House roof land in the heart of the village of Moglio. The house is spread over three floors and has enchanting views of the sea and the hills of Alassio.
Featuring a washing machine, a dishwasher and a kitchen with an oven. Two terraces, one on the entrance floor of the living / kitchen area and the other more spacious on the attic floor, offer the possibility to enjoy the view in complete tranquility.
The house is as follows: entrance and kitchen / day area, triple room (double bed and single bed) with attached bathroom in the basement overlooking the inner courtyard, a double bedroom with hallway and bathroom on the first floor and a mansard bedroom with bed single .
The house is well furnished. It is located in the heart of the alleys of the village for which it is not accessible by car and for this there are three convenient free parking. In the village you can find a small grocery store, a tobacconist bar that in the evening produces (in summer) excellent pizzas, a baker who prepares sweet and savory delicacies and a trattoria on top of the village. The connections with Alassio are guaranteed by several daily bus journeys.
As an alternative to the beaches you can make beautiful exursions starting from home!

apartes, liebevoll gestaltetes Haus mit grandiosem Blick auf die Bucht

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns störte auch nicht, dass nur ein Schlafzimmer abschliessbar war. Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, alles funktionierte bestens. Besonders schätzten wir, dass es einen ausgezeichneten Bäcker, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, ein gute Pizzeria und ein sehr gutes Fischrestaurant fussläufig im Ortsteil Mogglio gab, sodass man nicht wegen jedem Ei nach Alassio runterfahren musste. Der Elektrofahrrad-Verleih im Nachbarort Laigueglia sei empfohlen, wenn man sich auf Tour oben auf der Hügelkette über dem Meer, begeben mag. Das Auto läßt man ausserhalb des pittoresken Ortskerns stehen und geht zu Fuss zum Haus, über Treppen und durch Torbögen. Einzig ein Hiolzschneidebrett habe ich vermisst, da ich leidenschaftlich gerne koche.
