Amplio apartamento de 2 dormitorios en la planta baja con jardín delantero orientado al sur y zona de patio muy grande en la parte posterior con zona de barbacoa cubierta.
La propiedad también tiene 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, 1 en suite, salón / comedor en forma de L con puertas que dan al jardín. TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVd y ​​equipo de alta fidelidad.
Cocina independiente con lavadora, lavavajillas, nevera-congelador y horno y encimera de tamaño completo. Filtro de agua por lo que no es necesario comprar agua embotellada.

Ambos dormitorios tienen puertas que dan a la zona del jardín.

El apartamento está situado en el campo de golf de Salinas, que también tiene un muy buen restaurante en la casa club que puede ser utilizado por cualquier persona, incluso si no juegas al golf, a poca distancia de Caleta de fuste y un segundo campo de golf. En mi opinión, el apartamento es ideal para parejas y no para niños, ya que se encuentra en una zona más tranquila fuera del centro de la ciudad y no hay piscina privada o comunitaria.

Het appartement is heel ruim, evenals de buitenruimte. Heel grote leefruimte en slaapkamer. Twee gerieflijke badkamers. Ruime keuken met voldoende benodigdheden waaronder vaatwas, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, broodrooster, koelkast met ruime diepvriezer, ... In een aparte ruimte eveneens een wasmachine. Het appartement ligt in een rustige buurt (wel regelmatige overvliegende (dalende) vliegtuigen, maar dat stoorde ons niet). Je hebt wel een auto nodig, zeker als je het eiland grondig wil verkennen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor verschillende uitstappen naar alle kanten van het eiland. Dank je, Sandy, voor je vriendelijke ontvangst en uitleg en de welkomstattenties.

Uitstekend appartement

Voortreffelijk appartement , ruim,schoon en uitstekende ontvangst door Sandy en Andy. Kunstgrastuin op zuid/zonkant met ligbedden en tafel/4stoelen . Ook mogelijkheid om te bbqen in de achtertuin.Ons verblijf in jan2025 nodigde niet uit om daar te zitten ivm wind en geen zon aldaar. Indien weer naar fuerteventura zal deze accommodatie zeker opnieuw geboekt kunnen worden .Wel advies om een auto te huren ivm afstand winkels en Caleta de Fuste. De busverbinding op 500 meter is ook een optie en goedkoop 1.40 per rit .

Great apartment

Spacious clean well equipped modern apartment. Had everything you need including a wide range of English tv channels. Wifi generally ok although could be a bit sporadic. About 10-15minutes walk from the shopping mall and beach. Many thanks to Sandy and Andy who met us at the apartment and kept in contact. We hope to return soon!

Good base for exploring

Sandy's apartment is in a quiet area with easy parking and close enough to the shops. The sea with a rocky shoreline is a short walk away and a small beach a little further. The central location is perfect for exploring the whole island as a one hour drive will reach pretty much anywhere. The apartment gets a lot of sun in the garden area but is nice and cool inside. Security is excellent with both a safe and a house alarm. The internet is not great but I think Sandy mentioned that this was going to be improved.

Time to relax

Our 2nd visit to this property and it really does have everything you need for a relaxing holiday away from it all. It s on the edge of the resort so we hired a car to get around although we have also stayed without and managed quite easily with taxis which are plentiful and reasonably priced . We appreciated the welcome pack provided with a few essentials (milk/fruit juice /beer and wine /tea and coffee)and the water filter tap is a bonus as it means no lugging heavy water bottles. We look forward to returning in the future and would recommend this property to anyone who wants a lovely quiet holiday.

Very comfortable Stay

we had a wonderful time in this comfortable, very nicely furnished apartment. The equipment is excellent. , In the kitchen is perfectly equipped with all utensils. We had breakfast on the sunny terrace every morning. There is even a second large terrace with a gas grill in the back. The owner attaches great importance to cleanliness, we noticed this immediately upon arrival, everything looks like new. In addition, the entire apartment is secured by an alarm system. we will come back as soon as possible.

Fantastic stay

This property is amazing. This ground floor apartment with a lovely garden is truely a home from home. Loungers provided with sun all day. Shaded area at back of property if you need a break from the sun. The accommodation is so spacious, clean, modern with all mod cons and then some. Sandy was brilliant, extremely helpful. Cannot wait to return.

Fabulous time staying at this property. It had everything we needed and more. We had hired a car but its just a15 min walk to Atlantico centre for supermarket etc. (Taxis plentiful for coming back with shopping €4)and there are beautiful beaches there too.Loved the little extra touches..water filter,beach towels and welcome pack of wine ,beer ,milk and juice . Would 100%recommend and we will definately be back

Winter break

This spacious apartment had everything we needed for a wonderful relaxing four weeks. Great totally private garden. Having a water filter was a real bonus and really nice that Sandy came in weekly and changed the beds and towels etc. It was reassuring that Sandy was available if we had a problem. This property is better than advertised. The attention to detail is second to none. This apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Kitchen stocked with oil, vinegar.salt,herbs tin foil.,cling film and more. Beds comfortable .Felt very safe with shutters on doors , safety alarm and safe for holding any valuables in wardrobe. Andy and Sandy are amazing and generous host and left us a welcome pack on arrival and bottles of bubbles for xmas.

First class apartment.

This is a great apartment offering spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and peaceful accommodation. We (couple) spent a very relaxing 2 weeks here. The apartment is right on the outside edge of the resort backed by a golf course and nothing but open space across to distant hills in front. Peace and privacy is guaranteed and the artificial lawned garden area is an absolute joy to just relax in the sun, sheltered from the famous Fuerteventura breezes. The apartment has everything you need if you want to self-cater, and is one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in, and kitchen appliances are pretty much new condition. The main shopping centre (and restaurants) is realistically reached on foot easily, although if buying groceries maybe transport would be advisable. We hired a car for the duration as the apartment is so well located for touring and very easy to drive from the airport. The owners, Sandy and Andy are very friendly and helpful, and meet you on arrival but do not otherwise bother you at all. We were sorry to have to return home after what was such a fantastic, relaxing holiday. Five stars without hesitation.

Very nice, spacious, comfortable and well secured apartment in a quiet area with big private garden with both sunny as well as enough shadow areas and barbeque facility. It was all spotlessly clean and very well maintained. It has a very well-equiped kitchen. Everything that you need for a good, relaxed stay was there and more. Great access to wifi and great range of worldwide tv-channels, movies and english books. Good beds and bathrooms and big wardrobes. Sandy White the owner is just a phonecall away if needed. She is a very nice and helpful person who takes care of everything to the last details. We stayed for 11 days and enjoyed the relaxed private space and for sure would like to come back again in the near future. Indien nodig is Sandy White de eigenaresse is met een telefoontje/appje direct bereikbaar. Een aardige en behulpzame persoon die graag alles tot in the puntjes verzorgd en zuinig is op haar woning. In my view the apartment is ideally suited for couples and not children as it is in a quieter area out of the center of the town and there is no private or communal pool or children's playparks
