Fronting beautiful Long Green Park overlooking 30A, Costa Verde (formally Ian's Cottage) is Rosemary's closest north of 30-A location to the beach. Although centrally situated to restaurants and shopping, the house is a calm, quiet oasis with an expansive private courtyard. This 4 BR/4.5 BA home is ideal for two families, featuring 2 King Masters and 2 additional guest bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The back yard features a private pool and gazebo with a stainless gas grill/burner. Relax by the pool in lounge chairs or dine in the gazebo, which has seating for 8. Take a quick stroll through the quaint streets of Rosemary Beach or a leisurely bike ride to one of the neighboring communities. Within a few minutes, you can be in Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach or Inlet Beach.
The home is professionally decorated, with beautiful furnishings, linens and accessories. Maintained by 30A Cottages & Concierge, the house offers high count bedding, supima cotton towels and L'Occitane toiletries. 30A Cottages provides exceptional service for high-end beach homes.
Downstairs, the house has two king master bedrooms with flat screen TVs (one with a built-in DVD player) plus relaxing chairs and ottomans. Both have luxurious travertine baths with double vanities. One has a whirlpool tub (overlooking the pool) with a separate shower; and the other has a huge multi-jet shower, with a relaxation bench. A wet bar/morning kitchen with a wine cooler/refrigerator is conveniently located inside, just off the pool area. The laundry room is also on this floor featuring full-sized LG front-loading washer/dryer units and a built-in ironing board.
Also downstairs are the 2 guest bedrooms. The first room is the tropical fish theme bunk room which sleeps 4. The bunk room has two sets of built-in bunks (2 XL twin mattresses are a few inches longer and there are 2 standard length twins). The bunk room also has a chest of drawers and a closet. The second guest bedroom features a Queen bed, TV, two closets, and built-in drawers. There are two additional full bathrooms on the first floor with travertine showers, including one just off the pool area and one shared by the 2 guest bedrooms.
The main living area is upstairs and has beautiful views of Long Green Park from every room. It's an open floor plan, with a vaulted, wood paneled ceiling in the living room. There's a large Smart TV, DVD player, stereo, etc. and spacious seating. A covered porch on the front of the home features outdoor seating and spans the length of the living and dining areas. For work, or just checking e-mail, there's a desk and office chair in the living area with in-house WiFi. That area has a tree-top view, overlooking the back yard. The dining table seats 10 and is open to the kitchen and living room. The breakfast bar seats an additional 3 diners. A fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances (including a Five Star gas range, Bosh dishwasher and GE ice maker) and granite counters. The kitchen is a cook's dream, with everything from a Cuisinart food processor to Circulon cookware.
This home includes 4 adult bikes on all new reservations! (This is for reservations booked after July 6, 2018. Reservations booked before this date may or may not include the bikes. Please call our reservations office for more details and to see if bikes were included at the time you booked.)

Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
- PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
- 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions apply. Ask for details. (Insurance is Optional.)
- Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible as some services are limited.
