   Este condominio de dos pisos, tres habitaciones, tres baños completos, ático frente al Golfo ofrece increíbles vistas del océano y nuestras famosas playas de arena blanca.
Este ático en el tercer piso se encuentra en 30-A en Seacrest Beach y está muy cerca de Watersound, Alys Beach, Rosemary, Seagrove y Seaside. Esta unidad es el lugar perfecto para andar en bicicleta o caminar a destinos de fama mundial en 30-A.
Disfrute de todos los tesoros que 30-A tiene para ofrecer, desde restaurantes hasta tiendas frente al mar. Disfrutará del acceso directo a la playa de Capistrano y de las increíbles vistas todos los días de sus vacaciones.

Great location

Amazing location and beautiful condo.Very comfortable beds and spacious.Couple of negative things-Very dirty floors we had to clean our little ones had black all over their legs and feet.Found many bugs but that could be due to all the rain. Very old pans food stuck to them. Overall amazing place and would recommend to all!

Chad Thank you for the review and for choosing to stay at the condo. The feedback that the amazing location, beautiful condo, comfortable beds, and spaciousness were enjoyed is appreciated. The cleanliness issues, such as the floors and the presence of bugs, are sincerely apologized for. Also, it is regretted that the pans in the kitchen were not in good condition. Steps are being taken to address these issues. Cleaning protocols are being reinforced to ensure the floors are spotless for future guests. Pest control measures are also being implemented to minimize the presence of bugs, recognizing that weather conditions can sometimes contribute to this challenge. Additionally, the old kitchen pans are being replaced to provide a better cooking experience. The concerns are appreciated and any inconvenience is apologized for. It is hoped that the guest will consider staying again, and the opportunity to provide a truly excellent experience that meets expectations is welcome.

Amazing weekend!

We had such a great time staying in Seacrest. The location was perfect and so close to Seaside, Alys beach and Rosemary. My favorite part of the day was sitting on the balcony or the beach and watching the sunset. Perfect weekend trip and I hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful condo, great beach location, and great renters

The condo is beautiful. Everything is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. The floor plan is great for two families with the two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms. All amenities were exactly what we needed for four adults and four kids. The beach access is great and the third balcony view was gorgeous. Alicia was very responsive to all of my questions and needs. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

PERFECT in every way! We’ll be back 😎

Our vacation was wonderful- Stay Awhile worked out perfectly and oh-the-View’s were amazing! The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were nice and the MANY stairs felt like fewer each time we did them! The location couldn’t be better - we spent time in Alys and Rosemary mostly though getting anywhere on 30A was easy as pie! Our two most favorite restaurants are Cafe Thirty A and the Old Florida Fish House were convenient and YUMMY! *Wish there was a spot to stow beach gear one the first floor so as not to have to carry it up and down every day :)

Perfect Spot!

What a beautiful vacation spot! Stay Awhile is gorgeous-from the views, the lovely decorating, cleanliness, comfy mattresses, access to the beach, handy location, and even to the well-stocked kitchen everything was perfect. We had a couple of questions (not issues!) and Alicia was prompt, responsive, and so friendly. We had booked the condo for 5 adults but 2 couldn’t make it. There would have been plenty of room for all of us! We can’t wait to go back.

Great condo!

My family of 4 was extremely happy with this condo! Directly on the beach and convenient to nearby stores/entertainment. We loved the lower populated sea crest beach in comparison to some other areas along the gulf coast. We would encourage the owner to have more essentials such as trash bags, cooking pans, sponges as we had to improvise on a few things. But overall it didn’t take away from the condo or our desire to stay again in the future.

Awesome location - First class condo

Just a stone's throw from ritzy Alys Beach at an affordable price. Easy access to the beach with chair service available. Our 3rd floor view was priceless. Although there is no elevator or pool, that was not a problem for us, and quite frankly, it was a good thing; elevators make you feel like you're in a hotel, and pools up the noise factor for a low-rise condo. Overall, the experience was perfect for my group of adults. Will be back.

Absolutely beautiful interior decorating and design!

The interior decorating and design are beautiful! The colors are very “30A”, the accent wall is a very nice touch, great showers and very comfortable beds in all rooms. The bunk bed design in the 3rd BR is special. The part of the board walk over the dune and down to the beach is new and has built-in seating at two levels (great for sunsets). The beach and gulf views from this 3rd floor condo are great. Last, but not least, the manager was wonderdul to work with during the booking process and was very helpful with beach chairs and umbrellas.

Perfection!

The condo was absolutely perfect! Clean, comfortable and so welcoming! The kitchen was very well equipped….They provided plenty of towels, toiletries and made us feel so welcome! The location is excellent and the property is very well built…we didn’t hear our neighbors once and the surrounding area is so well kept. Have stayed at several locations on 30A and this beach was by far the least crowded we have ever experienced. It was an absolutely perfect experience and would recommend this unit 100x over! Thank you to the property owners for providing such a wonderful experience for our family….we will cherish the memories made here for years to come!

Beautiful, convenient Ocean front location

This is a 5 star location ocean front on 30A with beautiful views of the beach. We walked 3 miles up/down the beach so we say that with confidence. It was very spacious, loved the loft bedroom. It's also 5 star in the cleanliness. As I always wipe all counters and hard surfaces down the first thing and my cloth stayed white:) Plenty of parking, stairs going to third floor nice and wide to make it easy to carry up armfuls of beach stuff. 3 stars due to the interior substantially dated, non functioning dishwasher, super difficult to slide open patio glass doors, glass doors had condensation fog, both couches and all chairs with fabric stained and/or discolored. We had friends stop over to visit and we all shared the same thoughts. With that said the location, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the unit is definitely worth renting.

Hi Nicole, since you have stayed here, we have completely renovated our condo. Our renovation was completed in late June of 2018. Please come and stay at our condo again and I’m sure you will be glad to see that we have spared no expense to make our condo luxurious and beautiful. We now have brand new top of the line appliances in the kichen, new sliding windows to the balcony, quartz countertops in the kitchens, subway tiles with marble inserts in the new showers, marble counter tops on all bathroom vanities, brand new furniture, and so many more updates. You will love what we have done to make our condo a dream vacation spot.

EVERYTHING it's cracked up to be!

Stay Awhile is absolutely beautiful! Seldom when you book a vacation home does it actually turn out like the pictures, and if it does look like the pictures, then there are other issues. This penthouse condo is spectacularly lovely! It looks exactly like the pictures with gorgeous, expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. We are bed snobs and rarely find mattresses meeting our standards in vacation homes, but all of the mattresses were wonderful! We slept very well. We also felt like the home was the most clean condo we have ever stayed in and did not feel like we were COVID-19 compromised in any way. The beach was not very populated which was also nice. Whoever remodeled this property and decorated it was a BRILLIANT person! Not one single space wasn't utilized well. I loved the cabinets, drawers and toilet lids that were self-closing. So nice! There are lots of stairs to get to the condo and lots of stairs to get to the beach. We didn't see this as an annoyance because it balanced our excessive indulgences with our vacation eating and libations. We would definitely want to stay in this exact condo again if we return to the Gulf. Book it! You will NOT be disappointed!
