Ubicado en un edificio histórico en el centro del casco antiguo de Rethymnos, Loggia Home es una casa completamente renovada, construida originalmente a principios del siglo XX que combina a la perfección lo antiguo con lo nuevo con una mezcla ecléctica de accesorios y electrodomésticos modernos, techos de madera y generosos cantidades de luz natural

Aproveche la ubicación y explore el distrito histórico del casco antiguo de Rethymno, descubra la vida nocturna y diurna única de la zona y, al mismo tiempo, esté a solo unos minutos a pie de la playa más famosa del centro de Creta, la larga playa de arena de Rethymno.

La casa de 105 metros cuadrados se encuentra en el corazón del casco antiguo de Rethymno, que es uno de los lugares más convenientes de la ciudad, a poca distancia de todo. Tiene capacidad para 4 personas en camas y hasta 6 personas si es necesario.

Diseño interior
Al ingresar a la puerta principal y entrar a la casa en la planta baja, hay una escalera que conduce al primer piso. Al llegar al primer piso, hay un área de planta abierta que consta de sala de estar, comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada con accesorios y electrodomésticos de alta calidad. El área de la sala de estar contiene un gran sofá, un televisor de alta definición por satélite de 40 pulgadas con posibilidad de Netflix y un escritorio. Además, esta área se abre a un balcón con una mesa de café y sillas. También hay un baño con bañera y ducha y una lavadora en el mismo piso.

Al llegar al segundo piso a través de una escalera, hay un pasillo que tiene una pequeña nevera que ofrece una comodidad adicional a los invitados. Dos dormitorios se encuentran en el segundo piso, uno de los dormitorios tiene una cama doble y el otro tiene 2 camas individuales que también se pueden transformar para ser dobles si es necesario. Ambas habitaciones tienen televisión de alta definición de 32 pulgadas, aire acondicionado y un armario. Además se encuentra un baño en el mismo piso.

Terraza en la azotea
La terraza de la azotea está completamente amueblada y equipada y puede disfrutar sin problemas de sus comidas y bebidas, las vistas panorámicas del casco antiguo, la mezquita de Neratze y la montaña de Psiloritis.

Más específicamente, nuestra terraza en la azotea incluye:

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern, 7 und 14 Jahre alt, als Familie bei Eleni. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem. Der Kontakt zur Agentur und Eleni war toll. Wir haben auch tolle Tipps bekommen, welche Ausflüge und welche Tavernen wir besuchen sollen. Wir waren das erste Mal i auf kreta und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Prime location in the heart of Rethymno

Good communication with the property managers, they also organised our transfer taxis, and a reservation at a beach resort which was great. The property itself is lovely, clean and everything you could need for your stay. We didn't use the cooker preferring to eat out, so we only used the kettle and toaster, but there was even a toastie machine in the cupboard. We loved the balcony on the main living space for watching the busy street below. It became our morning spot to watch the sun rise with coffee and toast and of an evening with a glass of wine watching the street buzz with people milling about. Beds are comfy and plenty of storage for your clothes. There was even bottled water and Raki, along with fresh fruit, in the fridge. Location is absolutely spot on, right in the middle of old town, shops, bars, restaurants all right there on your doorstep with the harbour literally a couple of minutes walk away. The private roof terrace was a great spot to relax in the sun, it was so quiet and peaceful up there! Sunloungers, table and chairs and bbq all available to use on the roof. We found the house a little tricky to find from where the taxi dropped us but once I had a landmark I called them and the lady came out to meet us where we waited. Would highly recommend and in fact I've just shared the details with a friend which I think speaks volumes about our stay.

Great property in the centre of town

The property was clean, smart and presented to a very high standard. The owner and managing agent were very attentive and were genuinely keen to ensure that our stay was the best that it could be. We made great use of the roof terrace and front balcony when the sun was out and when the clouds came the perfect location of the property meant that shopping, bars and restaurants were very close at hand. All in all we had a great time in Rythamno.

