmhouse es una casa de campo renovada de 200 años situada en el tranquilo pueblo de Xaghra. El edificio en sus primeros años fue utilizado como un molino impulsado por animales. De hecho, los grandes arcos de la sala de fresado son una característica principal de lo que hoy es la sala de estar. En el pasado, las habitaciones del primer piso se usaban como almacenes de trigo y trébol. El plan de la casa de campo consiste en un área de piscina / barbacoa al entrar. La piscina está situada frente a una gran sala de estar que conduce a la cocina. Un dormitorio y un baño están en la planta baja con una escalera interna que conduce al primer piso a otros dos dormitorios con cuarto de baño privado y un baño privado con jacuzzi, respectivamente. La mayoría de los muebles son muebles antiguos que le dan a la granja una sensación rústica que te transporta al pasado.

El cortijo tiene 3 habitaciones. Hay 3 baños. Casa de campo tiene una piscina privada, barbacoa y zona de barbacoa. La casa de campo cuenta con cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar con TV y reproductor de DVD y conexión Wi-Fi gratuita. Fab Villa great location.

What a lovely villa with lots of character and charm. We loved the villa and the location which is ideal to get to all the best beaches on Gozo. Great restaurants nearby as well. Aaron the property manager was really helpful and accommodating. Brilliant!

Amazing clean pool which we all thoroughly enjoyed! Responsive host who was always quick to provide information and assistance on request. Convenient location for public transport and Ggantija temples, although grocery stores a bit further away than would have been ideal. Upstairs rooms open directly onto balcony, which families with young children might want to be mindful of. Overall, a lovely stay - thank you!

Holiday In Xaghra

Our host Aaron was excellent, although we were late arriving he met us on arrival and showed us round the property and explained some of the events that were happening around Xaghra and the area. Ta Happin itself was great, it is well situated in Xaghra with a bus stop close by, the inside space had everything we required, the only slight downside was that for three adults the outside space was slightly limited. But all in all we had a great holiday and thoroughly enjoyed staying in the property.

Amazing traditional property. Absolutely loved it! Large comfortable rooms in beautiful stone all sensitively decorated. 3 fully equiped bathrooms. Outside area terraces, balcony, pool area superb. Local well equiped shop 1 min walk away. 10 min walk to the Ggantija temple/ windmill /lovely cafe. 3 mins more to the square with bars, pharmacy, shops, butchers bakery, restaurants etc. It's on 2 bus routes one from the port and one to Victoria. 30 min walk to the beach. Excellent wifi allows you to get bolt any time any where else on the island. (Even to and from the beach) Host very helpful and easily contactable. It is a perfect property to explore the island and to relax.

Wir hatten eine schöne Aufenthalt in einem typischen Häuschen auf Gozo. Mit Pool natürlich. Das ganze Haus war sauber und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Der Gastgeber war sehr kommunikativ und hat alles genau erklärt und stand immer zur Verfügung, wenn man ihn brauchte. Um die Ecke ist eine Bushaltestelle, da kommt man ganz schnell nach Victoria oder zum Strand. Ebenso war ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe, wo man unter der Woche frische Brötchen holen konnte. Wir können das Häuschen weiterempfehlen!

Fabulous villa for our week stay in beautiful Gozo.

Aaron met with us on arrival and went through check in and recommendations. We knew the area from previous trips so had no issues getting around and where to shop. Villa was comfortable and pool was perfect as we still had great weather for the end of September. Only needed the fans at night.

Excellent base for our first visit to Gozo

Our host, Aaron, was so helpful before, during and after our stay at Ta Happin. He went out of his way to ensure that we had a comfortable trip and we really appreciate it. Ta Happin was a true home-from-home, with all the facilities we needed as a family of five. Thank you so much for a memorable holiday, we have been talking about it ever since!

The farm house was spectacular!! We stayed there for 9 nights! It was quiet, comfortable and everything we needed! This is a wonderful property!! Aaron is a wonderful host! Very attentive and there when you need him!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at Ta Happin enhanced by perfect weather. Xaghra is lovely friendly village with very good eateries, among our favourites Ta Frenc (taxi), Al Sale (15-20 min walk) & Tal-Furnar (10-15 min walk). Aaron made everything easy by arranging through transfers and 3 day car hire for us through locally based Mario. We also loved the beach at Ramla - 2E on the bus (#322)

Fantastic place to stay

So met by Aaron on arrival. Welcome pack was great with tea coffee food etc. We loved this place. Charm, authenticity, amenities , even fast wifi. It’s in Xaghra which is a great village . We’ve rented properties on Gozo for 15 years and this was by far our favourite

Great family holiday

We had a fantastic, relaxing holiday. Aaron is great, very quick to respond to any messages. He organised the airport transfers and car hire for us - car hire office is on the same street as Ta Happin and also great - and all went smoothly. The pool is pretty small which worked perfectly for improving the confidence of one of our kids, who was a very nervous swimmer at the beginning of the week, pretty confident at the end. Adults spent a lot of time on sun loungers while the kids jumped in and out of the pool. The wifi reaches out to the pool / loungers for streaming. The air con is coin operated, using 1 and 2 Euro coins. Gozo is a lovely island. It's much quieter than Malta but still lots to do. This was our second visit and we love it. Highly recommended!

