Perfect for a family trip!
We stayed in the cabin for two nights, all my family loved this little cabin. It's very cozy and clean. The view is gorgeous and we saw a lot of wild animals drinking in the lake. The location is a little bit hard to find but Cheryl is a very helpful host. She drove with us all the way to the cabin.
Cozy and clean cabin surrounded by peaceful wilderness
The host was extremely accommodating and the cabin was perfect for our group of 9 friends. Close quarters but had everything we needed.
Great quiet secluded spot!!
This place was a perfect option to stay outside of Waterton to avoid the crowds and have our own space! Already missing our morning coffees on the balcony in the morning and star gazing by night.
We booked the Trapper's cabin as we were part of a wedding that was held at the main Lodge. The close proximity was great, as we could walk back and forth, but still have some quiet time away from the main hub of activity. The cabin is small, but it worked well for our family. The bathroom has had some renovations to it which is great.
We had a wonderful time.
It says it is good for 10 people but would be very tight for that many. It also states all queen beds but they are actually double beds. A beautiful location and watched a doe and dawn go to the pond for drinks every night. We absolutely enjoyed the peace and quiet. There was the odd game of paintball being played in the woods adjacent to the cabin but this was not much of a problem.
Quite and very close to Waterton National Park
Cheryl is great. The rustic cabin is very inviting. Lots of wildlife graze around the pond. Waterton Glacier is 10 minutes down a very quiet road. Perfect place to unplug from the daily grind.
This little cabin is located just 20 minutes from Waterton Lakes National Park