In the center of a night disco

The house is a very nice and spacious two storey building in the touristic center of Rethymno, reasonably well equipped with all what you need and a nice terrace on the roof - and sure in lively district with many people during the whole day passing by below a small balcony - so far so good and expected. What was not expected and hardly foreseeable : after 10-11 pm some of the local restaurants turned into open air disco at a fascinating high decibel level competing with different music concepts - so if you are appalled by such scenario and like loud music in the night it may be a great place to be - otherwise it may become stupid after some days. Do not know how people living around this area all the time can bear this...

Great property in centre of old town

If you are looking for a property with everything “on the doorstep”, then this is for you. Restaurants, tavernas and shops are all immediately available, as it is right in the heart of the charming old town. The harbour is only a few minutes’ walk, and can be seen from the roof terrace. The property is well maintained, and the family and management company, Etouri, could not be more helpful. The choice of balconies and sunny roof terrace, with 360 degree views, are the icing on the cake. This was our second visit, and once again we were sorry to leave.

Mittendrin und doch in relativer Ruhe

Ich will nicht ein weiteres Mal alle bereits genannten Vorzüge dieser angenehmen Unterkunft wiederholen, aber gern alle bestätigen. Sowohl die Hausbesitzer als auch die Agentur Etouri haben uns wunderbar betreut und liebevoll Kontakt gehalten. Wir haben auf Empfehlung der Agentur ein Auto von Best Cars gemietet und waren auch über deren Betreuung und Angebot mehr als erfreut. Wer entspannte Tage in Rhetymno verbringen möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Restaurants, Geschäfte und Kultur findet man in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Auch zum Meer und Hafen ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Wer seine Mittouristen mal ein wenig hinter sich lassen möchte, sollte die wirklich schöne Altstadt mal verlassen und sich ein bisschen durch das andere Rhetymno treiben lassen. Wir hatten 9 schöne Tage, in denen wir die große Dachterasse gern genutzt haben und im echt bequemen Bett sehr gut geschlafen haben. Das allerdings erst ab Mitternacht, da bis dahin auf beiden Seiten des Hauses für musikalische Unterhaltung gesorgt wird. Aber das war uns vorher klar und machte unseren Aufenthalt keinen Deut schlechter. Wir empfehlen die Villa uneingeschränkt!

Perfect house in perfect location

After 4 months of working from home, a fortnight in Loggia Home was exactly what we needed. The property couldn’t be more central, surrounded by excellent places to eat and shop. It is a beautiful house with great facilities, especially the roof terrace and balconies (if you can cope with the spiral staircase up to the roof - worth the shaky knees in my case!). The bedrooms are spacious with plenty storage and the living space and kitchen very comfortable. The management company is attentive if you need anything and the owner is lovely! We’ve never felt so welcome. Rethymno is a great place for a holiday, particularly if like us you don’t drive. Look forward to returning one day.

Phantastisch !

Bereits bei der Buchung fiel die hohe Professionalität der Agentur auf. Alles wurde sehr schnell bearbeitet, Fragen wurden umfassend beantwortet und man wurde immer über die Abläufe informiert. Das Objekt stimmt mit den Bildern und der Beschreibung 100 %ig überein. Die Unterstützung vor Ort war erstklassig, das Objekt äusserst gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist einfach nur grossartig, man befindet sich mitten in dem venezianischen Viertel der Altstadt mit wunderbaren Tavernen und Läden. Besonders die Unterstützung von Alexandros möchte ich erwähnen: ein sehr lieber Mensch, dem das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt. Ihm nochmals vielen Dank für die schönen Stunden ! Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Sobald es wieder nach Kreta geht, werden wir versuchen, sie wieder zu bekommen. etouri, Kostas, Robert sowie Alexandros einen herzlichen Dank für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

All information on property was accurate.

