It's all about location with our home being only short stroll to Oceanside Beach, Oceanside Pier and the Marina. Perfect short term housing for military families. Two minutes from main gate of Camp Pendleton.
Upgraded condo with all the amenities. There is a bike trail that is literally in front of the complex that takes you to the directly beach or up the San Luis Rey River trail. Oceanside Pier only a 15 minute walk.
We had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful family home in September, as you can see by their family photo's in their home. This personal home has all the amenities making us feel at home during our stay. The beach, pier and dining is only a short walk away. The amenities in this condo are pretty amazing, from the pool to the spa to the gym. It is one of the cleanest properties we have stayed at and it is evident there are many owners who live here and they take pride in maintaining this property. We highly recommend this property for a couple or small family.
My wife and I enjoyed this condo very much. The unit and building are very well maintained, with lots of amenities.

The location is quite good. Easy walk to the beach, and town, the pier, and short drives to surrounding towns, markets, etc.

My wife's Mother, Sister, Aunt and Cousin. came to visit from China. Our home was too small and they wanted to be close to beach. This vacation condo meet all our needs.
The beach and the harbor were an easy ten minute walk. The pier was a little farther, but my 86 year young Mother-in-law walked to it a couple of times.
The complex is high security with a parking space in the parking garage. While we didn't use them, we had access to a pool, hot tub, gas grills and exercise room.
We found the condo to be well stocked. Besides food, we only needed to supply a rice cooker and chop sticks.
We enjoyed our experience.
We highly recommend this apartment! It is fully equiped and you notice that the owners use it from time to time. It feels like home.
We came to California for an extended vacation and to visit my husband who training with the military. From the beginning, the owners were welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Their condo is in a wonderful location. Within 10 minutes in any direction, a person finds something fun to do like going to the ocean or farmers market. This was the best place for our vacation.
This is a beautiful property. You can tell this is the owners personal property and well cared for. It accommodated 6 of us comfortably. It has extremely nice furniture and is professional decorated. All the amenities are in this condo with all that is needed is just your clothes you bring with you. The total property is amazing with a beautiful pool, spa, outdoor area to barbecue and visit with family and friends. The club house facility with the pool table, card table and gym is definitely a nice touch for this property.
We appreciated all the local restaurants in the area. The Sunset Street Fair every Thursday night in downtown Oceanside was amazing. There was music, little boutique gifts and so many different foods available appealing to all tastes. This unit is literally a 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to the marina and 15 minute walk to Oceanside Pier.
We will stay in this unit again with our next trip to Oceanside in August.
This is a beautiful area and condo complex with all the amenities. There is a Sunset Market Downtown Oceanside by the pier. Fun Food and live music and locally sourced produce. Thursday evenings from 5 to 9 pm. This is a must to see.

BEST BEACH WALK:
Buckaneer Beach South to Carlsbad Village. If you count about 10 houses down after the citadel you can find the steps that take you right to Ocean drive, and into the heart of the village.
BEST DRIVE UP THE COAST:
Oceanside to San Clemente. Go to Del Mar Avenue for fabulous antique and boutique shops. Try the Blue Fire Grill for dinner. Check out the all day Farmers Market on Sundays. Have a Bloody Mary at the Fishermans Seafood Restaurant. Live a little and ask for The Spicy Bull.
