This place was centrally located and made it so enjoyable as we had our own coffee spot at the end of the street which we also enjoyed a cocktail one day and lunch one day so convenient to everything you want to be a part of in Florence loved it!!!!

We are so grateful for the extremely responsive and warm hospitality that our host/manager, Matias provided. Great location on a quiet side street. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend!

The host met us at the property and helped get us into the apartment and answered any questions.It was very comfortable apartment with a nice view of San Lorenzo. Also a great location, so close to everything!

Location is perfection. Close to everything and made getting around very easy and convenient - the biggest selling point for this property. We didn’t take a single taxi for anything. Like a few others have mentioned, the property could use some sprucing up but was almost exactly as listed and got the job done phenomenally. If you’re a 6’2” 240lb man like my husband be prepared to only shower half your body at a time. Otherwise, the place was great and would stay again

Location, location, location! This was a great landing spot for my family of 4 on our visit to Florence. We were able to easily access it from the train station and were minutes away from all the highlights of Florence. The host was very responsive and made the check-in easy. We visited during one of the hottest times and had a couple mechanical glitches with the power and the hot water.

The location was great. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. The size of the rooms was fine. It was quite hot, so a/c was important. It worked fine except that the unit in one of the bedrooms wouldn't turn off, so we had to unplug it. Our last night we couldn't get it to work.The view from the outdoor landing (almost like a fire escape) was a little disappointing. With the Duomo in the background, we thought we'd have a spectacular view; but our view turned out to be of the roof of the building next door.Overall, it was fine. We have no regrets. Perhaps our expectations were a bit too high.

The apartment is as-pictured- modern and comfortable and in a fantastic location for sightseeing in Florence. It was a great fit for our family of 4. The bathrooms are definitely small (especially showers) for American standards and out of date, but workable. Having A/C and a washing machine was super convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue with the A/C. The apartment is located on a quiet alley-type street in a very bustling area and, as others mention, has some very steep steps up (something we found at all of our apartment rentals throughout Italy). All in all, a great stay and a helpful host.

Very good location, close to the train station and just minutes to the duomo (and Starbucks 😜). David, our host, was fantastic. Very good communication with the staff via WhatsApp. Good instructions on site The place is not very big, especially the showers were small, but it was very comfortable for our family of 4. Having two separate bedrooms and two baths was a big plus. Cute view too although the balcony was a bit of a let down (there were no flowers and it was encircled by walls) but the dining area was very pleasant and had it's own door so it is great if you need to work on your laptop. 3 AC units! Two were beasts, the 3rd was a little capriccios but they kept us cool. All in all we had a great stay!

The location was so wonderul - 2 blocks to the Duomo, a few blocks to see The David, a few blocks from the train station. The host was attentive and answered questions. Meeting us at the front door and leaving instructions. The flat was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was small - but the dining area and little terrace was so nice to sit back with a coffee. All-in-all, a fabulous stay.

The photos online do not match the reality of the building/unit. They have a very creative photographer! Cleanliness was lacking - mold in the shower, dirt,dust and mold around the bathroom fans. It says it's recently renovated but looks like it's time for another one. There was a broken tile in hallway floor as you enter unit. There was a cracked toilet seat which the manager duct taped for us, when we notified him. With that being said, the property manager Matias was fantastic. He was polite, responsive, helpful and an excellent communicator. The location is wonderful - very central to popular attractions. There are steep marble stairs that are slippery to the front door. There are also narrow, steep steps to the small balcony (room for 2 only) pictured in the listing. Was nice to listen to the bells as they tolled each morning. The beds were very comfortable and was perfect for 2 people traveling as friends. Kitchen was well appointed.

Great location.

Just a few blocks from the duomo and the railway station this appartment is very well located. The beds are very confortable and the apartment was fairly quiet for being in town center.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our apartment with a view...in Florence! The location was great as we did a lot of walking! It was close to all the areas we wanted to visit, with a wonderful family owned restaurant close by..."La Madia". Would return again!!!