From start to finish Booking process & communication was excellent, all emails answered promptly. Any concerns were answered and all information on property was accurate. We had a lovely stay at the Loggia home. Check in was helpful & friendly & anymore information on house or resort was only a phone call away. Home was lovely & would totally recommend this property to anyone wanting a central location. We had other members of our family staying in town & found Rethymno a lovely town to stay within. The park & ride scooters were awesome to get around in over resort. We did go to the Baja beach club quite a few times & loved the vibe there. Also the beach where you don’t pay for sun beds, only drinks & food is very good, such lovely people running that so totally recommend. This is signposted along front so look out for it. Thanks ever so much for letting us rent your gorgeous home and would certainly return.

All we could ask for, and a perfect location

The accommodation was wonderful, the location perfect, and the host was great. Alexandro, who owns the property with his Mom Eva, met us at the property, gave us a great tour of everything, and showed us true hospitality and friendship. Our timing was perfect, as we were invited to a family/friend get together that evening with genuinely nice people, local food and drink, and lovely music - a true highlight of our trip. The accommodation itself was all and more than we needed.....room for four easily, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Staff from Etouri contacted us twice during our visit to make sure all was as expected. Only good things to say! No negatives! We'll surely be back to Rethymno, and we'll be staying again at Loggia Home if it is available!

easy going short break

The property was better equipped than any previous rentals. This trip we did not want to bother with a car or cooking. We wanted an interesting city center where we could walk out the door and eat. Loggia Home did just that . However, while the roof terrace was fun and very private , anyone with vertigo would not like the spiral steps to it. In a town center one expects a little noise and it was OK exept for Saturday night where the street did not go quiet till 3 am and this was in May!!!!

Amazing location, no detail forgotte

Alex and the etouri team was amazing! We came here with our 3 year old daughter and everything was perfect! There were beach towels, sand toys and the perfect beach recommendations from Alex to make our stay memorable. The house is fully stocked, even has stair guards for kids trying to climb down the stairs, plastic dishes/silverware, and highchair. We travel international very frequently and the beds are the MOST comfortable beds i have found in Europe so far. I love them! Alex even stocked the fridge with eggs and veggies as well as raki for our arrival. Everything, including supermarket and AMAZING restaurants, were within walking distance. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! Thank you!

Toll ausgestattet Wohnung im Herzen von Rethymnon

Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und für 4 Personen ideal geeignet. Alle Zimmer sind mit Klimanlage ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Alles ist perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. 3 Balkone laden zum perfekten Entspannen ein. Das Grillen und Sitzen Abends auf der Dachterrasse haben wir besonders genossen. Die zentrale Lage mitten in der Stadt lädt zum Bummeln ein und viele Tavernen sind in kürzester Entfernung zu Fuß zu erreichen, Am Standstrand ist man in 15min zu Fuß. Das etouri Team um Kostas hat uns tolle Empfehlungen bzgl. Autovermietung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Die Besitzerin der Villa Mrs. Eva und ihre Familie ist sehr freundlich und sorgt sich besetns um ihre Gäste. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Excellent apartment ideal for old town exploration

The apartment couldn't be more centrally located in Rethymno old town to take advantage of the many local tavernas and shops. The narrow historic streets and alleyways are literally on the doorstep and the harbour is only two minutes walk away. The whole building appears to have been refurbished very recently and the owners have clearly made a significant investment in doing so. The real highlights are the balconies - street view to front to enjoy the local atmosphere and private to rear, for peace and shade. There is a separate roof terrace which provides private sunbathing and outdoor dining - a huge bonus for such a central location. Perhaps not ideal for younger children and, due to the location, there is no parking at the door, however free or cheap parking is nearby. The owners and their agents could not have done more to help us.

Fantastic apartment and great value

We loved the apartment in the Old town of Rethymnon and Eva and her family made us feel very welcome. The apartment was very well equipped and tastefully decorated. All you could possibly ask for was there. Even though the apartment was in in the center of town there was no street noise during the night time. There are 3 balconies and private roof top terrace to the apartment. We would definitely stay there again.
