Relax, swim, sunbathe, watch turtles swim past and catamarans sail by. Enjoy cocktails on the roof terrace and BBQ's on the balcony. Wake up to the ocean lapping on the beach and the birds singing. You won't want to leave!

A spectacular 4 bedroom residence over 3 floors, Noah's Ark has its own private steps directly onto the beach and into the sea. There are 3 balconies, a terrace at beach level and an impressive sun and cocktail terrace at roof level. The ocean views are truly stunning!

All four spacious bedrooms have their own private en-suites. Both master suites have balconies with spectacular views of the Beach & Caribbean Sea. You can even shower whilst overlooking the ocean!

The dramatic open plan living space comprises a fully fitted, modern kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area seating 8, luxurious sofas, large wall-mounted TV, patio windows opening up onto the balcony with large gas BBQ and comfortable chairs - all with stunning views over the Caribbean Sea.

The house may not be suitable for very young children due to balconies and stairs.

Spent the Christmas holidays at the Batts Rock house with our young adult children and their partners. The house is gorgeous. The small beach ideal, with very close access to a mile of pristine walkable public beach. Will rent again!

Another fabulous stay at the Ark!

This was our third time in the house, thatā€™s how much we love it. Jacqui (property manager) is available for all questions and always responds quickly. The housekeeper kept the house looking spotless. Battā€™s Rock is just a few minutes away for an incredible meal at La Cabane and swimming. Located across from the university means that itā€™s peaceful but close to shopping and restaurants. Weā€™d go back again!

A Little Piece of Paradise

Our family stayed in Jamesā€™ beautiful home for 5 days before going on a cruise. It is a very comfortable home with views of the Caribbean out every window! Jacqui, the property manager was very attentive if we needed anything. The driver that James recommended was excellent and was available for anything we asked of him. Within walking distance is La Cabane, an excellent beach bar. We would highly recommend this home if you are staying in Bridgetown.

Outstanding location!

We had so many plans. It was our first time to Barbados. But every morning we would wake up and sit on the porch for the first few hours captivated by the view. I couldnā€™t think of a better location. Restaurants within walking distance and the beach at your feet. The finishing touches to the home weā€™re absolutely beautiful. Beds super comfortable. I hope I am lucky enough to come back someday!

Had a wonderful stay

James' Noah's Ark was a nearly perfect stay for my family. Fabulous location with incredible sunsets. We were in the water (via the private entrance) twice a day, and we made daily walks thru Batts Rock beach. The house was huge where my family had plenty of space to hang out and relax and enjoy the amazing views. The only reason I could not say it was a perfect vacation was that the main floor had no A/C (all the bedrooms had A/C). We opened all the windows and had the fans running, but it was still too hot for us. But other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Noah's Ark and the island of Barbados.

Paradise in Barbados

Amazing multi story home directly on the water. Beautiful sunset views, sounds of the waves resound throughout the home, modern updated decor make for a terrific vacation. La Cabane restaurant is just steps down the beach. No need to go anywhere else for meals. If there are downsides, would not want to bring toddlers or the infirm around the steep steps or open railings. Would hope to return. The owner James is professional in every way. Good communicator. Location Location Location

Lovely stay. Super house. Beachfront is an understatement. We were in and out of the water multiple times a day all week. Outdoor shower incredible! This house is one of 6 or 7 just down the beach from Batts Rock. We cooked every day and loved hanging out at the house. It would be helpful to have baking sheets and oven mitts for those who cook. The house has a grill but it is old; for the cost of the stay this equipment should be upgraded. The sunsets are amazing, but beware: two party boats sail into the cove every night to watch them with you. There was a bit of a mildew smell on the lower floor during the week. My criticism here is minor and very addressable. Weā€™d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spectacular ocean views and beautiful property.

The views of the ocean are mesmerizing. The property is beautifully designed and spacious and beautifully decorated. Rashida was great with meal preparation. Housekeeping was excellent. However I would suggest updating the sofas bc they are worn. Please fix the tvā€™s or remove them. An iron would be a nice touch.

Totally worth it

This was a great home for 8 pandemic-weary travelers over the holidays. Excellent space in good condition. You will never be closer to the ocean. Waking up to the views every morning followed by a swim right outside our doorā€”not much more one could ask for. A quick walk to restaurants/groceries. Since we arrived on Christmas Day, we opted to have the manager buy us groceries and order a pre-made meal. The pricing was fair, the refrigerator stocked for us upon arrival, and the dinner was delicious. The location may not be for you if youā€™re hoping for a gated community, resort-style atmosphere, but it was perfect for us for a relaxing week.

Best Vacation Ever!

This house was amazing. Truly made me feel like a celebrity in a lovely rental property. James was great at responding to messages via the app. and the house manager and staff were lovely and helpful during the check in and check out process. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and would love to visit again, with this rental being reserved.

Beautiful Property

Thank you James, Karene, Andrew and Sandra. A beautiful property and lovely sea swimming on the doorstep. The house was immaculate and the team could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Six of us, of varying ages, had plenty of space, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and not one person had anything negative to say. We loved it and will definitely return to the house and to beautiful Barbados - hopefully soon.

I rented this villa to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary. The pictures do not do this property any justice. I am extremely OCD and type A when it comes to traveling, organization and our accomodations. Everyone involved were quite accomodating, starting w/ the property owner, James, to the house managers, Karene and Andrew to Sandra rhe housekeeper, Rashida, the chef we hired and Alvin our driver. I was very comfortable in the villa and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We plan on vacationing again...SOON & plan on making Noahā€™s Ark our home during our stay.
