Great location. Big apartment but on third floor with very steep steps and limited lighting. Upon checking in, we were harrassed for the cleaning fee in cash to be left in the lockbox for immediate pickup. No one came to pick up the money as it was still there upon check out 4 days later. There is no dryer available and limited toiletries were left-we ran out of shampoo and toilet paper on day 2.

This unit is in a great area of Firenze - walkable to everywhere, including the train station. The area is reasonable quiet at night and never heard any neighbors. The unit itself was nice if not sparsely furnished. A few minor issues were noted which the proprietor indicated would be fixed.

Good location

Very close to Duomo, bus stop and restaurant. The apartment is big including the room. Beds are comfortable except for the sofa bed in the middle room/tv room. Kitchen is well equipped. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. I just hope you like stairs. There were a couple of steep stairways to get to the home.

Perfect location

You can see the dome of the cathedral from the doorstep! Apartment was clean and exactly as described. The apartment is a very traditional Italian apartment, which was nice. Can’t beat the location.

Just Ok!

We had to wait to get check in instructions. Even though we had mentioned arrival time, the property manager forgot to send instructions! We, with our luggages were on the street and helped by a random neighbor. The home lacked toilet papers, AC wasnt working well, the shower is broken, no washing liquid, we had issues with it...just many things! The neighborhood is beautiful, everything is nearby! The home was clean when we entered.

Good Location

This property was sufficient for our needs. They had set up the apartment for two couples instead of the one couple and two singles we requested. With a call to the manager, we were brought the extra bedding necessary for the other bedroom. The location is great and close to the Domo.

Esperienza molto bella, siamo rimasti soddisfatti sia dell'appartamento che della posizione così centrale. La Sig.ra Debora e la Sig.ra Ilaria che ci hanno accolto sono state gentilissime. piccolo appunto, specificate che siete in una zona ZTL per chi arriva con la macchina, il parcheggio è stata l'unica nota dolente. comunque torneremo e consiglierò questa agenzia. saluti Firenze

Location, location, location, Easy Check-in

Easy cab ride from the train. Great communication and easy check in process. We arrived on a Sunday and was even able to check in early! The host was very friendly and provided us with some great recommendations for where the locals shop and eat. Grocery and pharmacy close by. The AC and washing machine worked well. Beds may need to be replaced soon. Small kitchen but has everything you could need for a short stay. The building is quiet at night. No elevator, so don't pack a heavy bag! Overall a nice experience!

Great location, nice apartment, big bedrooms.

What a great location. Just blocks from the Duomo, leather market, and Croce. The bedrooms were very large and the AC worked great in all spaces. The kitchen is tiny and not well stocked, but we only ate breakfast there as there are so many great restaurants in Florence to eat out! The woman who met us, I think Laura (?), was great. She went through the entire apartment with us and gave us a restaurant recommendation for Florentine steak that was the best meal we had in Italy in the 5 days we had been there! Overall great experience and a good apartment to sleep up to 5 people.

Excellent location ten minutes from the Duomo

This two bedroom apartment is spacious and worked well for four adults and an eighteenth-month-old. There is also a third small windowless room with a fold out sofa bed and television. We appreciated the washing machine and air conditioning. The rooms other than the kitchen were very clean. I wish the kitchen had been more carefully equipped. Salt, pepper, and wine glasses were unavailable. Kitchen pots, utensils and shelving were disorganized and sticky. Notes in English taped to the walls suggested that this unit might have been used by students. Many sights are within a ten to twenty minute walk.

Great apt in a perfect location in Florence a beautiful city. AC works great. Everything around in walking distance. As long as you don’t mind the stairs you will love it.

Location, location, location!!

Very nice apartment in the heart of Florence. Just 2 blocks from the Duomo and 1/2 block from a large supermarket. Apartment was spacious and nicely renovated. Very comfortable. Enjoyed it very much.
