Doulas Lodge is a serene thatched villa, in the peaceful Sandton suburb of Norscot, perfect for relaxation, amidst the excitement of Joburg life. The spacious property and prime location make it ideal for a family getaway, a gathering of friends or a corporate group alike.

The house itself is spacious and tastefully decorated. The lounge, with its high thatch ceilings, contains comfortable sofas, a smart TV complete with DSTV and Netflix and a cosy fireplace for the cooler winter nights. The lounge is adjoined by a large sunroom, with a dining table and further seating around another fireplace, which opens onto the pool-side garden. In the pool-side garden, there are sunbeds, a dartboard, a thatch lapa and a brick braai making it perfect for both relaxing and entertaining.

On the other side of the garden is a tennis court (rackets and balls provided), as well as a basketball hoop (ball provided) for the more energetic.

There are three double bedrooms which open out to the pool-side garden (one ensuite), with the large master bedroom on the other side of the property (ensuite with shower) containing a comfortable king-size bed, as well as bunk beds for children. Upstairs is a further twin bedroom (ensuite with bath). All bedrooms contain a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee.

The kitchen is well equipped, including a gas oven and stove, allowing you to continue cooking during load-shedding. The property also has an inverter powering the WiFi, TV and all the mains lights, making Douglas Lodge close to load-shedding proof.

Upstairs is a meeting room (with bathroom) containing a large conference desk and seating. A printer and projector can be provided upon request. The room also contains two sleeper couches which can be made up upon request, should further accommodation be required.

The property offers ample parking space for multiple vehicles.

Douglas Lodge is located in Norscot, a small residential suburb of Sandton, nestled between Fourways, Bryanston and Douglasdale. Douglasdale Village is a local shopping centre less than 5 minutes away by car, offering supermarkets, restaurants and more. The famous Montecasino complex is a 7-minute drive away, offering a variety of entertainment options, and Fourways Mall is just a little further away to satisfy all shopping needs.