Perfect Family Farmhouse

Myself, my wife and our two children had a wonderful holiday in Gozo staying in Xaghra. Ta Happin Farmhouse was the perfect play to stay, a beautiful old farmhouse with lots of character. Our two boys especially enjoyed the swimming pool. The location is ideal for exploring Gozo and everything is within easy reach. Xaghra has a good selection of restaurants within a short walking distance of the farmhouse. You must make sure you get fresh baked bread each morning from Tal-Furnar bakery before returning in the evening when it becomes a restaurant with outstanding food. When checking into the farmhouse we met Aaron who showed us around. Before, during and after our stay all communication with Aaron was excellent as he was quick to reply to any questions we had. If you are planning to stay in Gozo then Ta Happin is definitely the place to be. 👍👍👍👍👍

Lovely, quaint farmhouse

We had a very relaxing time at Ta’Happin in Xaghra. Aaron was there to greet us and to show us around house. Xaghra had a festival on while we were there and they sure know how to make their square look splendid. Great restaurants, lovely beaches. Aaron recommended hiring a boat in which we got discount and it worked out very reasonable price. Be careful of the scuba diving, my husband, son and 2 daughters went. My son ending up with a perforated ear drum and hearing loss we had to take him to a hospital in Malta were he had to commence a course of steroids,antibiotics,painkillers. A few days after that my husbands ear started and again needed antibiotics. The only other thing I would say is bring plenty of insect repellents. We got awful mosquito bites.

Wonderful Farmhouse with Pool, Ideal location for Family vacation

Aaron was very responsive to all my questions and queries during the booking and before we arrived. His Sister met us and took us to the Farmhouse at it was as awesome as the pictures and reviews. Aaron dropped by a few times and offered help with planning our time and made sure we were comfortable. Location is perfect, a stroll to the square, Noel's grocery a 2 minute walk and all the amenaties on site that we needed. The pool was a hit with my other half and the 16 year old, free wifi and we got to watch the world cup - on the couple of times we were not in the square. Awesome Date festival and music on our first weekend and the choice of restaurants is wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all family and friends. When I needed to leave early due to a family issue Aaron arranged full transfer to the airport and also checked in on my other half and his son after I left - absolutely above and beyond my expectations. Thank yo !

estate a Gozo

Siamo stati molto bene a Tà Happin, eravamo 6 per due settimane. La casa è comoda e dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante, ci sono stoviglie sufficienti, biancheria, letti comodi e la pulizia era buona. E' una casa silenziosa in un contesto tranquillo, solo le campane della chiesa vicina suonano sempre con una melodia molto dolce che a noi è piaciuta tanto e scandiva le nostre giornate. E' stato necessario utilizzare l'aria condizionata per il gran caldo, inconveniente dato dal fatto che la casa è chiusa da muri alti, nel soggiorno però si sta bene per le mura molto spesse del locale. La piscina è stata utilissima per rinfrescarsi, fanno sempre la manutenzione e i controlli. Abbiamo avuto anche il cambio della biancheria settimanale. Aaron ci ha assistito in tutto, è molto cordiale e risponde immediatamente alle richieste. Consigliamo l'uso dell'auto per esplorare l'isola che ha degli scorci molto belli e dei paesini caratteristici da visitare, il mare è limpido e con molto pesce. Grazie ad Aaron abbiamo anche mangiato bene nei ristoranti dell'isola.

Ta Happin is a lovely, spacious, clean and very comfortable house. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely go back. The kids loved the swimming pool. It is very private, yet set within walking distance to Xaghera. Aaron was more than helpful and met us very late at night from the ferry. We much appreciated the tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, cheese, ham and water melon he left for us. Thank you! We will be back. Kathryn, Belfast.

Excellent comfortable flexible accommodation.

This is a delightful house, beautifully renovated to offer 3 good bedrooms with two en-suites and a family bathroom. It is a really peaceful retreat after a busy day but also offers all the facilities to spend a day around the pool. At times we were on our own and had a very peaceful time, we also had others to stay with us and the house functions perfectly for either scenario. Xaghra is well located and offers plenty of local facilities, and nowhere on Gozo is far to drive to. The owner could not have been more helpful, or keen for us to enjoy our stay. We are thinking of a return, it was a very enjoyable house.
