We had the most absolute wonderful time. The house was private and STUNNING. The host, Emily, was amazing and helped us plan our trip - everything she recommended was perfect. From the local fish market next door to the fabulous snorkling right out the back door to the local markets to fun/wild/crazy yellow bus rides - our time in Barbados will be remembered forever! Our on site employee, Tamika, was a delight as well. If we ever go back to Barbados, we’d choose to stay here again!

This place is amazing...the view from the balconies was awesome and the beach beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and Ryan the house manager met every need regarding supplies we needed. The home was always cleaned up every morning by Miss Tamica, the housekeeper. Our host Emma was extremely helpful in providing information regarding the area, restaurants, excursions and helping to arrange taxi 's as needed. Emma also made arrangements for the Cool Runnings Catamaran (which everyone needs to do!) - It was a wonderful experience. We all loved Barbados and would definitely rent this home again.

The Home was so well decorated and clean in every aspect. The host was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. The kitchen had every item that we needed and the view to the ocean is absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely visit here again! I give this villa 5 stars

This house is Beautiful! Was here with my three girlfriends celebrating my 60th birthday! The master suite onthe third floor is beautiful “A Queen’s Castle”. The rooms on the 2nd floor are very spacious and beautiful as well. The main floor which includes the living room, kitchen, and dinning area very spacious. I’d like to add that the host Emma was very communicative if she wasn’t available to answer questions she made sure to have the manager to contact me. The housekeeper Tamica is a sweetheart very helpful and keeps the place immaculate. If I ever visit Barbados in the future I’ll be for-sure be staying here again! MC

Really, everything. We’d never used VRBO before so we weren’t sure what to expect. All good. The place was “as presented” and we enjoyed every minute. The staff were friendly and professional which was appreciated. The host was also very responsive when we had questions. All in all, a great vacation.

My wife, adult son and I had an amazing stay. The house was spacious and the right on the beach which made for great morning walks. I can’t say enough about our gracious host Emma who gave us great resturant suggestions and connected us with a private chef who made us a delicious lunch and dinner. She even arraigned to get my wife’s winter coat back to us at the airport before we left — so we did not walk back to the snow in NY without it — all from the UK. A great time and a great place highly recommended!!!Reggie Odom

Nice Chilled Stay

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The property was nice, spacious and comfortable. It was well maintained and larger than the pictures suggest. The top balcony was great for relaxing with a drink and a book.We had a hire car for our stay and the access was easy but secure - parking was never a problem.

Amazing views, great location and plunge pool added bonus

This is the second time we have stayed here and always look to book here rather than anywhere else if available. Great space to relax, socialise have privacy and real home comforts. I will never get tired of chilling on the master balcony.

How relaxed can one be!

Wonderful property right on the beach which feels like your own slice of paradise. Local buses right outside the front of the property to transport you anywhere along the coast. Villa exceptionally maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful home from home decor throughout.

Family vacation

The perfect home and location for our family vacation. Mahogny Pod has everything you need to enjoy Paradise. The beach is great for snorkeling or lazing in the ocean on a float. The views from the house and the upstairs decks and amazing. The owner was a delightful and full of many suggestions to make our trip fun. Five stars all the way around.

Mahogany Pod was a perfect stay for us. The house surpassed expectations and was everything and more we could have hoped for in our beach front property. The house is welcoming, stylish, clean and equipped with everything you could want or need for your stay. The beach access and sunset views are a delight and listening to the waves from the bedrooms equally so. After weighing up hotel vs house the house proves to be the winning choice providing us so much space to be able to chill out around the home with plenty of space whilst still being together. The teenagers were very impressed with the fast wi-fi too! Emma and the team at Mahogany Pod were so helpful and made our stay hassle free.The welcome groceries were particularly helpful and most definitely helped us settle quickly into our holiday without the immediate need to be dashing to the supermarket. Overall, a delightful stay and we loved borrowing your home for a few days - thank you.
