A great and spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a garage just 10 minutes walk from Casa da Música.
The Music House apartment is located 3 minutes walk from Carolina Michaelis Metro Station That will take you to historical center in 4 minutes.
An Entire apartment with 110m2, tastefully decorated, with a capacity for 1-6 people with 2 double beds and 2 single beds.
Great for family and friends groups !!
Perfect to visit the city's Cultural Centre and the amazing Foz area and the beach !!

In a building with a lift, an entire apartment on the 2nd floor with a fully equipped kitchen (Oven and Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Toaster and Kettle, Dish washer and Washing Machine ...), 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms , 1 balcony.
There is Cable TV and free Also WIFI.
Bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel, small soap, body cream and shower cap are included.
We also have air conditioning for cold and hot in the living room and for the winter 1 oil heater in each bedroom.
There are 2 places in the garage for 2 small cars or for 1 big car.

On your arrival i will be very happy to welcome you, give you a map from Porto and very good tips to enjoy the best of our charming city;)
I am sure you will love our city Because it is really pretty and interesting. People are very friendly and you will see how easy it is to obtain infor- mation on the streets or even make a little conversation.

From this metro station you will arrive in 4 minutes by underground to Trindade Metro station, the Central MOST in Porto Centre.
From the apartment, it is a 11 minute walk to the great Food Market- Market Bom Sucesso.
Nearby you can find restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, bus and metro station (with direct connection to the airport).

Enjoyable stay.

The apartment was spacious. Beds were firm. The host was attentive and courteous. Our only concern was the sound of the roadway at night which affected our sleep.

Nice stay

The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Valentim met us for check in at our agreed upon time and showed us around. The location was convenient to the city center. We purchased metro tickets but regret that now since it was walkable. It was great to have a spot for our rental car in a garage rather than trying to find street parking. The kitchen was well appointed with all we needed to prepare all our breakfasts and one dinner. The only downside was noise from the street and some noisy neighbors upstairs, but that is difficult to control. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Porto.

Spacious and Conveniant

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family of four. Short walking distance to Metro, supermarkets, and to Mercado Bom Sucesso, which has great local food eateries. Wish location had a few more local restaurants nearby, but we used car and metro to get to most places. Garage is a definite plus. Hosts were great and responsive, with lots of spot on recommendations.

Perfect in Porto

The apartment was perfect for two senior couples: “equal” bedrooms/ensuites. And the elevator was a real plus. The apartment overall was spotless, spacious,well equipped and well appointed. Joana and Valantim who met us in were so helpful and available. The location was ideal. We used ride share to get anywhere we wanted to go readily/reasonably

Beautiful Apartment, Conviently Located

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and came with basic amenities such as detergent for the dishwasher. It was an easy walk to most of the cultural and historical sites in Porto--about 20 to 40 minutes, and also close to the Metro, a supermarket, and smaller restaurants. Joana was very accommodating. Overall I'd highly recommend this apartment if you are around 4 people and are looking for a large apartment that's reasonably close to everything.

Fantastic accommodations

This property was perfect for us. First, the apartment is spacious, clean and VERY comfortable...a beautiful place. And a beautiful location. Porto is not a "walk about" town...though if you're like my wife, every place is walk about. It's very accessible to everything you want to see in Porto. The apartment offers free parking but our vehicle (a van) was too big so we parked in close by parking garage that was very reasonable. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with this accommodation and the friendliness and helpfulness of its owner. PERFECT!

Great apartment

Lots of room for 4. Bathrooms in each of the two large bedrooms a definite plus. Another two piece bathroom also available. Everything you needed in Kitchen except toaster. Unit very clean, well laid out and furnished nicely. A door to bedroom wing could be closed so no noise from those watching television. Apartment had character and was well thought out. If ever to return to Porto would rent this apartment

Should be called noise pollution house

This was a nightmare of an apartment. There was air conditioning in the Livingroom only and we were told to open the windows at night to keep the rooms cool. The problem was that the street had so much traffic on it, with the windows opened it was like trying to sleep in a subway station. Also, the beds were extremely springy and uncomfortable. We were not expecting to spend much time in the apartment - we just expected to sleep there, but we did not get much sleep and were glad to leave.

Wonderful Stay In Porto

They four of us (2 couples) appreciated the spacious floor plan. Everything we needed was provided in the apartment, but it also wasn’t packed with a lot of things we didn’t need avoiding searching for what we wanted. We appreciated the parking, and literally left the car in its spot the entire time. There are many conveniences in the area, We had our first dinner in the Bom Successo court and ther was a huge variety of food choices. The elevator was great, was a big help with our luggage from the garage and up three floors! The only negative I can think of was there is a fair amount of street noise, but we closed the slider in our room, and left the bathroom window open. There is air conditioning in the apartment living room, but o could imagine on a hot day, it may become uncomfortable. We however were very comfortable the entire time. Thanks to our host. He was terrific!

Fantastic place and great location

This place was fantastic and in walking distance to city centre (30min walk). On check out day I had a medical emergency and host allowed for a later check out time. They also followed up on recovery. It was appreciated.

Very Comfortable Apartment

3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath had plenty of space for our group of 5 adults for our first trip to Porto. Good location in Boavista neighborhood away from busy tourist areas. Metro station is two blocks away. Easy walk down to Mercado Bom Sucesso for great food choices and Continente supermarket. Fully equipped kitchen (including a toaster) is very nice. Joana and Valentim were wonderful responding to any questions, recommendations. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious, clean apartment in Porto with a large parking space!

We had a lovely stay in Porto in this large, clean, convenient apartment. We had a car for our trip, and a large one by European standards (a wagon), so having the *large* parking space available in the building garage was super important and wonderful. The apartment itself was clean, spacious (2.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms), and had everything we needed (including a washing machine and a dishwasher). Thank you, Joana and Valentin, for welcoming us so warmly - we have a great stay in Porto!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Apt was as listed and was close to everything. There was a food market near by that had a great selection of food and it was easy for us to get to all the places we wanted to go to. Joanna was so nice and gave us a lot of helpful information on our first day.

Wow

This is a great apartment. We were two couples and this worked so very well. Each had its own bathroom. It felt like new and it was CLEAN. The first time it seemed like a long walk to the University and old town but it really wasn’t. No surprises on this one. Pictures are real We would stay here again
