Charming and cozy studio apartment located on the ground floor in the heart of Seville. Its location is unbeatable: on one side, Seville's most monumental landmarks, including the Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, the Church of El Salvador, and many other iconic sites; on the other, the city's most cultural, lively, and vibrant area.

The apartment is designed for a comfortable stay in the historic center and a peaceful rest. It's situated in an area with a vibrant cultural scene, flamenco shows, and a wide variety of bars and restaurants.

✨ We highlight this accommodation for its excellent central location, comfort, and affordable price.

⚠️ Please note that the studio does NOT have windows facing the street or any exterior views. It only has a small window overlooking an interior courtyard, so natural light is limited, although in return it offers a quieter and more intimate atmosphere.

The studio is located on the ground floor of a traditional Sevillian house and offers access to a shared rooftop terrace (third floor). Located in the historic Santa Cruz neighborhood, undoubtedly the city's most iconic, this apartment sleeps two and features a comfortable double bed, ideal for couples or groups of friends. It has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated to ensure a pleasant stay. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided.The kitchen is new and fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. A shared washing machine is available for guests on the rooftop. The living area includes two comfortable armchairs, a television, and a dining table for two. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities. All that's left is for you to arrive and enjoy Seville.

Terrible

Disappointed with this accommodation because I learned that we have to give to others what we would like to receive. Certainly the owner of this property must have NEVER slept on the mattress he offers to his guests, with an unbearable smell and a gap in the middle due to excessive use and lack of quality. The bathroom is always cold after a few minutes. The kitchen faucet is loose, the TV is taped up and colored yellow, the shower is disgusting with the slime curtain. The broken plates and 3 glasses, each worse than the others, a terrible pan and an even worse frying pan. The “cutlery”, if you can call what is there cutlery. Rooms with a mini window ventilation, loud air conditioning, damp walls. We had no electricity three times because it was not possible to turn on two devices at the same time. The terrace does not correspond to the photos, it is much smaller than in the photos and corresponds to the style of the apartment: terrible. How can a person have the courage to ask so much for a place like this? Any price for this “real estate” is expensive. NEVER More shame the site.

Logement au rez-de-chaussée, sans lumière naturelle, bruyant et avec une literie très mauvaise. Nous avons également trouvé des cafards. La terrasse est donc 2 étages plus haut, et ne suffit pas à compenser.

On entering this property “apartment” one on the ground floor I thought the smell was down to the lack of recent ventilation. We went out and came back the stench and I mean stench was overpowering so much so it made me feel unwell. We contacted the agent and asked if we could have another apartment in the block. We were told everything was booked and there was no alternative. We went out again and thought the stench would subside but it was even stronger and it hit us as soon as we opened the main door to the block. This “apartment” was one room with a window approx 24 inches by 12 inches with bars on it and opened to a brick wall with about 6 inches of space in between the window and the wall. The furniture and fixating were dirty, worn and or broken. There was no kettle which you would assume there would be as there was a micro kitchen area. The other kitchen facilities were very limited, the worktop was worn and melted in parts and there was one frying pan and one saucepan! There was no iron which was stated on the inventory. The second time we returned to the room the panel on the “apartment” door next to the lock had been pushed open making the “apartment” insecure.I have stayed in better quality bothy (exceptionally basic refuge) accommodation in the wilds of Scotland. We decided that due to the stench the lack of cleanliness and security we could not stay there and booked a brilliant hotel. This property is to be avoided at all costs. The agent was not interested.

Unterkunft in Sevilla

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, alles ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Übergabe war problemlos und das Zimmer gut geputzt. Auf ein Fenster muss man verzichten, aber es gibt eine schöne Dachterasse. Leider stinkt die Matraze und ist sehr durchgelegen.
